女美髮師挨刺肚破腸流　恐怖情人判8年半定讞

【胡守得／台北報導】55歲男子陳清泉，2年前認識傅姓美髮師後交往，傅女去年7月中提分手，不甘心的陳男，竟暗藏水果刀到傅女位於台北市的工作室，猛刺傅女腹部到肚破腸流，最高法院日前依殺人未遂罪判陳徒刑8年6月、褫奪公權5年定讞。
 
判決表示，傅女遭刺後還被陳男押到馬桶欲了結生命，幸傅女苦苦哀求，答應不提告，陳男才罷手，陳男走時還按下工作室鐵捲門阻隔外界發現，幸傅女掙扎打電話向前男友求救才倖免於難；最高法院認為陳男殺人犯意明顯，且未與傅女和解，駁回陳男上訴、確定。
