【綜合報導】張藥房老闆張森文告別式，將於二十八日上午在「張藥房」原址舉辦。張家也向相關路權單位提出申請，範圍包括公義路北上外側車道，及仁愛路南下車道，成「ㄇ字形」。張森文的兒子張元豪說，無論路權申請過不過，父親的告別式都會在原址舉辦。
據《自由時報》報導，這幾日張家都有青年自發前往協助，有的幫忙摺紙蓮花，有的幫忙接待。台灣農村陣線研究員林樂昕說，因張家希望告別式簡單肅穆，農陣不會特別發起活動，民眾可自發前往。捍衛大埔巡守隊隊長林一方說，雖沒有刻意號召，但他相信當天前往送行的人數，一定不會比當初大埔阿嬤朱馮敏的少。
發起人民抗暴行動的「黑色島國青年陣線」，將在928送別大埔張藥房老闆的日子，晚上7點在凱道舉行「毀憲虐民，暴政下台：928人民抗暴行動」，訴求馬政府毀憲虐民，要求罪魁禍首馬英九、吳敦義以及江宜樺即刻請辭下台！

 美國經濟諮商理事會(The Conference Board)19日公布8月份領先指標(LEI)優於預期，較前月上升0.7%至96.6，增幅高於彭博社調查預估的0.6%，意謂著經濟的復甦力道日益增溫。領先指標6、7月的增幅分別為0%與0.5%。
就業市況改善、股市上揚讓家庭財富逐漸增加，進而抵銷壓抑經濟成長的財政問題。經濟諮商理事會經濟學家Ken Goldstein指出，最新數據顯示近期的經濟擴張步伐日益有活力。
彭博社報導，Stone & McCarthy Research Associates經濟學家Kenneth Kim在領先指標數據公佈前表示，經濟有望在今(2013)年下半年加快成長；股市上揚提振了消費者支出，民眾主要將股市賺的錢拿來買車。
其它數據顯示，8月份同步指標上揚0.2%(前月增0.1%)至106.3；落後指標月增0.3%(前月減0.1%)至118.6。
汽車調研機構AutoData甫於9月公布，美國8月份新車銷售年率年增11%至1,609萬輛，優於分析師預估1,580萬輛，且是自2007年10月以來新高。以通用、豐田為首的美系、日系車廠，以及歐系的豪華車廠寶馬(BMW)與戴姆勒(Daimler AG)均有令人驚艷表現。

【綜合報導】德國22日舉行國會大選，總理梅克爾(Angela Merkel)領導的基民/基社聯盟(CDU/CSU)取得史上最好的41.5%得票成績，雖然以些微差距無法取得國會中的絕對多數，但莫克仍以「表現非凡」讚許她領導的保守派集團，在這次德國國會選舉中的勝選。
莫克並承諾會帶給德國4個更好的年頭，但也指出，現在就談籌組下任政府還為時尚早。
莫克的對手，也就是社會民主黨(SPD)總理候選人施泰因布呂克(Peer Steinbrueck)說，未來政府是什麼樣子，現在完全看梅克爾如何決定。社民黨在這次選舉屈居第二，贏得約26%的選票。
另外，CDU盟黨、親企業的自由民主黨(FDP)得票率僅4.8%，為50多年來首度沒有在國會拿到任何席次。

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】天兔颱風遠離台灣，氣象局指出，天兔昨晚已在香港與汕頭間登陸廣東，今並減弱為輕度颱風。今天颱風外圍環流影響減弱，但水汽仍多，南部、東半部仍有短暫陣雨，不過下雨的區域和雨勢預估會比昨天少，中部以北恢復為午後有局部短暫雷陣雨的天氣型態。
氣象局預測，明天周二水汽更減少，東半部及南部僅有局部會降雨，中部以北也還是午後有局部短暫雷陣雨，各地溫度持續略微回升。不過周三到周四東北風季風增強，迎風面的北部及東北部天氣轉涼，低溫約降到22℃，北部及東半部轉為有短暫陣雨的天氣，南部地區及中部山區午後有局部短暫雷陣雨，其他地區為多雲到晴。

大家好 小弟一個小時前 開車行經國道三號南下埔頂隧道 小弟開在中線 左線有一台銀色VIRAGE 我正要經過他的時候 大概還差半個車身 他忽然往右切 對 往右切 沒有方向燈 也沒有任何徵兆 就往右切 我嚇到趕快往右打並長按喇叭 結果銀色VIRAGE遲了一兩秒才趕快縮回去內線 現在小弟還是心有餘悸 剛剛要是我右側有另外一台車衝過來 說不定就是連環大車禍了 剛剛檢視了我的行車記錄器 有清楚的拍下來整個過程 想請問車版的大哥大姐們 這樣的情形可以檢舉嘛? 謝謝各位的解答 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.113.32.22

【楊適吾／高雄報導】高雄市大寮區台21線靠近農場路的高屏溪堤防道路，凌晨1點40分許發生1起火燒車事件，民眾路過看見堤防道路冒出火光，查看時有火 燒車便趕緊報案。消防隊趕抵現場後趕緊出水搶救，並發現1名男子倒臥在附近草皮上，警消詢問下，男子坦承是自己在車內拿噴燈，想要點燃副駕駛座腳踏墊烤肉架內的木炭而引起火燒車。男子被救後只表示頭暈，消防隊還是將他送醫救治。而燃燒的小客車疑為出租車輛，整部車被火燒到只剩下骨架，慘不忍睹，至於該男子 為何想要企圖燒炭自殺，還有待警方進一步了解。

【王烱華／台北報導】國軍的志工外交再出擊！國防部上午公布三軍總醫院的「暑期海外志工服務隊」，組成柬埔寨、印度孟買、泰國小桂河、尼泊爾等4個志工團，利用暑假期間進行為期3週的志工服務，除分享不同文化外，也增進彼此情誼。
國防部發言人羅紹和表示，國防部本著對人道的關懷與服務的熱忱，由三軍總醫院馬辛一醫師、田炯璽醫師、朱德明醫師、邱國洲醫師、彭家勛醫師、江建平醫師、張耀文醫師、國防醫學院魏榮貴老師、林富煌老師與50位學生，組成4個志工團，前往柬埔寨、印度、泰國、尼泊爾進行志工服務。
羅紹和指出，志工隊服務期間由醫生專職看診工作，學生則負責批掛號、藥衛材清點、病患照護、兒童育樂營、家訪衛教等工作。參與印度孟買志工隊的國防醫學院學生陳婉亭表示；志工隊在當地還教導當地居民正確衛生觀念、資源回收及基本醫療保健常識，並捐贈當地人民生活必需物資，同時藉由分享不同的文化，增進彼此感情，拉近兩地民眾的關係，使該地民眾更認識台灣。
