【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】英國國家廣播公司（BBC）報導，美國國家點火設施（National Ignition Facility，簡稱NIF）今年9月已在實驗室達成「可控制核融合」的重要里程碑，人類可望使用這種技術產生穩定、便宜的能源。

核融合是質量較小的原子間發生原子核相互融合，產生質量較重的原子核，同時伴隨據大的能量釋放。科學家認為，太陽與其他恆星的能源就是來自核融合。人類已經懂得實現不受控制的核融合，也就是氫彈。核融合產生的龐大能量也可以用來發電，但這必須讓核融合的速度與規模在「可控制」的狀態下實現，才能獲得持續、平穩的能源輸出。

BBC報導，NIF的科學家使用192道世界上最強大的雷射光束，聚焦在氫同位素固體小球上將其加熱與壓縮，促成核融合反應發生。BBC稱，科學家這次的核融合實驗不但成功，其所產生的能量也大於投入的能量，是世界上所有的核融合實驗室第一次達成這項重要的里程碑。

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】在重陽節前夕，宜蘭家庭扶助中心今邀請30位祖父母吃火鍋聚餐，犒賞祖父母照顧孫兒之辛勞。這次活動由天王舞丼複合式餐飲與宜蘭家庭扶助中心扶幼委員會聯合贊助，天王舞丼經理楊麒正說：「很高興有回饋社會的一點機會，希望阿公阿嬤們吃得高興。」
 
宜蘭家扶中心主任張如萱說，今天活動中，還特別為本月生日的吳美玉（65歲）、黃秀慈（64歲）、杜淑慧（53歲）3名阿嬤慶生。吳美玉阿嬤說：「吃火鍋過重陽節還是第1次，很難忘。」

【廖珮君／台北報導】金融研究發展基金會今邀請各金控和銀行總經理，召開「強化法令遵循主管的角色功能」座談會，會中共識將研議未來法遵主管擬採專任、而公司若有重大違規改善事項，也擬由董事會直接督導改善，讓改善效率更快。
 
日前金管會主委曾銘宗說，金融機構首重守法性和法令遵循，若金融機構做好，可考慮後續業務開放。金管會希望透過座談會，能加強推動法遵制度。
 
昨座談會有4大推動方向，首先是加重董事會和高階管理階層的責任。
 
銀行局副局長邱淑貞說，目前法遵主管是屬經理部門，直接向總經理報告，希望未來若有重大違規改善事項，可直接向董事會報告，直接由董事會督導，藉此提高改善效率。
 
其次，研議法遵主管的專職。邱淑貞說，目前並沒有規定金融機構的法令遵循主管，需採專任，僅有大型金控業或外商銀的法遵主管有獨立部門或專職，如中信金、台新金和花旗銀、滙豐銀等。
 
邱淑貞說，法遵主管是否要限專職，或許可依照機構組織大小，若機構組織大，可採專任、獨立性，不能與業務單位衝突等。
 
第三是強化法遵單位職責。邱淑貞說，國外做法是建立「新商品服務簽署制度」，也就是一種商品需由法遵主管簽署後，才准上路。最後是法遵主管訓練和登錄制度，如法遵人員獎酬和受訓資料等。
 
她說，法遵主要還是希望功能可以發揮，除內部稽核外，法遵是金融業違規的一道防線，可減少金融業違規情況、減少財務支出，也可維護商譽。

【呂志明／台北報導】檢警偵辦一統徵信社涉嫌偷拍製鞋富商與小三相處畫面，再伺機恐嚇勒索20萬元封口費弊案，檢察官漏夜複訊後，以涉犯恐嚇取財、妨害秘密等罪嫌，將總經理廖朝君以10萬元交保。

另外一統徵信的員工王成傑、連振鴻、顏禎祐，各10萬元交保，陳咨穎、廖朝基，各2萬元交保。

當廖朝君交保步出台北地檢署法警室，見到媒體採訪，立即用牛皮紙袋遮臉，甚至還攻擊記者，直到記者大聲訓斥，廖才收歛鑽進車內，掏出一根煙含在口中，慢慢趨車離去。

檢警查出，這名製鞋富商，疑遭商業競爭對手委託一統徵信，跟拍富商與小三出入的畫面，一統徵信甚至還派員潛入2人住處裝設監視器監控2人行動。

據了解，徵信人員雖然花了人力物力，跟拍月餘毫無所獲，上月底一統徵信一名員工，突持跟拍畫面向富商恐嚇20萬元「封口費」，富商心生畏懼趕緊向警方報案，警方昨拘捕包括一統徵信總經理在內的6名員工，並持續追查幕後委託人。

最近幫媽媽申請了一個帳號， 她其實只是想要看一些親戚的動態， 所以目前朋友是個位數。 她每次登入的時候， 首頁都會先連到一個「歡迎」的分頁， 要她更新個人資料、找喜歡的專頁、還有新增認識的人， 但她其實這些都不需要，她只是想要看看家人的動態… 請問有辦法不要再出現此畫面嗎？ 最困擾的是「動態消息」的部分， 我們的帳號都可以去排序，選要人氣或最新動態， 但她的那個頁面裡沒有這個選項， 想請問該如何把這個選項叫出來？ 還是是「歡迎」那個分頁沒有完成…？ 因為現在我媽每次打開「動態消息」的部分， 永遠都是相同的訊息.... 不好意思，如果有人知道的話， 再請幫幫我~ 謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.71.100.58

 【楊景婷、陳明中／釜山報導、攝影】第18屆釜山影展昨邁入第6天，晚上舉行「台灣之夜」，儘管颱風來襲，街上風強雨大，仍吸引各地電影人齊聚，包括香港製片施南生、中國名導賈樟柯、影展榮譽主席金東虎都前來捧場。
 
今年共有5部台片在釜山放映，《郊遊》導演蔡明亮、演員李康生率先上台開場，《總舖師》劇組壓軸，林美秀入境隨俗用韓語打招呼，獲得熱烈掌聲，楊祐寧和夏于喬都表示：「希望大家透過這部電影認識台灣，然後喜歡台灣！」
