釐清黑畫面　桃檢測試269旅禁閉室線路

【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園地檢署主任檢察官戴文亮今天上午九時許率員到陸軍269旅進行禁閉室監視器線路流向之測試，並深入了解遠端是否可以監視或控制禁閉室監視器運作等，以釐清黑畫面的成因除了線路和程式設計的問題,是否有其他操控問題,並調閱戰情室及作戰科相關簿冊資料。
