【大紀元2013年09月14日訊】（大紀元記者張頓綜合報導）中共當局號稱引進外資全球第二，並吹噓是世界上第二大經濟體。9月12日，中共前外長李肇星卻在深圳清華大學研究院舉辦的清華紫荊大講堂中稱，「現在有人說中國崛起了，不是發展中國家了，還有人說中國是世界第二了，和美國並稱G2。誰信？只有傻帽才信！」

分析認為，李肇星此時發聲，並在大連舉行的夏季「達沃斯」世界經濟論壇，李克強高談改革之際，公然與當局唱反調，說明中共已不再是鐵板一塊，已公然分裂，互相拆台、打壓，但他對中國的經濟可謂一語道破。

中共仍靠「借貸加建造」提升經濟引質疑

華爾街日報9月14日報導稱，雖然中共領導人目前正在宣揚他們的改革承諾，但有跡象表明，中國經濟最近好轉依賴的依然是以前那種「借貸加建造」的政策，外界不禁質疑這種反彈能持續多久。

報導稱，中共對大興土木有著強烈偏好，雖然大搞建設會提振短期經濟增長，但對中國長期經濟前景幾乎起不到支撐作用。

同時儘管中國央行試圖遏制過度放貸，出現了「錢荒」程度之甚，讓全球投資者都感到驚慌，短期利率逼近30%，但今年上半年中國的放貸規模仍遠高於去年。

惠譽分析師朱夏蓮說，最近中國經濟的增長是由過去一年放貸規模增長約20%所推動的。她週四說，任何認為中國即將解決掉信貸問題的人都想錯了。

衡量中國放貸情況的最廣泛指標社會融資總額飆升至人民幣1.57萬億元，而7月份這個數字僅為8,080億元。這表明中國開始再次用信貸來刺激增長。

超高投資水平致中國經濟嚴重失衡

彼得森國際經濟研究所(PIIE) 的高級研究員拉迪(Nicholas R. Lardy)對美國之音表示，中國經濟已經過份失衡，投資水平過高，私人消費受到系統性抑制。在過去10年來，中國服務業備受冷落，增速緩慢。而中國家庭實際的儲蓄利率在2003年後，平均為負。

拉迪表示，相對於差不多2倍於GDP的負債率，其增長速度之快更為令人擔憂。數據顯示，中國2008年的負債占GDP比例是120％，短短4年就增長到了187％。

拉迪還表示，大量的房地產的投資，尤其是住宅類房地產的投資是目前中國靠信貸增長模式最大的風險之一。如果房地產投資銳減，那麼中國經濟增長就會大幅放緩，而且可能是長期的。

中共經濟數據普遍造假

中國經濟數字普遍造假已成公開的秘密。《華爾街日報》9月6日報導說，中共國家統計局發佈一份聲明說，雲南省陸良縣極大的誇大了它的工業產出數字和固定資產投資。

報導稱，統計局發現，在隨機檢查了該縣的25個工業公司之後，地方政府遞交的數據顯示前六個月的公司產出為27.4億元，比實際規模超過2.5倍；檢查28個公司的2012年數據發現，該縣報告的63.4億元價值產出比實際高出2.2倍；調查13個投資項目發現地方政府報告的2.1億元的完成投資，僅僅有2000萬元是真實的。

而此前的7月20日，知名經濟學家郎鹹平在大陸無錫「郎眼看錢荒」主題講座上表示，大陸上半年經濟數據從GDP到通脹到外貿到順差，全是假的，尤其是外貿數據，摻水十倍。

郎鹹平表示，中國經濟已進入最可怕的滯脹階段，中國經濟正面臨八大危機，今年6月錢荒，標誌著金融海嘯正式爆發。

【綜合報導】桃園地方法院今天上午開庭審理洪仲丘案，傳喚542旅少將旅長沈威志，沈威志辯稱「不知道洪仲丘不能送禁閉」，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸表示，不理解「我們軍隊怎麼會這樣」。
 
洪慈庸說，「他們都已經從軍10幾年到2、30年的時間」，但事情發生至今，都用「不知道、不清楚」來回應，她身為家屬、一個台灣婦女，會說，「怎麼我們的軍隊會這樣」。
 
另外對於洪仲丘幽閉恐懼症部分，洪慈庸說，事發之前她並不清楚，但媽媽有說，洪仲丘在家的時候，都不關門也不關窗，無時無刻都是把門打開的狀態，他可能有這個狀況，但是輕微沒有去就醫。

【綜合報導】澳洲雪梨地方法院日前審理一起高中女老師涉嫌性侵未成年男學生的案件。2005年，當時22歲的體育女老師在一所教會學校任職，因為搭乘同一班校車，認識了自己並未帶過的同校17歲男學生，由於女老師年輕貌美、身材火辣，本來就是校內名人，兩人很快開始互傳簡訊，接著女老師開始邀約男學生參加活動，進而交往，並發生多次關係。

現在已經25歲的男學生日前在法庭上表示，「當年老師多次把車停在我家附近的路上，然後帶我到足球場旁的幽靜場所發生性關係」，維持這樣的交往一陣子後，女老師突然要安排他與她的父母見面，更說想要懷他的孩子，「我被她徹底的嚇到了，後來就不再和她連絡」。法庭也傳喚了當時男學生一名同學，當年男學生曾鉅細靡遺告訴他與老師發生關係的細節。但女老師在庭上全盤否認男學生的指控。本案仍在繼續審理中。

   面對歹戲拖棚、連續劇般的馬王之爭，真心建議王金平辭掉院長一職，擔任陽春立委；同理，馬英九亦應請辭黨主席專心國務，理由很簡單，兩位老大、大老近日的言行舉措，「無庸置疑、無可爭辯」地都傷害了國民黨的團結與形象，誰也沒比誰道德崇高，兩位都欠台灣及國民黨所有黨員「一個公道」。
   以王金平的崇隆地位，不管是「關心」或「關說」司法檢調的濫訴沈痾「通案或個案」，王不思以公正、公開、公平形式為之，卻「私下」向司法高層「傳遞訊息」，說實話，此一舉措當然有嚴重瑕疵；尤其令國民黨員無法接受的是，王是應對手民進黨立院黨鞭柯建銘「請託」，試問，這樣的「濫情」，黨員如何能心服口服？
   弔詭的是，當馬企圖以高道德操守及公理正義讓王成為「一夜輸」的看似優勢條件下，卻嚴重忽略台灣傳統人情世故與「程序正義」。站在社會公益角度，特偵組的行為，套句部分媒體企圖使用「法律邊緣」說法，說實話，特偵組應科學辦案、讓人「心服口服」，怎可有「擦邊球」的「理盲」取巧心態。
   因為如此，王刻意迴避「關說領域」，而馬也儘量避免觸及程序正義，於是乎，兩個人各自「『一中』各表」，不願正視自己「眼中大樑」的問題，最終遂演變成國民黨內親者痛、仇者快。坦白說，以王的歷練乃至其他立委的「實務運作」，有哪個委員敢跳出來說自己絕對清白？
   準此，就讓筆者再烏鴉一次，此案理應定位為「政治問題」，方能逐漸彌平並沈澱馬王雙方心靈。台灣真的夠吵雜了，在我們停滯不前時，世界仍然不斷「向前行」，我們沒有太多時間可以繼續空轉內耗，在馬王雙方都有「法、理、情」站不住腳的狀況下，誠懇建議建議雙方「各退一步『負責』」，其中，當然更應要求民進黨一起嚴正表態，因為，台灣實在經不起各位大德們的一再折磨啊。

【綜合報導】美國密西根州24歲男子葛里沙(Zachariah Grisham)，前天(15日)與女友3歲兒子玩遊戲時，誤開槍將他擊斃。

當地檢察官表示，葛里沙在周日下午約3時30分，與女友3歲兒子威爾遜(Lance Wilson)在公園拿著真槍玩槍擊遊戲時，葛里沙開槍擊殺了男童。他周一被控疏忽和魯莽殺人，警方持續調查中，暫時不清楚死者母親當時是否在場。
