【陳培煌／台北報導】公民監督國會聯盟執行長張宏林今天砲轟立法院說，「我們已經做好沒有關說立委的立法院的準備」。立委若過去涉及違法關說或干擾司法案件，全部都應該要查清楚、應該要下台。

今天是立院新會期開議日，公督盟上午在立法院大門口舉行記者會，呼籲立委高喊國會自律的同時，也應立下國會自律的良好示範。

「王院長這是你的機會，重新做人」，張宏林強調，立法院長王金平若可躲開關說疑雲，證實清白，那是王金平的機會，重新寫下歷史定位，讓台灣在民主憲政史上有一位獨立、無黨籍的國會議長。如果能這樣，也是台灣民主憲政上很特別的一頁。

公督盟常務理事顧忠華則以颱風來形容這次的關說事件；他說，這是由總統馬英九掀起來的超級颶風，讓台灣行政、立法與司法都受到重大災害損失，「現在開始是災後重建」，就像颱風，雖然會讓人遭受極大損害，但也會帶來雨水與甘霖，他希望行政、立法與司法這三方都能深自檢討，把一些如非法監聽、關說與互動規範等問題釐清楚。

【綜合報導】德國總理莫克昨晚指出，德國確實曾經像敘利亞出口上百噸化學品，但否認是給敘利亞製造化學武器。

德國媒體指出，2002年以及2006年，德國曾向敍利亞共出口137噸化學製品，其中93噸為氟化氫，質疑這些化學品是否可能被用來製造沙林毒氣。莫克表示，這是前任政府批准的出口品，而且當時調查後認為這批化學品是做為民間用途，因此向出口企業頒發許可證。

莫克也說，目前仍沒有證據顯示這些從德國出口的化學品，被用來製造沙林毒氣。從2011年5月起，國際社會開始對叙利亞政府實行制裁，德國也沒有再向敍利亞出口過類似產品。

【張貴翔／新北報導】1名17歲張姓少年因高中肄業後，平日無所事事，便找來16歲蕭姓少年與15歲劉姓少年共組詐騙集團，平時都受綽號「泰山」的男子從中國以電話遙控犯案，手法都以冒用台北地檢署、台北市刑大、健保局等名義詐騙被害人。

昨天國道公路刑警隊趁3人取款時一舉逮獲，並在3人身上搜出贓款65萬2000元、7支手機、位造的臺北地檢署偵查卷宗及法務部假扣押處分命令各1張；目前正追查是否有其他共犯，並將3人以詐欺及偽造文書罪嫌移送偵辦。
