小拔毛非常喜愛歐洲電影 歐洲電影通常有幾個特色 1.喜歡討論人性 宗教 性別 等議題 2.喜歡把結局丟給觀眾反思 3.喜歡透過不一樣的顏色 不一樣的布置 呈現主角/配角的性格 4.乍看只是不起眼的小道具/或是意義不明的一幕 但是最後卻是大爆炸的關鍵 .....以上 族繁不及備載...(翹腳) 小拔毛就簡單列出上面四項 而這部《約他去看絕世雪景》 在小拔毛觀點中 正好非常符合這四點喔!!!! ____________以下有大大雷________________________________ 電影一開始，鰥夫佛瑞獨自一人坐在巴士上............ 隨著車子的移動....... 我們可以看見............ 歐洲鄉間 真是美翻了 美炸了阿阿阿啊!!! 每根樹都筆直的像電線桿一樣..一根根插在路旁...0W0.... 不過片頭欣賞完優美的鄉間美景沒幾分鐘.. 接下來的畫面就完全不同了! 男主角站在家門前，左顧右盼之後才打開門進入房間... 佛瑞的房間，和剛剛所看到的人間仙境完全是反比 單調的陳設 簡單的家具 昏暗的光線 唯一明顯的色彩 是一張照片 一張 女人和小孩的合照 看到這，內心偷偷下一個定論： 從佛瑞打開家門前的一些小動作 不難看出他應該是很在意別人對他看法的人... 而且，從開頭的《一人公車》到寂寥昏暗的室內陳設 再再都呈現出男主角內心應該很孤單、生活很單調 原因為何? 也許跟那張照片中的主人翁脫離不了關係.... 但是照片中的人 去了哪呢? 沒關係 讓我們繼續看下去XDDDD 果不其然，接下來導演就告訴我們佛瑞的《單身生活節奏》 影片中 佛瑞一個人孤拎拎的用餐..... (而且還是刻意等到時鐘走到"對的"時間，才開始用餐。 準時的上教堂、一成不便的生活... 偶爾，佛瑞會打開窗簾，偷偷觀察其他住戶的動靜..... 有趣的是 偏偏這部超展開的電影 轉折點就在這裡!!! 透過窗簾的ㄊㄡ ㄎㄨㄟ (誤) ，佛瑞發現了前幾天才跟他要油的流浪漢 竟然提著油桶出現在他那嚴峻的男鄰居家門前!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 看到此情此景的佛瑞 立刻衝了出去 當面指責流浪漢的不是 並要對方為欺騙他負責 於是這位流浪漢就在佛瑞的院子裡開始拔草 (油債肉償?) 而細心的佛瑞 當然很快就發現了流浪漢(席歐)的異常 這位陌生的訪客幾乎不會說話 最常說的一句話就是： 《是!》 而且這位新訪客最擅長做的一件事就是：模仿 他除了模仿佛瑞之外 還能模仿動物。 而佛瑞收留了席歐之後 (小提示：請注意片中佛瑞帶席歐去睡覺的房間 還有當時佛瑞的表情喔) 他的生活習慣開始慢慢改變了... 去超市買肉再也不是只買一片.... 而在超市 席歐的脫序 卻讓兩人誤打誤撞的組合成動物模仿秀 而且模仿秀還意外的大受歡迎.. 從此之後 佛瑞和席歐每天出雙入對 兩個大男人成天出雙入對 在保守的小鎮上肯定引起一片嘩然... 更甚者引起攻擊、討論、甚至是教堂的拒絕 遭到這樣對待後 佛瑞卻做出了堪稱影片中最經典畫面之一的一幕 http://ppt.cc/Ljrs 在這一幕裡，所有鎮上的人都是要前往教堂做禮拜 而佛瑞和席歐 毫不畏懼眾人投射過來的異樣眼光 大步的和所有人反其道而行.. 大有一種 《千山我獨行 不必相送》 (喂) 的氣勢 無懼輿論、無懼世人的目光 獨排眾議 大步前行 這個畫面 深深的印在我腦海裡 揮之不去。 當然，看到這樣子的畫面 佛瑞那嚴峻的男鄰居當然是凍未條了............ 於是男鄰居惡作劇的在佛瑞家漆上難聽的字眼... 甚至出言挑釁 接下來................... 就是一連串大噴飯的超展開開始............. ...........我想了很久XD 還是不要寫出來好了XDDD 還是留給各位進戲院自行感受一連串超展開的風暴XDDD 畢竟最精華的梗寫出來了 再跑去看就大破梗了XDD 這部電影 我覺得和其他影片最大的不同之處在於.. 必須《親眼所見、親耳所聽》 才能感受到它所帶來的感動... 整場戲 導演非常厲害的不斷累積觀眾情緒 (完全是不知不覺喔!!!) 直到最後.... 隨著歌者(應該是佛瑞的兒子)的歌詞、歌聲、眼神... 鏡頭帶著觀眾欣賞馬特洪峰的美景... 跟隨主角跨越自己的高牆... 開始展開胸懷接受一切...(接受席歐 接受為了夢想離家的兒子...) 最後再搭配佛瑞那令人動容的表情 大喊一聲 『John!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!』 這場影片的收尾 乾淨俐落 也讓人拍案叫絕 而我的眼淚 不知何時 早已奪眶而出 整部電影非常精妙 (特別是飾演流浪漢的席歐..台詞少的驚人 卻句句戳中笑點XD) 而且也留給觀眾很多反思的空間.. 例如 看到席歐穿著OO的那一幕 (為了不破梗 請原諒我用OO代替) 在電影院我毫不留情的爆笑出來了 但事後再回想起這一幕，除了莞爾之外，更多的是省思 打個比方來說： 有些人會說：我對同性相愛這點沒有意見/ 我沒有歧視同性戀 但是 為什麼看到一男一女穿著OO說著亙古不變的台詞時不會噴笑？ 但是看到兩個男生穿著OO說出一樣的台詞卻讓觀眾們捧腹大笑呢? 如果真的心中沒有歧見 何來捧腹大笑? 原來，我們並沒有想像中，那麼的了解自己。(笑) 原來，我們比自己想像中，更無法承受寂寞。 這部電影已經快下檔囉~!!! 有興趣的朋友可以快點去看唷~! 另外 《壽司之神》也是一部值得深省的 職人電影喔!!! PS.題外話： 我老覺得歐洲導演很神奇.... 怎麼老是能找到長像很相像的演員來演主角的後代... 最經典的後代： 《狂琴難了》這部電影中的【兒子】 根本長的像三位男主角的融合體啊!!! 太犯規了啦.....OTZ.... 標題[好雷] 看完狄仁傑神都龍王後期待續集

果然版上眾多版友一片好雷的狄仁傑神都龍王果然不錯 個人覺得劇情的確是老少咸宜 上次請教版眾後就帶著我姊的小朋友去看了這部的3D版 小朋友看得很開心~出來後一直跟我說覺得哪些動作場面很帥 我自己看ANGELABABY也看的很爽~正妹誰不愛 另外這次趙馬克其實表現的不差~深藏不露時而略有所思的神情都有到位 演年輕的狄仁傑還算適合 如果真的又找華神來揣摩剛入大理寺的初生之犢似乎又顯得太過老成了 第一、二集都算是我會想要再去看第二三遍的 我想這系列如果再拍下去 很有希望成為徐克導演的代表作 也許狄仁傑這個角色可以像007一樣 由好幾代適合的演員傳承下去 期待未來的新作 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.240.233.71

【王家俊／台北報導】明天國慶日，昨晚起陸續有陳情、抗議團體到總統府前表達意見，內政部長李鴻源下午到立法院內政委員會專題報告「監聽業務及控管機制」前受訪時說，民眾有表達意見的權利，警察有維護社會秩序的責任，一切照集會遊行法的遊戲規則走，盼國慶慶典順利；今年管制範圍縮小，動用警力略減，維安平常心。

警政署長王卓鈞在答覆親民黨籍立委陳怡潔詢問時說，今年國慶大會管制範圍比往年縮小，警力部分，全部活動從上午到下午酒會等，共4235人次，比去年減少323人。王說，不能保證沒有衝突，但會全力防止。

【李銘宏／新北報導】新北市淡水區沙崙路1處公寓7樓，凌晨1時許突然傳出爆炸聲與火光，附近鄰居見狀趕緊報案，警消不敢大意，派出三分隊前往現場搶救，但到達現場時，屋主已自行撲滅火勢，警消入內查看，發現是屋內熱水器起火燃燒，屋主已自行將火勢撲滅，現場初步估計燃燒面積不到1坪，無人受傷受困。

【賴又嘉／台北報導】明台產險公司陳姓前總經理、汽車保險部葉姓前協理及明台詹姓前顧問，遭控於2002年到2007年間，指示投保車險的員工充當人頭，向總公司申請「第三責任險」理賠金，再將理賠所得款項挪作各銷售區的統籌款，作為支付招攬客戶的超額佣金，還另向明台投保的中央再保險公司申請再保攤賠，據此詐領理賠金。
 
明台產險內部經清查後提告，北檢查出，陳男等人多年來共向中央再保險公司詐領2089萬餘元，今依詐欺、偽造文書等罪，將陳男等人起訴。

【孫友廉／新北報導】劉姓女子（35歲）今年3月1日下午3時許，騎機車路過新北市鶯歌區鶯桃路，往鶯歌方向，卻在永和街的丁字路口，與二段式左轉、要往永和街方向，年約40餘歲王姓女機車騎士發生擦撞，劉、王兩女均當場倒地受傷。
 
王女對劉女提出過失傷害罪告訴，說劉女闖紅燈，而劉女則覺得麻煩未提告。新北地檢察署檢察官調閱現場監視錄影，比對交通號誌時相、紅綠燈秒數後，發現肇事當時，被告的劉女行車方向應是黃燈要準備轉換為紅燈，提告的王女則還在紅燈，應是王女闖紅燈，因此將劉女不起訴。

閣揆江宜樺 如趙高再世 指鹿為馬 顛倒是非 立刻公開道歉 否則百倍奉還 自主計總處上月公布實質薪資更衰退到16年前水準，幾乎同時行政院長江宜樺對公開宣稱，2001年法定工時由每週48小時縮減為雙週84小時；縮減工時相當調升12.5%的薪資，2005年實施勞退新制，企業每月需提撥月薪6%勞工退休金，比原來最低提撥率2%增加了4個百分點，這部份相當於調薪4%。而昨日更有甚者如主計處長石素梅於立院報告時，急於拍馬屁護主呼應之，聯盟對閣揆江宜樺的謬論表達嚴正抗議如下： 說好的牛肉在哪裡？ 全面週休二日連個鬼影都沒有！ 回顧歷史，國際勞工組織ILO早在1935年頒布第47號公約（Forty-Hours Week Convention），要求會員國將工時降到每週40小時，迄今已78年台灣仍未跟上腳步，卻看到江院長視民進黨主政時期的雙週84工時修正，視為惠賜勞工的「加薪」之舉，實在精神錯亂令人哭笑不得。而執政邁入第六年頭，馬總統所謂「全面週休二日，一週八小時工時」政策，更是連個鬼影都沒有！ 勞退新制為勞工加薪？ 江院長趙高二世？ 指鹿為馬顛倒是非？！ 至於勞退新制的修法，連現任勞委會主委潘世偉於2005年的撰文「勞工退休金機制與政府責任」都提到：「勞退新制乃解決舊制退休金的弊病，也就是要解決勞工要在同一企業從一而終才可以領到退休金」。以免勞工待年屆退休時面臨雇主惡性解僱、關廠，革除舊制退休金「看得到但拿不到」的弊病，並非加薪，僅是讓勞工的老年經濟生活得到起碼保障。 這樣的制度弊病，加上過去政府長期放任雇主對勞退舊制提撥不足甚至完全不提撥，才有這兩年逼高齡阿公阿嬤臥軌的全國關廠工人連線抗爭運動。江宜樺院長不關心工人臥軌抗爭的前後因果，放任勞委會苦苦逼殺，更不瞭解勞退新制修法的本質根本是讓絕大多數的雇主了結對舊制的提撥義務，還將其視為「加薪」，聯盟試問這種指鹿為馬顛倒是非的行徑與中國秦末佞臣趙高，有何不同？ 聯盟訴求：江宜樺公開道歉 否則號召勞工「百倍奉還」！ 聯盟要求行政院長江宜樺，於三天內立即協同相關內閣成員向全國勞工正式公開道歉，否則聯盟將進一步發起「激進」的抗爭行動，待一「天賜良機」必定「百倍奉還」！！！ 新聞聯絡人：台灣青年勞動九五聯盟執行委員 胡孟瑀（0921132607） http://service-95.com/?p=473 -- 哈里路亞！我仍活著。 工作，散步，向壞人致敬，微笑和不朽， 為生存而生存，為看雲而看雲， 厚著臉皮佔地球的一部份...... ※ 編輯: moskito 來自: 118.168.1.211 (10/10 01:14)

馬王政爭已滿一個月，行政院長江宜樺不願道歉，白跑立院六趟。杯葛議事雖是民主常態，但不能藉由質詢行使監督政府的權力，也是立法院的失職。面對國會僵局，民眾不禁要問：「道歉、開會，有那麼困難嗎？」

對於政局動盪，工商業界也看不下去，六大工商團體負責人今天將拜會立法院長王金平。但據了解，王金平上周「江王會」後，私下已表示「我都不在乎了」，甚至連民進黨團「憲政危機處理七人小組」也認為江宜樺「表示一下」就可以；只是以柯建銘為首的民進黨立委仍強烈要求江揆「沒有道歉、沒有上台」，而江揆也不肯輕言道歉。

如果馬王之爭的當事人王金平都不願追究江宜樺的「失言」責任了，在野黨應沒有堅持的道理，但特偵組監聽國會總機事件，讓朝野立委群情憤慨，形成更難解的僵局。

江宜樺雖堅持「不對沒有說過的話道歉」，但時移勢轉，在特偵組被爆監聽立法院總機之後，檢察總長黃世銘已先表示歉意，又在立委質詢下承認確有疏失；就算調查結果「只是疏失」，身為全國最高行政首長，難道不需為此造成院際關係緊張而「道歉」嗎？

其實，馬王之爭演變至今，鬥法已成鬥氣。在法律上，王金平遭國民黨撤銷黨籍，已提起民事訴訟及假處分；王、柯被爆司法關說部分，立法院紀律委員會最快本周五也會討論如何處理。但法律程序並非一時半刻可以終結，國家卻不能因政治上的不願妥協而阻滯前進。

江宜樺願意與王金平會面化解誤會，如果為了政局和諧，公開道歉有何為難？而口口聲聲要監督政府的在野黨，寧可讓行政院長及部會首長到立法院枯坐當「低頭族」，卻不願行使憲法規定的立委質詢權，如此稱得上對國家忠誠的反對黨嗎？

標題[心得] 建議一定要注意強制險過期問題

各位車板大大好 由於親戚遇到一起車禍，所以提醒一下強制險真的很重要 千萬不要過期了沒注意，趕緊續保 事情是這樣的，我親戚家前方發生了一起車禍 一名 TOYOTA 駕駛高速逆向撞擊共七台路邊未違規停車的車輛， 包括全毀的機車，半毀的汽車， 但是對方強制險過期沒有續保... 所以現在刻意拖延不處理 親戚的部份聯繫受害者，有的是打算找民代來協調 也有聽說有人打算找【人】來橋， 不過話說回來，如果強制險沒有問題，應該不需要搞的這麼複雜 想當然爾，肇事駕駛連強制險都沒保了，更別提其他如車體險類的 他自己的一年車 白色 Toyota Camry 車頭全毀，BC柱和車軸嚴重變形 應該修好也沒用了... 頂多是作零件車，不然就是銷給黑心車行吧 總而言之，請各位注意強制險是否過期，罰錢事小 一不小心發生車禍，可能賠起來小朋友會大舉叛逃..................... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.121.35

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】英國航空(British Airways)2名空姐，穿著制服在浴缸中上演「濕背秀」，一名空姐先將頭髮淋濕，另一名空姐則幫她抹洗髮精，並拿蓮蓬頭往她身上沖，白色的制服頓時變得透明，內衣若隱若現，最後還乾脆直接將制服脫掉，這個空姐洗澡秀的影片，出現在YouTube上後，吸引超過10萬人點閱，成為熱議話題。
 
長達8分多鐘的影片，去年就上傳到網路上，雖然影片中的空姐穿著英國航空的制服，還繫有名牌和英航的招牌領巾，不過英航表示已經展開調查，確認影片中的空姐，是否真的是自家員工，並揪出她們的身份。
