【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市私立玄奘大學的湯姓大四生剛開學不久，昨夜與同學在學校附近烤肉同樂慶中秋，未料一群人烤肉到今晨1時許結束，湯生自行騎機車 返回南寮住家。湯生行經中華路五段160巷一處鄉間小道，因視線不良，天色昏暗撞上路旁電線桿，連人帶車跌落田裡，但因撞擊力道過大，當場傷重不治死亡。 湯父得知兒子死訊趕到現場，他無法置信的說，昨夜才活蹦亂跳去買東西跟同學烤肉，結果現在他死了，中秋節又快到了，真的不知如何跟家人說。

「誰還我一個公道？還我5歲兒子一個公道？」4年前，奇美醫院外科住院醫師蔡伯羌因心肌梗塞倒下，雖然緊急搶救保住一命，但腦部缺氧，有嚴重記憶喪失後遺症，日常生活需要家屬打理，甚至連5歲兒子都記不得，蔡太太控訴，先生在醫院服務長期連續工作40個小時，不僅累垮、也危及病人安全。

但一審判決卻認為蔡伯羌和奇美醫院不是受雇關係，無須負賠償責任，家屬仍上訴中。

現場媒體詢問蔡伯羌在奇美工作幾年，蔡伯羌頓了一下，緩緩說出「我不記得了」，讓人很難想像4年前，他還是一名外科醫師。

醫勞盟今天舉行會員大會，以「如果這不是過勞，什麼才是過勞？」為題，控訴醫院是醫護人員過勞的元兇，也抗議政府縱容血汗醫院戕害醫護，因此要求政府立刻將醫護人員納入勞基法保障。如果醫師沒有充分的休息，哪裡來的病人安全？

醫勞盟理事長張志華以奇美醫院過勞醫師蔡伯羌及過勞死實習醫師林彥廷為例，若不改善醫護的勞動條件與環境，難保不會有下個過勞醫師倒下案例。

張志華表示，住院醫師必須值班，晚上照顧病人到隔天早上，有時白天還要繼續上班。某醫院外科病房原本有3個住院醫師，晚上留下值班照顧病人，1人值10個班；其中1位受不了離職，剩下2醫師1人值15班；最後又走了1位醫師，只剩下僅剩的1名住院醫師值所有的班。夜班接白班，長期下來，怎可能有醫療品質？怎可能不過勞？

他說，醫院如何排班，醫師只能接受，因此希望推動醫護加入勞基法，其工時、職災、婦女人權才有保障，「已經講了15年了」。血汗醫院吞噬醫護人員的血肉，一條為照顧病人而過勞死傷的年輕生命，是家人的永遠的痛，也是社會的損失。

【綜合報導】中國浙江北侖一景區昨發生遊客遭雷擊事件，經警方查證，原來是北侖區九峰山景區山頂有遊客爬山躲雨時遭雷擊，事故造成1死16傷。

據陸媒報導，事情發生在下午1點多，一記落雷擊中山頂的亭子，被擊落的碎石打中正在躲雨的遊客，有一人當場死亡，據稱他是奇美電子的員工。

餐廳名稱：Beccafico caffe 消費時間：102年/9月 地址：台北市中正區杭州南路一段11巷4號 善導寺站五號出口直走過了杭州南路口，前方有一個警察局右轉彎進來就會看到了。 電話：02 2341 5218 營業時間： 週一 - 週日: 12:00 - 22:00 公休日為 每個月第一、三、五個碰到的 星期一 二 每人平均價位：NT300 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：否 推薦菜色： 圖多好讀網誌版 http://moccaboy.blogspot.tw/2013/09/beccafico-caffe.html 「旅人是一種最容易受騙的人種，只要想著前方一定還有什麼， 一生就能夠這麼持續往前走。」 Beccafico第一次去的時候是2013的3月時，那時還沒攝影的限制， 這一次去發現已經有了禁止攝影，詢問過親切的店員才知只能拍食物， 若是要拍其它地方不能拍到或影嚮到其它客人。 這是3月時拍的Menu，現在已經變成禁止攝影了喔，請記得拍照的禮節 可愛又精緻的Menu，看到圖片真的很想每道都嘗試 這間店我目前最推薦的甜點就是羅馬酸櫻桃乳酪派，下面會有介紹 果帕達拉 - 因為第一次來喝大吉嶺紅茶留下非常好的印象， 所以這一次還是想要點茶，會被果帕達拉吸引是因為Menu的說明看到有柑橘和峰蜜的 甜味，就決定是它了，實際喝了甘甜味不會很重，口感順口中帶很小一點的澀， 維持了 Beccafico的一向優良的茶飲品質。 大吉嶺紅茶 - 味道已經有點忘了，但那時喝下第一口的驚喜感卻忘不了， 和我一樣不常喝茶或第一次來 Beccafico的話，茶類很建議點個大吉嶺試試。 馬米堡米糕 - 名字乍聽之下很容易聯想到紅龜祼那一類的食物， 但它可是義大利家庭中常見的甜點，身為Vespa男孩的我， 沒去過義大利也要吃吃看當地的國民甜點，它的口感很特別，很難形容， 就是蛋糕混合米糕的口感，味道偏甜，是清新的甜並不油膩。 費拉拉巧克力蛋糕 - 蛋糕表面的口感脆脆的， 烤的呈現龜裂狀和裡層的溼潤口感搭配在一起很搭。就像喝熱豆漿要配油條一樣， 費拉拉若少了上層的口感就會失色不少。 羅馬酸櫻桃乳酪派 - 光是剖面圖就已經夠誘人了， 挑選的盤子也恰如其分的扮演襯托的角色，味道老實說經過半年也有點忘了， 但就如其名，酸酸甜甜的，口感紮實，每一口都衝擊味蕾。 Beccafico caffe現在的甜點不一定每一道每天都會有，有時候可能要碰碰運氣。 店員的服務品質非常好，看到這個廚房就知道，老闆是個愛乾淨，可愛的女孩子。 有人說從房間就可以看出一個人的一生和個性，我想這句話套用在女生身上， 可能要修改為從廚房就可以看出女生的一生。 在 Beccafico caffe吃個甜點配茶，是一大享受。 在結帳時看到地上有一排包裹，看起來應該是茶包感覺是準備寄出去的， 因為他們家的茶包是有單獨在販售的，果然好的味道是不會被埋沒的。 -- 摩卡男孩．咖啡．Journey http://moccaboy.blogspot.tw/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.103.104

（查理）與（喬安娜）是一對龍鳳胎，卻相隔三年出生，他們兩個都是用父親同一批冷凍精子做出來的試管嬰兒。

諾曼2007年被診斷出罹患睪丸癌，他接受醫生建議，把精子冷凍之後，才開始接受癌症治療，由於癌症不斷復發，他無法讓太太自然受孕，於是決定用冷凍精子，作試管嬰兒，2010年，兒子查理出生，家裡增添了許多歡笑，去年夫婦兩決定再生一個，透過同一批冷凍精子，進行人工授精，女兒喬安娜去年11月誕生。雖然相隔三年出生，兄妹倆幾乎像一個模子刻出來的。

一雙可愛的兒女，給了諾曼對抗病魔的力量，他希望能陪伴孩子長大，親口告訴他們生命和科學共同創造的奇蹟。（圖片取材自網路）

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】高盛證券出具汽車產業報告表示。新一代日產Nissan Sentra 10月有望搶市，看好Nissan OEM廠商可望受惠裕隆(2201)，但和泰車(2207)在Toyota Coroll市占有流失的狀況，加上國瑞汽車的競爭，獲利可能有風險。
 
高盛證券指出，Nissan樂觀看好Nissan Sentra單月銷量上看1000輛，不過高盛證較保守預期，新車單月銷售有望達500輛，裕隆(2201)仍可受惠新車題材，給予買進評等，並將目標價從60元上調至64元。
 
不過高盛證券也指出，中國市場Nissan Sentra接受度有好評，但豐田Toyota Corolla去年市佔有流失的狀況，這樣的趨勢可能延續到台灣市場，加上國瑞汽車的競爭，對和泰車(2207)獲利將有影響，維持賣出評等，但考量Altis預售情況，調升今年每股獲利1%。
