標題[心得] Antec TP-550 送修 & Antec HCG-620M 開箱

http://bhh0026.blogspot.tw/2013/07/antec-tp-550-antec-hcg-620m.html ------------------------------------------------------------------------- 前幾天電腦開始不定時發生凍結現象 經過許多測試之後將問題定位在PSU上 於是就參考版上的文章聯絡視博通準備送修 但剛好沒貨Orz 後來視博通給了Antec的電話請我直接聯絡對方詢問有無庫存 有的話再回電給他們讓他們進行保固換貨的動作
雖然我覺得這個動作應該是視博通做，但也因為他沒做所以我才有機會得到下面的回報 於是我就聯絡Antec (臺北) 在簡單的回覆問題點後 Antec決定當天寄顆良品給我，而我把舊的PSU交給快遞做交換的動作 隔天PSU拿到後，凍結問題解決了，但沒想到讓我遇到了傳說中的高頻音問題... 於是再度聯絡Antec Antec這次決定
寄一顆HCG-620M新品給我 而我把剛收到的TP-550寄回去給他們 保固延續舊的 (約剩一年半) 這次因為是從其他地方調貨所以時間稍微長了一點 2天後收到包裹 (還是很快) 現在快樂使用中 --
