【謝岱穎／綜合報導】陳偉殷2013年的倒數第2場先發，在客場對上老對手光芒，投完前2局，被敲2支安打，投出1次四壞，失1分，第2局結束，光芒以1比0領先。

1局下， 殷仔花了8球三振光芒開路先鋒羅德里格茲(Sean Rodriguez)，接著輕鬆讓過去對他20打數敲10安打的佐布瑞斯特(Ben Zobrist)擊出游擊滾地球出局，然後再解決最強的龍戈利亞(Evan Longoria)，讓他擊出右外野飛球出局。2局下一開始被超新人邁爾斯(Wil Myers)敲左外野安打，然後四壞球保送楊格(Delmon Young)，下一棒的打者敲出三壘滾地球，金鶯未能成功製造雙殺，1出局攻佔一、三壘，結果被2008年選秀狀元貝克漢(Tim Beckham)敲高飛犧牲打，攻下個人生涯第一個打點。

【大紀元2013年09月23日訊】（大紀元記者林萌騫台灣南投報導）南投縣大埔里區有220種蝴蝶，占台灣的一半以上。新故鄉基金會結合日月潭管理處、埔里鎮公所及桃米社區，除了積極為蝴蝶造窩，更進一步合作，將蝴蝶與毛毛蟲所吃無毒健康的蜜源與食草植物，創新研發入菜，並於25日在紙教堂舉辦第一屆桃米蝴蝶餐創意料理大賽。

蝴蝶餐發表會由新城國小附設幼兒園的蝴蝶舞揭開序幕，接著桃米社區演出以毛毛蟲喜愛的食茱萸（又名紅刺蔥，葉片可食用）為主角的蝴蝶話劇，隨後在地餐廳業者將《食茱萸燉鷄湯》等10道蝴蝶大餐一一端上桌，供與會來賓先嘗為快。

第一屆桃米蝴蝶餐創意料理大賽，將由大埔里區內相關業者及桃米社區的媽媽們組成10幾個團隊，提供超過20道創意美食料理，在五星級名廚及專家學者的專業評審下，展開一場「蝴蝶．美食」的饗宴。

桃米休閒農業區推展協會理事長廖永坤表示，蝴蝶餐美食不僅讓遊客口齒留香，同時也告訴民眾，蝴蝶的食物是人類最養生、最健康、最原味的食材，大家一定要好好保護和珍惜。

日管處埔里管理站主任施宗泓指出，桃米社區的生態旅遊，不但有好看的蝴蝶，還有健康又好吃的蝴蝶餐，好玩、好看、好吃一次完整體驗。

開放式創新(Open Innovation)是一個耳熟能詳的名詞，許多企業充分利用這個概念，讓公司在競爭激烈、變化快速的市場上維持領先地位，持續獲利。國外企業如菲利浦，國內企業如台積電，都是在開放式創新實務上有傑出成果的公司。開放式創新強調，企業的產品技術不必然要全由公司內部研發單位完成，包括新產品概念及製造技術。

藉由一個適當的平台及機制，與外界夥伴合作或交易，可加速產品開發時程，及時進入產業供應鏈，甚至推出劃時代的產品。所以開放式創新的案源可以來自上游供應商，下游客戶，異業結盟夥伴，當然也可以是學研單位。針對不同的需求與對象，合作的策略，方式及目標也會有所不同。

在眾多的合作組合中，產學合作是開放式創新非常值得重視的模式，特別是在台灣，絕大多數的高階研究人員都在學界，若能充分運用這些資源，應該是可以發揮很好的槓桿作用。但是產學合作卻也是許多企業感到最不容易掌握研究進度及成效的合作模式。

我個人從事產學合作及審查產學合作計畫多年，遇到各種不同的案例，了解產學合作要有實質產出，除了要找到足夠專業的夥伴，還有幾個要素是必要的。

第一個要素：雙方要有一定程度的互信。通常看到的情形是，公司因為業務機密的關係，產學合作時保留相關資訊，讓學界研究團隊在沒有完整資訊的情況下，必須付出額外的時間及人力去摸索。若是能夠建立完善的保密機制，使雙方放心揭露所擁有的資訊，研發工作必定會事半功倍。

第二個要素：雙方的期待要有共識。學界研究者的研究主題及重點相異極大，有的重理論、有的重實務，有的重前瞻、有的重實用，研究產出及時效不見得會與企業的需求一致。找醉心於前瞻研究的學者立即解決目前生產線上遇到的問題，其結果通常不會太樂觀。所以雙方一定要確定目標與時程，方向及步調才會一致。

第三個要素：雙方在執行過程要有深度交流。通常企業界最了解市場需求及產品規格，學者及學生相對缺乏相關概念，企業若能在合作過程積極參與，並予以適當引導，相輔相成，成功機會將會大增；即便失敗，也可培育具產業概念的學生，降低學用落差，為下一個案子做好準備。

國家實驗研究院（國研院）一向以支援學術研究為主要任務，近年來也積極推動產學的橋樑與銜接工作，務求將學術研究成果轉譯為產業創新產品。

我們的價值創造平台就是一個技術產業化加速器。一般大學教授之研究著重創新，多以發表論文為目的，產業化所必須執行的例行工作常因為缺乏興趣或人手而無法完成，這個鴻溝即可藉由國研院的價值創造平台來填補。

國研院擁有許多先進的科研設施，搭配經驗豐富的全職研究人員與工程人員，當可結合產、學、研三方之優勢，成功創造產業新價值。目前國研院的動物中心，地震工程中心，晶片設計中心，奈米元件實驗室以及儀器科技中心都有價值創造平台的服務，歡迎各界使用。

【綜合報導】先前傳出22日肯亞發生的購物中心槍擊案，主嫌為曾參與英國倫敦「七七爆炸案」的恐怖分子未亡人，綽號「白寡婦」的莎曼珊盧思韋特（Samantha Lewthwaite），不過肯亞政府官員表示，參與攻擊的恐怖份子全為男性，其中有部份則扮成女性。

英國官員表示「白寡婦」和這起攻擊案應該沒有關聯，並否認對此說法進行調查，肯亞安全部隊人員則指出攻擊者來自不同國家。

標題[普雷] 被偷走的那五年 違和感重

有雷 慎入 不知道有沒有人有一樣感覺 從一開始女主角的口音 就讓人感到很違和 整個fu就超怪 因為明明場景在台灣 偏偏就突然一個女主角及醫生 操著台灣人所不熟悉的口音 整個違和感超重 要解釋成女主角是嫁來台灣的 也能通 但這也不是絕大多數台灣家庭現況 所以也無法引起共鳴 女主角真的漂亮 但有些地方表現的確實不合常理 例如片子開始 在醫院醒來 跟醫生說話還一付開心樣 =_- 想到阿ken 不知為啥 總覺得他說話像唸稿子 聲音很大但有些誇張了 真心無法理解本片哭點在哪 覺得本片很難引起共鳴 不太清楚本片的主要受眾群是台灣或對岸 想到對岸這些年拍了不少片 古裝及近代片有些都很不錯 像姜文的 讓子彈飛 尋鎗 趙本山的 落葉歸根 等等 都在水準以上 唯獨感情都市劇 總像同一個套路 好像都有一個現代女強人 然後女強人心中都很寂寞 然後佈景也都大同小異 演員們的表情說話都像照本宣科 不是很自然 韓國以前有拍過一部連續劇 紅豆女之戀 故事講一個在遊樂園打工的女生 她不是女強人 也沒在高樓大廈穿著套裝上班 但就是好看 就是能引起共鳴 是一部水準以上的現代都市情感劇 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.124.141

國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池今參加黨政會報時，向黨主席、馬英九總統建議應舉行服貿辯論，他說，立法院要舉辦十六場公聽會，就算辦一百場效果也不大；倒不如舉行辯論，可能吸引上百萬人觀看，效果好，民眾才能真正了解，馬總統表示，完全配合。

狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心今天表示，9月18日至22日檢測出12例鼬獾確診狂犬病，包括台中市和平區、太平區、南投縣魚池鄉、鹿谷鄉、雲林縣古坑鄉、台南市龍崎鄉、高雄市田寮區、茂林區、杉林區及台東縣成功鎮、池上鄉。

發生地點新增高雄市茂林區及杉林區，總計案例發生地區為9縣市51鄉鎮，感染動物種類以鼬獾為主。
