新工作剛開始半個月 公司類似家族企業方式在經營 收到制度規定有些傻眼 滿一年後休假最多只能連休3天 年資是以三個月試用期滿後開始計算 上面這兩點是以前工作從沒看過的規定 請問大家這合理嗎 確定勞基法沒這樣規定再去跟公司爭取 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.173.177
