我先承認我腦波太弱，看完那則妮維雅勝過海洋拉娜後 就衝去名佳美買了妮維雅霜， 看到卡尼爾在特價，就入手了卡尼爾水潤凝萃敏弱肌保濕霜 昨天先用妮維雅霜做田中按摩，按摩完臉其實還有點油 稍微用面紙按一按，就去睡覺 今天一整天臉都嫩嫩的，不過還是有點擔心太悶 所以今天晚上興沖沖開了卡尼爾敏弱肌保溼霜來按 想說很便宜當按摩霜用，就挖了一大陀抹到臉上 結果大約五秒後，臉～超～痛 又刺又痛又癢，本來想說會不會是臉太缺水，但又覺得最近我比以前認真保溼了應該不會 結果又按了半分鐘，終於受不了衝去把臉上的乳液洗掉 然後改用妮維雅霜，果然整個舒服好多， 用來按摩又很好推，味道香香的。 按摩完，上網google一下卡尼爾敏弱肌+刺痛 果然我不是個案啊！！ 本罐「敏弱肌」裡面含酒精！T___T 買了兩罐，現在只能擦身體了.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.184.188.222

標題[請益] 適合缺油超乾肌的保養品

這幾年用過很多牌保養品 但一直都沒有適合的 讓我覺得很困擾 擦完乳液沒多久臉上還是覺得乾乾的 倩碧的三步驟，sofina的精華乳 bevy的妝前保濕 我都覺得還好... 目前用的是ipsa的自律循環美白乳 用完覺得還不錯 至少不會像之前那樣臉部過一陣子就覺得乾乾的 其實也是因為去測完才知道自己是缺油乾肌 不過自律循環我覺得還是後面要搭配一些保濕凝膠才真的能超久一點 重點是他好貴..而且一瓶只能用一個多月!!! 不知道為何堅持一定要按三下 雖然還是有照著按.. 我是想請問各位大大 有沒有推薦的保養品 畢竟ipsa真的粉貴 想要找便宜一點的保養品 又適合缺油乾肌的 謝謝大家~!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.191.207

由宜蘭縣全國大專院校校友會「蘭友總會」發起的「蘭腳行臺灣」環島公益活動，將於9月22日啟動，以一周的時間，行腳全台數十所大學，與各地「蘭友會分會」進行交流，互挺青春熱血。環島過程中，同步舉辦公益明信片義賣及為家扶中心募集零錢與發票活動，關懷貧童。

蘭友總會表示，這次的環島行腳活動，將拜訪北、中、南、東數十所大學，除了與各地蘭友會分會成員進行交流外，還將邀請大學生們，一同完成「給未來自己的一封信」，寫下對自我的期許和青春的夢想。

環島義賣的公益明信片，由宜蘭家扶中心的孩子以「宜蘭印象」為主題，繪畫而成，蘭友總會籲請更多民眾與企業響應， 一起用愛的力量，幫助更多的孩子對抗貧窮、遠離貧窮，找到幸福的未來。

今天去公館陳三鼎對面二樓的A'MOUR作結構式護髮 從一開始到結果都令我失望 別人一開始坐下來就主動問要喝甚麼 我弄頭髮則坐老半天都不主動問 真的口太渴了 就要一杯水喝 水是給我了 發現水杯上面蓋著白色印著A'MOUR的紙蓋好髒 當下喝一口就不敢喝了 弄的過程好像都是小助理 最後弄完了 頭髮的髮質沒有想像中好 髮尾還是很糟 感覺很乾 最後那個幫我吹頭髮的人說沒辦法一次護到好 所以他也承認沒有幫我護好 卻還收我這麼多錢 心裡卻是覺得剛開始還介紹說髮質會變多好都是騙人的 後來幫我結帳給我名片 結帳的時候發現洗髮二百元護髮一千元總共一千二百元 真貴 剛開始我只說我要護髮阿 還算洗髮二百元是怎麼回事 PO這篇文章的目的 是想告訴大家 對於結構式護髮不要太高的期待 還有另外一個重點是真的很貴 想知道最後幫我吹頭髮的是誰 請站內信詢問 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.73.128

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】中央氣象局剛剛持續發布豪雨特報，今天因午後對流雲系發展旺盛，氣象局已把屏東地區、高雄市山區及花蓮山區納入豪雨特報範圍，有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率；另外嘉義至高雄地區、南投地區、雲林以北山區、宜蘭山區及台東山區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲。

根據氣象局觀測資料，今天截至傍晚6時10分止，花蓮縣秀林鄉銅門累計雨量已達142毫米，達到豪雨（24小時內雨量130毫米）等級，另外降雨較多地區還包括屏東縣萬巒鄉赤山有128.5毫米、花蓮縣秀林鄉水源116毫米、高雄市六龜區新發110.5毫米、花蓮縣萬榮鄉東壙103.5毫米。

【綜合報導】中國江蘇南京地鐵站外最近有手機業者舉辦宣傳活動，聲稱「免費送手機和平板電腦」。一名80歲老婦以為真的有免費手機可以領取，大太陽下排隊兩小時後，才發現必須辦理門號，還要預先繳交1200元人民幣(約台幣5824元)費用，被氣到心臟病發作直接昏倒街頭。路人連忙協助打電話報警，救護車趕來將老婦送院，並無大礙。

【綜合報導】蘋果電腦剛推出的iPhone 5c雖然是第一次大玩色彩系列，但似乎銷售狀況並未如預期般轟動，開放預購3天後仍然有貨可訂。不過據美國Apple Store統計，16GB黃色無鎖碼、無合約版，出貨日期會比其他顏色晚5天，相信是最受客人歡迎。

香港知名形象顧問張學潤表示，因為黃色較為搶眼，有「炫耀」的成份，不過亞洲人膚色偏黃較難襯托，但黃色又夠中性，男女都可接受。而另一位香港堪輿專家麥玲玲師傅，從「玄學」角度解構各種顏色的iPhone 5c，「中國人傳統的符咒都是用黃色，所以黃色有辟邪、搶旺作用，確實是個不錯的顏色」。她更教大家用自己出生的季節來選顏色，可以「旺自己」，如白色屬金，旺春天出生、藍色屬水旺夏天、綠色屬木旺秋天、紅色屬火旺冬天等，至於iPhone 5c的黃色就屬淺色系，只要本身不太忌土的人都適合。

標題[問題] 想換SONY Z 該選甚麼方案

對手機真的非常不了解，查了好幾個小時還沒有眉目 狀況如下： 現在是中華，月租188，不常講電話，對女友又是熱線，所以常常不會打超過188 想NP，但考慮到熱線問題，女友要求要NP就要去弄網路(才能LINE) 又因為在家有無線網路，學校也有WiFi，感覺應該不需要到吃到飽 想問一下 我應該 直接買空機（反正我一個月通常只繳188，直接買省月租） 　　　　中華333大省（好像只有ZL沒有Z嗎？） 中華學專591（感覺5G用不完） 　　　　台哥401半價+489吃到飽 （台哥的方案我一直看不懂，不懂401半價條件是甚麼） 　　　　 手機想在萬元上下搞定，這樣是有可能的嗎？ （我直接辜狗學專591跟台哥搭Z的方案，第一個跳出來的通訊行都是一萬左右 　是合理的價格嗎@@?) 還是有建議跟Z同等級的手機好搭的嗎？韓機不考慮就是了 真的好難懂阿，希望各位板友幫忙指點明路阿～謝謝～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.226.38.124
