我不知道該怎麼辦 女友的老爸一直打她 而且是毫無理由的! (一) 老爸用壞電腦 要她修 她不會修 就被打 還要我女友自己抱著電腦去修理 費用自付 媽呀... (二) 女友念書念到22:00左右 老爸就叫她去睡覺 她收拾筆記 就被打 說放桌上就好 去睡覺! 睡覺就算了 還不關燈! 不給關燈 睡醒之後發現筆記本被滴了奇怪的五顏六色液體 WTF 女友想要重新整理筆記 又被老爸打! 說這個筆記無關緊要 為什麼我會發現 是因為見面的時候發現她常常有傷口 最近嘴巴邊緣都是傷痕 逼問之下才問出來 知道之後非常難過 重點是在追問下去發現這種莫名奇妙的事情不是第一次了 我跟女友說我要打113 她不讓我打 告訴我 好說歹多都是家人 這就是血緣 沒有辦法的 我想帶她去驗傷 她不跟我走 女友說:如果我背著她去打電話 她會生氣 但是..這已經不是家醜外揚的問題了吧?? 在這樣下去我女友都有生命安危吧?? 上網找了一下 這已經是家暴了 尤其是精神壓力的家暴 她家老爸已經在家蹲了十年都沒出門 沒收全家的身分證及健保卡 不給全家人看醫生 我平常都會幫女友出錢 讓她用自費的方式 看醫生 有一次她身體不舒服 我要帶她去看醫生 老爸不放行 說自然會好 然後呢!!!! 老媽老爸老姐三人就在那邊看電視 我女友一個人躺在床上痛到昏倒 太過分了!!!!!!!!!我幾乎快氣死 怎麼有這種家人 女友家庭背景: 女友:家中排行老二，18歲 老爸:50歲，家裡蹲經歷十年以上 老媽:40歲，月入三萬，支撐家庭(什麼都以老爸為主) 老姐:公主病，20歲 就算是我在外面租房子給女友住也是犯法 和誘罪!? 天阿 我現在想要打電話請社會局把她老爸給拱出家門 可以嗎? 可以幫女友申請保護令嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.95.52

【綜合報導】肯亞總統肯雅塔剛剛發表電視演說，稱發生在首都奈洛比西門商場的恐襲事件已經落幕，肯亞官方已結束攻堅行動，且擊敗了進行恐攻的武裝份子，共5名匪徒遭擊斃、11名疑犯被捕。

肯雅塔說雖然承受了極大損失，但肯亞勇敢、團結且堅強，因此不會被擊倒。肯雅塔還透露，共有61位平民在這起事件中喪生，攻堅行動中也折損了6位安全部隊成員。

【綜合報導】這隻現年3歲的約克夏「佩跟」，身高約12.7公分，體重不到1.4公斤，據稱應是英國最小的約克夏，由於佩跟實在太迷你，外出時主人都是用洋娃娃版的嬰兒車，推著佩跟到處走，就怕佩跟一個走丟就很難找回來，而且佩跟就連在家也不安全，家中另一頭惠彼特犬打哈欠時，就曾不小心咬住佩跟的頭，導致佩跟差點小命不保。

佩跟的主人現年72歲的布蘭達威爾登，一開始養佩跟時，就發現佩跟怎麼都長不大，帶牠去給獸醫檢查，獸醫表示佩跟健康一切無礙，就只是長得比較小，比吉娃娃還更迷你的佩跟，相當受歡迎，還有人出價1000英鎊，約台幣47500元想把佩跟買回家。

【綜合報導】利比亞已故領袖格達費，除了被指為一名暴君，根據英國《每日郵報》報導，實際上格達費是一名淫魔。

格達費生前身邊總有許多女侍衛隨侍在側，但格達費的前侍衛長道爾(Mansour Daw)透露，那些有獻上美女性奴給格達費的人，會極速得到升職機會。為了滿足格達費的強大性慾，當時更設立了專責的政府部門搜羅美女，供他淫慾。在格達費多年來的獨裁統治下，估計有無數女性被他強姦。

道爾表示，格達費在家中地牢，囚禁大批性奴做後宮，這些女子全部經格達費精挑細選，都是他的最愛。不論日夜，只要格達費一聲令下，她們就要乖乖聽命滿足他的性慾。

就連到法國及西班牙外訪，格達費的性奴，都會喬裝隨行。當時政府更設立禮儀部，專門為格達費尋找更多性奴，由黃花閨女，到街上妓女，甚至男人全部都不放過。而禮儀部部長，更因此被戲稱為「妓女部長」。

道爾表示，多數人都對這些性奴的悲慘遭遇視而不見，有些政府人員甚至獻上妻子、女兒，以立下功績，換取平步青雲。有傳聞指格達費甚至強迫政府部門的部長與他發生性行為。道爾目前正被囚禁在利比亞一個高級監獄，等候接受戰爭罪行審判。

【陳偉周／新北報導】新北市一名52歲洪姓男子，今天下午12時許，手拿著一罐藍色桶子，走向野柳派出所，值班台警員見洪男走路搖搖晃晃覺得有異，突然洪男朝派出所門口潑灑汽油，警方擔心他引燃，當場將洪男制伏在地，聞渾身酒味，進行酒測值達4毫克。
 
洪男向警方抱怨，「中秋見不到老婆！」表示逢佳節特別寂寞，他說妻子自從申請家暴令後與他避不見面，向警方求助無援，酒後覺得鬱卒情緒失控，才會在派出所前潑汽油洩憤，訊後依公共危險罪將洪男移送。

行政院長江宜樺今天前往立法院提出施政報告，民進黨立委堅持須先道歉，才能上台報告。江宜樺表示，根據憲法，行政院有義務赴立法院報告備詢，民進黨指控他毀憲亂政，要求他道歉，但他認為要替沒說過的話道歉，這很牽強。

江宜樺表示，必要時，可提供兩次受訪的逐字稿，給大家參考，他從未說過對於沒有王金平的立法院，已經準備好了，而是指政院已評估各種狀況，作好準備，希望在野黨勿杯葛議事，讓重要政策能如期推動。

立法院長王金平說，朝野只剩江宜樺是否道歉一事，未達成共識，其他幾乎都解決了。對於今早的協商，他表示，看事辦事，盼朝野共同努力，化解僵局，但行政院沒有人與他聯繫。

【短片】【廖珮君／台北報導】今早金管會邀請37家外銀在台分行、子行負責人舉行座談會，會後金管會主委曾銘宗說，外銀對國外的新金融商品能力很強，未來希望他們可以引進國外商品、和新的經營模式來台灣，讓台灣的地方金融也可吸取他們的經驗。

曾銘宗說，會中跟外銀負責人說明，整個金融管理在重視風險及重視法遵的前提下，整個金融管理會朝自由化的方向，其次，也希望外銀能進一步引進國外的新金融商品到國內，這部分他們相對比較強，所以，要求他們儘量引介國外新金融商品，另外也能引進新的經營模式到台灣，讓台灣的地方金融能吸取他們的經驗。

【蕭孜玹／台北報導】台視外景節目《愛玩咖》明晚起一連3周推出精彩刺激的「鐵馬任務」新單元，主持群2moro、Cindy和特別來賓五熊將兵分兩路進行對抗、爭取50萬元的獎金。但比賽過程中，大夥騎單車在台北趴趴走卻狀況連連，先是Cindy不慎摔車受傷，接著郭彥均腰傷舊疾復發，讓首次參加外景節目的五熊苦笑說：「太刺激了，主持人真的好辛苦！」
 
「鐵馬任務」選定9個美食據點，郭彥均搭檔Cindy對抗郭彥甫和五熊，除了要在最短時間內找出美食所在地點外，還必須找事先不知情的友人前來埋單，完成最多次任務的將可獲得50萬元獎金。結果藍心湄接到郭彥均「奪命連環call」回嗆他：「飯是你吃的、錢爲什麼是我付？」Cindy也無奈說：「以後再也沒有朋友敢接我電話了。」
 
另外，為提供觀眾更豐富的美食旅遊訊息，《愛玩咖》下月初將走向國際，第一站先到越南取景，帶領觀眾走訪中南半島的風土人情。
