北市8月新規　小吃店特定時段卡拉不OK

【綜合報導】台北市住宅區內附設卡拉OK的小吃店林立，深夜高歌令人不勝其擾，北市環保局日前修正《台北市禁止從事妨礙安寧行為之區域範圍及時段》，在每晚10時至翌日上午8時，及例假日中午12時至下午2時時段，除登記有案的「視廳歌唱業」，其餘業者不得使用卡拉OK，否則稽查人員查察時，毋須量測噪音，即可依其行為開罰3千到3萬元，預計8月1日正式實施。
