全球領先情報資訊供應商湯森路透（Thomson Reuters）旗下智權與科學事業群今日公布2013年全球百大創新機構獲獎名單。自2011年本獎項設立以來，台灣企業今年首度出線，由台積電（TSMC）獲選為全球百大創新的機構之一。

2013年全球百大創新機構獲獎者的股價表現創下連續三年擊敗S&P 500的紀錄，全年股價成長4%，市值加權後的營收成長率亦達2%。

2013年獲獎名單仍由半導體與電子零組件產業稱霸，包含超微、美光科技、高通與意法半導體等國際大廠皆獲入選。

從今年的百大最具創新企業獲獎名單中，亦可清楚看見智慧型手機領域競爭激烈，包括蘋果、微軟、三星、谷歌與黑莓在內的智慧型手機專利大戰要角皆上榜。

2012年間，百大創新機構的研發支出高達2 232億美元，較S&P 500成分股企業高出8.8%。調查結果顯示，研發支出愈高的公司，產出愈多的專利，創新成就也愈高。

【呂健豪／新北報導】永和區1名67歲林姓獨居老婦，因女兒已經10天連絡不上她，今天中午12時許，女兒會同警員前往林女住處，經由警消破門入後，發現林婦已死亡多日。

林婦女兒向警方表示，上月底就連絡不到母親，擔心發生意外才報案，不料憾事還是發生。警方調查，現場並無他殺或自殺跡象，研判應為因病死亡，詳細死亡原因，警方將報請檢察官相驗釐清。

【黃子騰／新北報導】新北市1名58歲詹姓男子，昨天晚間獨自入住蘆洲1間商務旅館，今天中午旅館人員見他尚未退房，打電話也無人接聽，驚覺有異開門查看，發現詹男倒臥在床上已無生命跡象。嚇得趕緊報警。
 
警方到場後封鎖現場調查，發現詹姓男子全身並無外傷，也沒有自殺情形。床邊桌面上擺有高血壓藥物，初步懷疑死者應該有心因性疾病，疑因病發暴斃，警方已通知家屬前來處理。詳細死因仍待檢警相驗。

【張勵德／台北報導】根據主計總處統計，從2001年到2010年，台灣喪偶單親家庭從過去的9萬戶增加到11萬2千戶，這些單親或父母雙亡的家庭人數9年來成長約4萬人，平均每天有12.17人成為失親家庭的一員，長期照顧失親孩子的失親兒基金會，過去1年個案也增加1450人，增幅達36.37%，這些失去父母親的孩子，除面臨喪失親人的傷痛，還須面對生活、升學上的困境，急需社會大眾幫忙。

失親兒基金會執行長馮玉玲說，孩子的成長不能等待，基金會過去幾年提供失親家庭急難救助、孩子的助學金及心理輔導等協助。該會今年6月成立宜蘭利澤簡活動中心，每年可提供失親兒關懷及營隊服務，但今年6月中心完工後，至今仍缺乏裝修經費，因此該會本月11日將辦「小星星慈善晚會」，現場有失親兒表演及多位藝術家作品義賣，呼籲民眾發揮愛心響應。購票洽兩廳院售票系統，或網址www.orphan.org.tw。

上周連續看了兩部失望的電影: [被偷走的那五年] VS [風起], 前者結局很難熬,後者大篇幅在敘述製造飛機的過程,看到快睡著 1.請問[激戰:勇者不敗] 有比[勇者無敵Warrior]好看嗎? 我喜歡彭于晏跟安志杰,他們戲份多嗎? 2.我喜歡趙又廷,但[狄仁傑：神都龍王]有些評論都把焦點放在馮紹峰, 所以趙又廷戲份多嗎?要看3D版嗎? 3.這兩部都很感興趣,但必須犧牲一部 去看[地心引力] 想聽聽各位的意見,謝謝 ^_^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.151.227
