禁帶寵物規定 一國兩治?

為因應狂犬病疫情，墾丁國家公園各景點和墾丁國家森林遊樂區，均禁止攜帶寵物進入。但同是執行「寵物禁入」，對違者的處置方式大不同，農委會依「動物傳染病防治條例」可處3至15萬元罰鍰；墾管處表示，無法可罰，只能柔性勸導。
