亞特蘭大房屋中價比全美平均低一萬

【大紀元2013年07月28日訊】【大紀元記者漢民亞特蘭大綜合報導】7月初,美國住房與城市發展部(Department of Housing and Urban Development)以及美國人口普查局（U.S.Census Bureau）共同公布的問卷調查結果顯示，2011年亞特蘭大地區的房屋價值中數為15萬美元，低於全美國的中數16萬美元。

住房與城市發展部和人口普查局總共調查了全美29個都會區的房價以及住屋品質。儘管亞特蘭大地區的房屋價值低於全國，但是房屋購價卻較高。如果只看在2011年四年之內的較新的房屋的購價，全國的中數為23萬5千美元，而在亞特蘭大地區的中數是25萬4千美元。

若是無論房屋的年份，從整體上看，全美國在2011年的房屋購價中數為11萬美元，而同年亞特蘭大地區的中數為14萬9千美元。這數據似乎顯示在亞特蘭大地區整體的房屋價值增長低於全國。不過，如果再考慮房屋的年份的因素，就會發現也未必盡然如此。全美國房屋的年份中數是1974年，而在亞特蘭大是1989年。也就是說，全國房屋建造年份較早於亞特蘭大，所以可能是購買價錢較低的原因之一。

這些分析結果是根據兩年前房價接近谷底時的數據所計算出來的。最近，房市已漸漸回升，包括亞特蘭大地區，所以應該與2011年相比已有改善。
