【黃楷棟／新北報導】這也算是事業有成？新北市刑大偵2隊今天清晨執行警政署規劃的第6波全國大掃蕩，一舉破獲以湯姓男子為首的黑幫暴力討債集團。湯男2011年從高雄市北上並在新莊成立「竹聯幫太極堂高雄分會」，專門向需錢孔急的民眾放款並收取高額利息，2年之間不法獲利高達數千萬元；並學起民間企業成立「分公司」，在今年4月“光榮”返鄉，在高雄成立錢莊分店，並花了2000多萬買下豪宅及進口名車。
 
警方調查發現，湯男等人打著黑幫名號經營地下錢莊，以月息高達30分的重利放款，如遇被害人無法如期還款，則以登門站崗或暴力恐嚇脅迫方式相逼，曾有被害人因為還不出錢，遭強逼寫下車輛讓渡書，事後還接到20多張交通違規罰單！更有從事園藝的女子被債務壓得喘不過氣來，2次前往桃園及土城汽車旅館燒炭或仰藥輕生，惡劣行徑令人髮指。新北市刑大偵1隊今天兵分多路前往高雄、北市及新北等地逮到5名成員，一舉瓦解這個黑幫討債集團，並搜出大批帳冊及球棒等證物，正擴大偵辦中。

【謝岱穎／綜合報導】美國聯盟分區季後賽今起全面展開，從季末加賽到外卡驟死賽一路打上來的坦帕灣光芒隊作客波士頓紅襪的主場芬威球場，結果還是不敵紅襪主戰左投雷斯特(Jon Lester)以及綿密的機關槍打線，終場以2比12落敗，紅襪贏得5戰3勝制的首勝。兩隊將在明天早上5點30分展開第2戰，由光芒左投普萊斯(David Price)對上紅襪雷奇(John Lackey)，兩人今年都奪下10勝。

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】從影片中可看到，黑色汽車急速開往國會山莊，數台警車在後方追逐，黑色汽車停下，遭多名持槍警察包圍，根據現場目擊者描述，警方要求女子下車，企圖打開副駕駛座的車門，但女子倒車撞上另一台警車，準備開車逃逸，此時響起數十聲槍響，接著黑色汽車撞上路障，據傳女子遭槍擊，車上一名年約3到4歲的孩童，已送往醫院。

根據最新消息傳出，這名女子居住在康乃狄克州，警方已申請搜查令，計畫前往她家中搜查，女子狀況依舊不明，也不清楚她的動機為何，是否有持槍。

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】第23號颱風菲特持續逼近台灣，氣象局預計今晚11時30分發布海上颱風警報，也不排除明天發布陸上颱風警報。除了菲特之外，關島東北方海面的熱帶性低氣壓今天下午也增強為今年第24號輕度颱風丹娜絲（Danas，菲律賓命名，原意為「經驗」）。根據日本氣象廳預測，未來丹娜絲也將持續向西移動，接近台灣東部外海，到時對台灣的影響還需要觀察。

穿比基尼與水母同游，這可能是世界上最痛苦且危險的一種『消遣』。不過，據英國《每日郵報》9月28日報導，帛琉一名35歲的女導遊Mikki只穿比基尼，在10英尺深的水中與數千水母同游，向遊客展示了其實水母是很安全的一種生物。

據人民網報導，澳大利亞攝影師戴維在帛琉的水母湖旅行時，捕捉到了這一幕。他說：『當Mikki勇敢地跳進這個滿是水母的湖中時，我大吃一驚。我知道水母是無害的，但看到有人穿這麼少直接與水母接觸，還是感覺怪怪的。』

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】法國巴黎一名地下水道的維修工人，上月24日在水道內發現一具人體殘肢。警方昨日證實，透過指紋鑑定，死者確定是33歲的電視台女記者可瓦蘭(Caroline Corvalan)。

警方指出，可瓦蘭在8月20日失蹤前兩日，住屋處曾遭竊賊闖入。但也有消息指出可瓦蘭生前有感情問題，目前警方正在深入調查中。

餐廳名稱：和居酒屋 消費時間：2013年/9月 地址：台北市大安區延吉街131巷37號 BLOG: http://barbieedoll.pixnet.net/blog/post/29236664 こんばんは，芮妮的「上班吃什麼」單元又來囉!!! 不知道為什麼，每天的中餐時間漸漸變成我一整天最期待的時刻，東區美食太多，每到中 午就是我發掘新餐廳的機會，公司搬來之後幾乎沒有吃過重複的餐廳，不過這間卻讓我們 連續兩周都來吃，算是印象深刻，而且特別喜歡的一間店。 和居酒屋就在華視 / 捷運國父紀念館1號出口 附近，131巷這邊很多NT200以下的美食， 不過和居酒屋是我覺得這區C/P值前幾高的，除了平價，食材不錯東西也很好吃，晚餐幾 乎都是吃單點的，大概都會吃到六百以上，所以以午餐一兩百來說真的非常划算。 和居酒屋的午餐價格便宜，最低的定食從NT120起跳，比較貴的也只到NT210，定食還有附 開胃菜、沙拉、味增湯，分量很多每次來都可以吃很飽。 商業午餐只有周一到周五有，而且老闆經常會推出新的料理，或是期間限定的定食菜色， 如果不知道要吃什麼直接問老闆就對了，老闆人很親切，是個年輕的帥哥，講話也很幽默 ，一定會很熱情的招呼你的!! 首先上的是開胃菜跟沙拉，開胃菜是醃漬番茄、酸梅跟醃蘿蔔，我真的超級超級喜歡這個 番茄的，其實我是個討厭吃番茄的人，但和居酒屋的番茄是用酸梅醃製的，完全不會酸， 而是甜中帶酸，超好吃的，不喜歡吃番茄的也可以嘗試。 兩次來吃到的沙拉不一樣，第二次的有秋葵，醬汁應該算和風醬，有點酸酸的比較不會膩 牛丼 NT120 / 定食 NT140 / 牛肉加大+NT20 上面蓋滿的是紅薑、蔥花、蘆筍、洋蔥，光是小份的牛肉就超級多，大份的根本就不得了 了，多到炸掉，牛肉的肉片非常入味，而且選用的牛肉片是有點油脂的，完全不會乾，單 吃夠味配飯美味 醬汁充足，不會像吉野家的才吃到一半飯就變成白飯，醬汁絕對夠配整碗飯，以牛丼來說 這無論是價位還是口味都非常完美，附的配菜又多，C/P值高到誇張的定食，價錢跟吉野 家根本差不多，這樣到底誰還要去吃吉野家?! 難怪吉野家在這區做不起來哈哈XDD 拍了一張加大跟沒加大的照片，加大的根本是一座牛肉山了我的天!!! 鮮蝦唐揚定食 NT180 就是炸蝦蝦配塔塔醬，因為這倒不是我吃得所以我很難給評價，不過據同事所說是滿好吃 的，光看這蝦的份量就覺得很超值了。 月見牛肉丼 NT150 這是第二次用餐的時候，老闆推薦我們的，月見牛肉丼是他們最近推出的產品，不知道和 居酒屋的蛋黃是怎麼處理的，打散之後竟然有點ㄍㄡˊ，吃起來有點黏黏的感覺，好特別 ，就像老闆說的"超級好吃!!!!!" 而且月見牛肉丼跟一般的牛肉丼用的肉片是不一樣的，這個得比較厚，比較有嚼勁，是帶 筋的，神奇的是他們的筋，不是咬不爛的那種，而是咬了幾口會感覺膠質在嘴中化開，實 在是太好吃了，這道跟一般的牛肉丼我都非常喜歡，讓我覺得能發現這間小店超幸運的。 偷偷跟你們爆料，附近有一間月見牛肉丼定食中餐要價NT320喔，看到這裡是不是覺得更 想來吃了?! 烤秋刀魚 NT100 跟我們想像中的不一樣，是有處理過的，但是很好吃也沒什麼腥味 感覺可以期待一下這邊的燒物，晚上可以來這邊小酌一下，配上日式燒烤料理應該會很不 錯 再來是湯的部分，第一次喝的湯裡面居然有肉耶，超誇張的，而且肉超嫩超級好吃，整個 就是覺得這間的定食C/P值高到誇張，第二次來的時候湯沒有肉，不過卻有滿滿的蛋花， 都是好喝的味增湯，每次來這邊都有乖乖把湯喝光光。 黑芝麻布丁 NT80 這是第一次來 老闆招待的甜點，天啊好吃到快哭了，長越大越不敢吃太甜，但是這個完 全可以放心的吃，真的不會太甜，我故意挖一個洞給你們看，是非常扎實的，所以口感很 綿密，味道很濃郁，卻不死甜，很完美的甜點。 喔對了，孩子們可不要去了結果老闆沒特別招待就不開心喔，雖然老闆人很好但人家生意 還是要做，哪有人天天招待的，災謀!!! 在東區、國父紀念館、延吉街附近工作捧油燜，中午如果吃到沒東西吃的話，真的可以來 這裡嘗試看看 我的食記都很誠實不會亂推薦的，但這次要憑良心推薦和居酒屋的中餐料理，好划算呀 ( 心) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.121.133

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國雜誌《經濟學人》在本周最新一期刊物當中，再度關注台灣總統馬英九，評論他的聲望雖低，但仍在外交上有所努力和貢獻。

《經濟學人》首先以「馬英九可能是台灣史上最不受歡迎的民選總統之一」來破題，但接著指出，這次台灣能重返國際民航組織(ICAO)大會，可見馬英九仍有能力在外交上做出突破。

報導指出，台灣在過去40年友邦僅在23國的數字上下遊走，但到了2008年馬英九當選後，他採取了新的作法。馬英九與中國簽署多項經濟協議，《經濟學人》盛讚他是「從1949年國民黨政權到台灣以來，海峽兩岸一直處於敵對狀態，但馬英九改善了兩岸關係」。

報導也提到，「馬王之爭」似乎掩蓋了馬英九在外交上的「小小成就」，王金平獲得高人氣，反觀馬英九的民意支持度只剩9.2%，國會也近乎癱瘓，馬英九也無法公開闡述新政策。

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院長王金平身兼國慶籌備大會主委，每年國慶10月接見、宴請前來參加慶典的外賓總是滿檔，但今年竟只剩零星的4個慶賀團來拜會，規模明顯縮水，外界質疑國慶「排王」，王金平今早進議場前受訪表示，「應該還不至於，實在也夠忙了，臨時外賓也會很多。」王說，今年各國元首的應邀數量本來就少，最高層級只達國會議長，因此到立法院做客，應該沒問題。王強調，哥倫比亞、南非與韓國議長，都還是由他來接待。

此外，立法院今再度邀請行政院長江宜樺到立院施政報告，但能否上台還是未知數。王金平說，上台部分要再協商，但問題總要解決，昨先由各黨團帶著大家期待回去討論，今天再度協商，希望本次院會就能把事情解決。

【謝岱穎／綜合報導】美國聯盟分區季後賽今起全面展開，從季末加賽到外卡驟死賽一路打上來的坦帕灣光芒隊作客波士頓紅襪的主場芬威球場，結果還是不敵紅襪主戰左投雷斯特(Jon Lester)以及綿密的機關槍打線，終場以2比12落敗，紅襪贏得5戰3勝制的首勝。兩隊將在明天早上5點30分展開第2戰，由光芒左投普萊斯(David Price)對上紅襪雷奇(John Lackey)，兩人今年都奪下10勝。

雷斯特雖然在第2和第4局分別被佐布瑞斯特(Ben Zobrist)和羅德里格茲(Sean Rodriguez)各敲1支陽春全壘打，但光芒除此之外並無其他攻勢，雷斯特投到第8局兩出局時退場，總共投了7.2局被敲3安打，投出3次四壞球和7次三振，就失這2分。而紅襪則在4局展開摧枯拉朽的攻勢，高姆斯(Jonny Gomes)一記擊中左外野「綠色怪物」全壘打牆的二壘打，先送回兩名跑者，追平比賽，隊友再陸續送出3支安打，單局攻下5分大局，奠定勝基，全場一共敲14安打，攻下12分。
