我的問題是 這部電影的背景是在香港嗎? 還是中國? 因為香港是陪審團制度不是由法官判刑 在第一審的部分很明顯地是由法官直接判決有罪 我記得香港在刑事案件是陪審團 好像民事案件就是由法官裁決 刑事案件要由大律師來做辯護 民事案件則是事務律師 我覺得這部片的背景是在中國還有個原因 我記得我看港劇香港的檢控官是由律政署去找大律師來擔任 可是片中郭富城好像是由律師轉任檢察官 ※ 引述《jam1 (沒有暱稱的暱稱)》之銘言： : 今天剛剛看完聖誕玫瑰 想到一個跟電影本身無關的小問題 : 香港的大律師還有法官在開庭時都要帶上假髮（事務律師不用） : 但是 在聖誕玫瑰裡面 不論是他們所謂的初審法院 或是二審法院 裡面律師與法官 : 都沒有帶假髮 爬文沒有人討論這個問題 : google一下發現應該還是有在帶阿 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xEp1wpNRaQ
