經營賭博遊樂場 19人遭判刑

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市康姓、魏姓男子，涉嫌經營賭博電玩，去年2月間遭檢警大規模搜索，查扣賭博機台及50萬元營利所得等相關証物，1名退休警官幫忙巡視遊戲場並提供法律諮詢服務，一併遭基隆地檢署依賭博罪嫌起訴，全案審理終結，涉案19名被告，各處以6至3月刑期，這名退休警官也被判刑5月刑期，均可易科罰金，全案仍可上訴。
