【劉智維／高雄報導】消防隊員不只要幫民眾解除戒指，連鴿子腳環卡住也有民眾上門求助。

高市消防局內門分隊下午有一名機姓女子帶著一隻鴿子上門，表示飼養的鴿子腳上帶有電子腳環，但鴿子腳部卻因腫脹導致腳環無法取下，希望消防隊員能夠協助。消防隊員表示，因擔心解除腳環過程傷害鴿子，他們以斜口鉗及尖嘴鉗小心翼翼將腳環剪斷，才順利幫助鴿子解套。

【綜合報導】英國漢普郡伊斯特利一名35歲女子艾莉柯爾，今年4月在公車站牌旁熱舞，被一旁民眾拍下放上影音網站，當時引發熱烈迴響，讓她瞬間爆紅，也因為這段影片，她現在還登上當地劇院，表演舞台劇。

知名劇作家萊恩派瑞絲，在網路上偶然看到艾莉熱舞影片，決定邀請她參與新作演出，艾莉表示她自己都難以相信，就因為不經意被拍到，替她帶來千載難逢的好機會。

有看了一下DM 目前友看上這幾隻符合我的需求之一 至少有5吋螢幕 SONY ZL、LG G PRO、PFI 32G(聽說之後會有64G)、INFOCUS IN810、 ACER S1、INFOCUS IN610、SHARP SH930W 不知道這幾隻單論CP值哪個最高? 因為爬文看的話 發現這幾隻大家都認為CP值都很高 那我想乾脆把這些CP值高的手機全部拿出來問一下版友們^^ 用途應該就是玩遊戲(像神魔之類的)、看影片、看看FB、LINE 照相功能普通夠用就好 另外後續好像還會有別的手機? 不知道CP值有沒有高過小弟列的手機? 【謝岱穎／高雄報導】統一獅全壘打消失的19場終於回來了。怪力左打郭岱琦在1局上就從義大犀牛先發投手林克謙手中撈出一發2分彈，而且還是一記在大逆風之下、飛出右外野看台之外的超大號全壘打，神力驚人，郭岱琦接著又在5局上平手之下敲出超前比數的安打，單場3打點帶領獅隊以11比3大勝對手，這一轟也是林克謙生涯所挨第8轟，其中就有4轟來自郭岱琦。

獅隊前一發全壘打出現在8月11日，開轟的也是郭岱琦，不過代總教練陳連宏並不擔心，認為全壘打少只是一時現象，但他說：「我最希望的還是泰山能再開轟，因為他目前只有8轟，連續球季10轟一定要延續下去，這紀錄太難得了。」張泰山已連15季至少10發全壘打，昨天沒開轟，但5局敲出二壘打，攻下本季第86打點，遙遙領先全聯盟。

【陳郁仁／台北報導】立法院長王金平關說爭議未解，馬英九總統今在臉書Po文，重申「這是大是大非的問題」，但現會以「訴訟照打、政務照推」為原則，來確保政府運作的順暢。例如政府官員與立法院的互動，以及部分具有憲政意義而原有立法院長參與或主持的活動，也都會依慣例舉辦，如總統府月會、國慶大會等，其他的活動則會視情況做必要的調整。

馬英九也強調，他會尊重司法，尊稱他「王院長」，會以國家安定與政務運作順暢為重，但絕不能忽略公平正義與司法獨立的維護。馬說，「這是一個尊重法律、謹守分際的總統，對人民莊嚴的承諾」。

【綜合報導】芬蘭研究當地3千對雙胞胎，發現較早學會說話和閱讀的，長大後比較容易變得愛喝酒。

這項由赫爾辛基大學(University of Helsinki)和於韋斯屈萊大學(University of Jyväskylä)等多所大學共同參與的研究，發布在最近的《酗酒:臨床實驗研究》期刊上(Alcoholism: Clinical and Experimental Research) ，研究中指出3千對雙胞胎中，先學會說話閱讀的人，到了18歲的時候，比後學會說話閱讀的，愛喝酒的機率還要多2倍，每個月平均至少喝醉一次的機率也高出4倍，不過並非表示他們就有酗酒問題。

研究分析較早學會說話和閱讀的人，容易變得愛喝酒，可能因為他們比較願意嘗試有風險的事物，而且這群人也擁有較多的朋友。
