楊念祖慰問洪家　家屬要求不要速審速決

【林世雄／台中報導】新任國防部長楊念祖今天晚間七時左右到洪仲丘家中慰問致意並，並瞻仰洪仲丘大體，楊念祖向家屬表示，未來一定會協助家屬追求真相，並在不干涉司法判案的前提下，讓家屬充分了解司法調查的內容。
 
洪慈庸則向楊念祖要求希望軍事法庭不要「速審速決」，讓家屬的律師能夠有充分閱卷，了解先前軍檢調查狀況的時間。同時，盡速修改《軍事審判法》，幫助在軍中受到不平等待遇的孩子鋪路。楊念祖均回應會盡量配合家屬的需求。
