受美政府關門、舉債上限危機恐衝擊全球景氣拖累，歐股2日多數走跌，其中歐洲三大指數全場維持在弱勢橫盤整理格局，終場收低。不過，義大利股市在政局回穩激勵下卻得以逆勢上漲，成為當日歐股最大亮點。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，德國DAX指數跌0.69%(59.72點)至8629.42點；英國FTSE-100指數跌0.35%(22.51點)至6437.50點；法國CAC-40指數跌0.92%(38.44點)至4158.16點。       

歐洲區域性股市指標Stoxx-600指數跌0.7%至310.79點，不僅幾乎回吐前日所有漲幅(0.8%)，且創近一個月以來最大跌幅。

時隔17年，美國政府再度遭遇關閉窘境，導致約80萬名公務人員被迫無薪休假。與此同時，在朝野僵持的狀況下，16.7兆美元舉債上限能否在10月17日觸頂前提高仍在未定之天。

歐洲央行(ECB)一如市場預期，維持低利率政策不變，儘管ECB總裁德拉吉認為歐元區經濟復甦遲緩且快慢不均，但並未透露是否推出新刺激措施或再次降息來提振景氣。

義大利當日舉行內閣信任投票，由於同黨同志不相挺，試圖扳倒政府的前總理貝魯斯柯尼(Silvio Berlusconi)在投票前提早棄械投降，使得現任總理Enrico Letta以壓倒性票數獲勝，成功避免國會改選可能引發的政治危機。

義大利FTSE-MIB指數當日上揚0.7%至18098.44點；義大利10年期國債殖利率劇減10個基點至4.36%。義大利第二大銀行Intesa Sanpaolo漲4.7%至1.69歐元。

在重量級權值股葡萄牙電信(Portugal Telecom SGPS SA)勁揚6.5%的帶動下，葡萄牙PSI-20指數終場勁揚0.9%。葡萄牙電信公司當日宣布與巴西最大電信公司Oi SA合併，兩公司合併營收達170億美元，足以與西班牙電信(Telefonica)、義大利電信，以及美洲電信(America Movil)等勁敵匹敵。

寶馬汽車(BMW)跌2%，福斯汽車跌2.3%，主因報告顯示，9月份德國新車註冊掛牌數量衰退1.2%。

【綜合報導】「我學業成績出眾，現在只能遠離家鄉，在外國洗廁所。」西班牙25歲青年博旭（Benjamin Serra Bosch）擁有兩個學士和一個碩士學位，上周五在社群網站發文，嘆自己淪落到在英國倫敦大型咖啡店當服務生，他的寫照正是西班牙失落一代的典型代表，引來各方共鳴。

博施擁有新聞與廣告學士、公共關係學士及社區管理碩士學位，但如此高學歷卻無助他在西班牙找一份體面的工作，最終只能遠赴倫敦洗廁所。「我學業成績優良，但我要清洗別國民眾的糞便！當然，我也要沖咖啡和清潔工作。」他強調不會因為低下工作而感到羞愧，「服務生也是一份有價值的工作，但問題是在西班牙沒有工作機會，許多西班牙人到倫敦後，情況和我一樣。」博旭形容年輕一代離鄉別井，移民他國，就如瘟疫一樣不受歡迎。他希望西班牙政客要做一點事，「我努力讀書希望有美好的將來，但明顯這是錯」。

西班牙經濟低迷，8月份25歲以下青年的失業率高達56%，9月份登記的失業人數增至472萬，許多年輕人為了生活不惜到外國工作，去年有近6萬名西班牙人離鄉別井，較2007年多一倍。

【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺下午主持「國際經貿策略小組」會議，聽取第一階段經貿自由化的整備工作。江表示，《兩岸服務貿易協議》是各國觀察台灣是否有決心加入區域經濟整合的重要指標，他期盼立法院能儘速通過服貿協議，同時也要求相關單位加緊腳步，希望能在年底前完成台星ASTEP的簽署。

為加速推動我國國際經貿自由化，行政院相關部會將以兩階段完成法規及市場開放的整備工作，預計在今年底前完成。江揆指示，未來應朝向有助促進貿易便捷化、有利產業發展及擴大吸引僑外投資等項目優先積極推動辦理；針對可能受市場開放影響的行業，也要求各部會加強對個別產業溝通，同時注意大型企業與中小企業之利益。

【綜合報導】還記得這隻美國蒙大拿州的12歲狗狗桑德斯(Sundance)嗎？牠在去年的聖誕節吃掉5張100元美金大鈔(約新台幣15000元)，只留下1塊美金(約新台幣30元)的紙鈔，主人克林克爾(Wayne Klinkel)等牠拉屎後救出鈔票。現在克林克爾全數將鈔票補齊，本周重新獲得美國財政部發放的500美元支票。

克林克爾說，他從桑德斯的的屎堆中找出鈔票碎片，然後將其拼湊起來，送往財政部鑑定。最後財政部承認這些鈔票，並同意更換，寄出一張500美元的支票，本周克林克爾收到這張支票，未來他可去銀行兌換現金。

克林克爾表示，去年聖誕節他開車前往女兒家中一起吃飯，他當時把桑德斯留在車上，而車子裡有5張100美元大鈔，和1張1元鈔票，成了桑德斯的「晚餐」。結果克林克爾回到車上，發現桑德斯把500美元吃掉，獨留那一張1元鈔票。

【綜合報導】檢調昨搜索小S夫婦帝寶住家，辦案人員上午近7時就到帝寶，透過保全通知小S家，隨即上樓搜索。

據透露，由於是一大早，許家人穿著樸素，小S素顏穿休閒服招呼詢問「要喝點什麼飲料？」而近距離接觸小S的辦案人員則認為「小S皮膚真的很好」，至於室內裝潢，與電視所見的豪宅一樣，但到處都看得到許家人合照。許家人被搜索時則對檢調大吐苦水及喊冤，2小時後檢調帶走多本存摺與財務資料，並表示要將許慶祥、許雅鈞帶回調查，兩人隨即回房換上襯衫，在房間顧小孩的小S隨後走出房門，望著丈夫離去。

【綜合報導】馬英九總統昨接受台北之音《蔻蔻早餐》主持人周玉蔻專訪，自爆8月31日晚上檢察總長黃世銘進官邸報告立法院長王金平關說案後，他急召行政院長江宜樺和當時的總統府副祕書長羅智強到寓所，馬還留下黃世銘帶來的監聽譯文，拿給江、羅兩人看。

馬總統在專訪時說，他只與黃世銘見過兩次面，黃來官邸時，「就我們兩個，沒有幕僚，也沒有會議紀錄。」當時黃告知案子已調查完，剛開始以為可能有人涉及貪瀆，向法院聲請監聽票卻發現沒有刑事不法，但有司法關說，屬於行政不法，所以不是偵查中的刑事案件，不涉及偵查不公開。但法界人士質疑，當時該案尚未簽結，且黃拿監聽譯文給馬就是留下洩密犯罪證據，若馬要求看譯文，則有教唆黃洩密問題。

是否贊成廢除死刑? 法務部長羅瑩雪表示，台灣要不廢除死刑，要尊重台灣多數意見，「我自己是覺得不好，但法務部執行單位，如果拖延不執行亦是不負責的做法。」

羅瑩雪說，她到法務部收到的第一封陳情信就是死刑犯要求儘快執行，她說： 「感到真的很可憐，廢死聯盟真了解他們的心情嗎? 」有人（指死刑犯）好死不如賴活，希望多活一天；有人則想早死早超生，「我不會故意去拖延 (執行死刑)。」

【林金聖、林志青╱台北報導】LINE淪為詐騙工具！北市一名男子接獲主管LINE的請託訊息，幫忙代墊三千五百元收下網購的衣服，男子代墊收貨後，詢問主管才知被騙，他查詢後發現同單位近三十名同事都收過此訊息，包括他共兩人受害。警方提醒民眾這類代墊貨款的LINE簡訊是詐騙新招，應打給當事人求證。

餐廳名稱：真好豆花 消費時間：2013年/9月 地址：桃園縣中壢市新明路137號 電話：0932-109139 營業時間：週一 17:00~24:00 週二至週日 13:00~24:00 每人平均價位：40 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：三色豆花 網誌好讀版:http://tenpercentlin.pixnet.net/blog/post/163456604 (無音樂) 真好豆花位在中壢新明夜市的店面，小小一間有兩三桌坐位， 他的豆花應該是跟大溪賴祖傳豆花進貨的，所以配料組合都跟賴祖傳豆花一致， 這天刻意選中午過後一兩點的時候來，人比較少， 一般在晚上的時候，人潮就變多了。 真好豆花有套餐組合，其實就是先幫你選好配料組合， 1號餐是搭配蓮子、紅豆、薏仁， 2號餐是搭配花生、紅豆、綠豆， 3號餐是搭配大豆、紅豆、綠豆， 另外每碗都會加芋圓和脆圓，配上黑糖水和黑糖冰沙， 除了大溪賴祖傳的豆花外，還有賣芒果冰，因為沒點就不多做介紹啦。 我選的是三色豆花(布丁豆花、白豆花、黑豆花) 再加上自己選組合：花生、薏仁、大豆， 豆花的味道果真是和大溪賴祖傳豆花的一樣， 豆花不會一碰就散，也不會有焦味，嚐得到淡淡的布丁、黃豆和黑豆的香氣。 芋圓和脆圓的口感是軟的，可能還沒冰鎮過，所以不會那麼Q， 不過這樣的口感我比較愛，反而不喜歡太過Q彈的口感， 花生是煮過的，所以是軟花生，配上黑糖水後， 白白的花生油自然凝結出現，看來是真材實料的， 大豆和薏仁也都是軟硬適中，配上黑糖水真的是好吃， 一直以來都覺得大溪的賴祖傳豆花用黑糖水真是一絕， 甜度溫和的黑糖水搭配豆花真的是很適合，不會吃豆花都在吃甜味， 在豆花和各種配料間都達到平衡，真好豆花也還是用黑糖水， 另外還加上了黑糖冰沙給大家消消暑。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.219.26.45 ※ onepercent:轉錄至看板 ChungLi 10/03 02:11

路透報導，外傳蘋果十五日將發表新版iPad與配備視網膜顯示螢幕的iPad Mini，但供應商透露，蘋果供應鏈因螢幕零件供應問題，可能無法在今年量產新版iPad Mini。

蘋果供應鏈現在才在準備製作新版iPad Mini的視網膜顯示螢幕，意即新版iPad Mini今年恐怕只能限量供貨，且可能錯過聖誕節購物季的商機，明年初才能大量生產。

蘋果九點五吋的iPad搭配視網膜顯示螢幕，但七點九吋的iPad Mini 則無。iPad Mini的對手產品七吋Google Nexus 7和即將發表的亞馬遜七吋Kindle Fire HDX閱讀器，皆搭載視網膜顯示螢幕。

科技產業研究公司「佛瑞斯特」分析師吉列特說：「若新版iPad Mini沒有視網膜顯示螢幕，市場會哀聲遍野。」

蘋果拒絕回應上述報導。供應商消息人士透露，蘋果對新面板有嚴格的省電要求，認證過程因此拖延，加上ＬＧ、三星和夏普均面臨視網膜顯示螢幕零件供貨問題，而無法滿足蘋果的訂單需求。對此，上述三家企業均拒絕回應。

消息人士說，蘋果可能推出八ＧＢ的iPad Mini，達到降價並增加新興市場銷量的效果。市調機構ＩＤＣ調查顯示，蘋果iPad今年第二季市占率僅百分之卅二點五，為去年同期的一半；三星等Android系統平板裝置市占率則增至百分之六十二點六。
