修法酒駕強制驗血 政院審查未過

【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院政務委員楊秋興下午召集相關單位審查《道路交通管理處罰條例》35條修正條文，交通部認為只有酒駕「肇事」者才能由警察移送至醫院強制抽血檢查，無法有效遏阻酒駕行為，研議刪除「肇事」二字，以便所有駕駛人都可被強制抽血檢查有無酒駕。

但楊秋興說，與會者認為強制抽血具有侵入性，有妨礙人權的疑慮，對修法未達成共識，因此退回交通部再行研議。
