【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】廉航易捷航空(easyJet Airline)，一架從馬爾他飛抵英國曼徹斯特的班機，落地後一名52歲的乘客疑似因酒醉行為異常，不只挑釁機長要和他單挑，還在眾目睽睽下全身脫光，他的女友當場呼他一巴掌，還是未能打醒他。
 
這起事件發生在9月26日，男子早在飛行途中就喝醉暴走，朝其他乘客罵髒話，機長還親自到客艙安撫他，落地後男子更變本加厲，還脫光衣服，之後男子穿回衣服進入機場大廳，據報導指出，這名男子還在航廈外當眾小便，最後遭警方電擊並逮捕，才終於平息這場風波。

【劉煥彥／台北報導】遠傳（4904）強勢進軍行動商務市場，由前台灣雅虎奇摩董事總經理洪小玲主導，引進美國亞馬遜前技術主管Robert Frederick開發的技術平台，希望打造全台最大行動生活優惠網，預計明年第1季正式推出，目標是招攬全台1200家特約廠商、3000支聯盟App，超過5000項行動優惠折價券。

【陳宏瑞／高雄報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻今天下午南下高雄，到義大購物中心推銷苗栗生產的大閘蟹，媒體詢問最近的大埔爭議及教養院疑似凌虐院生事件等風波是否影響心情？劉政鴻不願多談，快閃離開。

劉政鴻表示，苗栗生產的黃金大閘蟹是生態養殖，連飼料也做到百分之百無毒有機，並有完整生產履歷資料；每隻活蟹都有塑膠吊牌附有QR Code，用智慧型手機掃描就顯示生產履歷，並通過SGS認證。不過，活動結束後面對媒體追問近來的風風雨雨，劉政鴻不願多談，快閃走人。

【大紀元2013年10月10日訊】（大紀元記者邱普林台灣報導）宥勝、房思瑜昨（9）日出席新劇《有愛一家人》主角見面會﹐兩人是第一次合作﹐對於彼此的默契﹐宥勝笑說︰「有兩萬分的十足」。

不同於過去合作過的都是身高較高的女演員，宥勝說：「像是隋棠、陳庭妮，都差不多170公分以上，這次思瑜165公分剛剛好。」房思瑜笑說：「他看到我的第一句話就是，『好險你不高』。」

劇中在新劇中宥勝應徵長工，他想嘗試水電工的裝扮，他笑說：「因為很MAN。」房思瑜在戲裡則是精通廚藝，現實生活中卻是料理白痴，目前正加緊練習，她說：「不知道煮出來的東西能不能吃。」宥勝則開玩笑說：「沒關係，我咬下去表情會很真實﹐如果表情不好，可能就會被剪掉了。」

今年夏天，是我玩攝影2年多來第一次全心投入風景攝影的季節。

序幕從6月初的花東行展開（相關文章：和D700去旅行：縱橫花東2013），一直到9月初的蘭嶼、綠島行為止。

夏日風景，舉凡諸多題材，如銀河、晨昏、海岸等主題，各大攝影網站論壇的產量也都在此時接近極大值。

也趁這個機會，走了許多的地方，遠離世俗的塵囂，遠離電視上的口水與腥羶，才發現臺灣還是很美的。

以下的每張照片，都是我的心血結晶，因為風景攝影靠天吃飯的成分太大，耗資甚鉅，大景與摃龜往往只有一線之隔，所以各位請高抬貴手，減少無謂的謾罵。

馬王今天將「自然互動」

國慶典禮今天上午在府前廣場舉行，關說風暴爆發後，馬總統、立法院長王金平將首次同台，最大在野黨領袖選擇缺席。在上午國慶演說前的國慶禮讚，總統結束會見外賓後，立法院長王金平將步入總統府邀請馬總統，兩人有短暫共處時間。府方表示，這段時間，總統會與王院長「自然互動」。民進黨主席蘇貞昌將在同一時間舉行記者會，宣布民進黨決定提出倒閣案。

政局動盪，六大工商團體繼發表聯合聲明呼籲「平息政治紛擾、恢復台灣經濟動能」後，昨天分別拜會江揆、立法院長王金平，籲朝野全力拚經濟。

馬宣示朝向「自由經濟島」

馬總統今天預定十點半發表國慶文告，以「堅定方向．團結奮進．開創國家新局」為題呼籲，要讓國家脫胎換骨、找到出路、走出活路，大家應一起團結奮進，要留給子孫開放繁榮的經濟環境、理性關懷的公民社會、和平發展的兩岸關係，以及友善合作的國際空間。

「經濟要面向全球，文明也要向世界看齊」馬總統說，他對台灣社會充滿信心，因為我們追求的公民社會有多元包容的價值、理性問政的文化、友善關懷的公民、積極回應的政府。

對於台灣經濟正面臨全球化與區域整合的雙重挑戰，馬總統宣示要讓台灣加速朝向「自由經濟島」的目標邁進以達成「三高」，讓人民的生產力高，產品的附加價值高，人民的所得與福利也提高。

馬總統也將說明兩岸服務貿易協議的效益，將可提升台灣服務業的動能，創造參與區域經濟整合條件，還可為民眾增加更多工作機會。

文告列舉重大外交成就

馬總統也將在文告列舉過去幾年重大外交成就，包括參與國際民航組織（ICAO）、多次出席APEC與重要領袖代表雙邊會談等。

兩岸關係方面，馬總統認為，當前兩岸應該不斷透過溝通協商增加政治互信；不斷擴大深化各項交流互動來增進人民福祉。

【張博亭／台北報導】「連自己都照顧不好，怎麼照顧別人？」這是去年2月嘉義基督教醫院的護理師陳怡君燒炭自殺後，留下的沉痛遺言，反映護理職場的惡劣勞動條件問題，台灣基層護理產業工會今動員逾50人到衛生福利部前，要求衛福部徹查全台醫院的勞安情形。

基護工會指出，陳怡君當時見證了4個新手護理人員常碰到的不合理問題，包括「受訓期短，倉促上線」、「跨科用人，訓練不足」、「違約賠償，不敢離職」以及「用輔導手段粉飾院內制度問題」。基護工會認為嘉基應對陳家負起工殤賠償責任。
