標題[問題] 停路邊被撞後續處理

今天路邊臨停下車買個便當， 出來後發現車被撞了！ 人也跑了， 後來去警察局調監視畫面有找到人， 有做筆錄有報案單了， 想請教的是： 車子是有保乙式全險， 這樣我應該用保險修車或者叫對方賠？ 業代是建議我用保險修， 除非真的確定可以拿到錢， 據他的經驗通常很難拿到錢，最後還得自己跑法院！ 但我有點不懂， 這樣不會影響明年度保費嗎？ 另外一個問題是， 要回原廠修， 還是到保險公司的合作廠修， 哪一個比較好？ 車子還在保固期內， 目前看起來是兩片鈑金破裂， 是不是回原廠比較好？ 業代的說法是用的料件都一樣， 不知道怎麼做才比較好？ 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.0.225.247
