在休士頓火箭總管Daryl Morey「掛保證」後，台裔後衛「哈佛小子」林書豪的交易傳聞似乎真的煙消雲散，不過《看台報告》21日一篇文章倒是持反面意見，認為交易他，對大家都好。
承上篇，該報導認為，火箭2012年以3年2512.3萬美元合約爭取林書豪加盟，以經濟層面來說是相當天才、卻又十分短視的賭博。
當年林書豪是受限自由球員，紐約尼克有權跟進合約，但該報導認為砸錢留住林書豪只會成為大蘋果的枷鎖，離開紐約的第一個球季，他繳出平均13.4分、6.1助攻。
該報導指出，林書豪還有不小進步空間，但無論未來他的個人球技如何，他永遠不會是最適合火箭的控球後衛。
林書豪是「一球在手、希望無窮」的類型，他需要空間展開運球、刺探、攻擊、傳導工作，但本季有James Harden在，明年又多了「魔獸」Dwight Howard，林書豪不可能以他最有利的方式打球。 (接下一頁)
