標題[問題] 士林/內湖 免費剪sim卡的店家?

因為7-mobile大卡換小卡(microSIM)需要2~3個工作天 我目前急用，所以想直接用剪卡的方式 請問士林或內湖有免費幫人剪卡的店家嗎? 謝謝~~ --
