柏南克開金口　金價驚漲3%

【綜合報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）主席柏南克（Ben Bernanke）每開一次金口，即引發市場大幅震盪，柏南克昨天公開發言，寬鬆貨幣政策仍將持續執行一段期間，全球股、匯、債及商品市場大反彈，低迷多時的金價，也飆漲3%。

亞洲股市昨包括中國、泰國大漲超過3%，香港、南韓、印尼也強彈逾2%，其餘漲幅也多在1%以上；僅日股受日圓升值拖累，僅小漲不到0.4%，表現明顯落後。

柏南克昨在美國波士頓演說時說：「由於就業市場持續疲弱，通貨膨脹太低，聯準會的寬鬆政策仍有必要性。」即便美國失業率降至維持超低利率的門檻6.5%，Fed仍不會立即升息。
