【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】綁架並囚禁3女長達10年的美國俄亥俄州淫魔卡斯楚，9月初傳在獄中上吊身亡。但俄亥俄州官員昨稱他可能不是死於自殺，而是「窒息式自慰」。

一份俄亥俄州犯罪矯正機關的報告指出，卡斯楚死後被發現時，他的褲子已經褪到腳踝、沒有留下遺書，而且他生前所做的「多階段評估」並未發現他有自殺傾向，因此州政府要求警方重新調查卡斯楚的死因。

此外，俄亥俄州也發現負責看守卡斯楚的監獄守衛並未按時察看他的狀況，並涉嫌偽造巡邏記錄，才讓卡斯楚有「自殺」的空檔。

這些是我的電腦配備 CPU 類型：Intel® Core™ i5 CPU 760 @ 2.80GHz 主機板型號是:P7H55-M CPU 速度(GHz)：2.82 GHz 系統記憶體(GB)：8.55 GB 顯示卡型號:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 顯示卡記憶體:4.25 GB power看了一下是400w RAM:DDR3 4G*2 硬碟是HHD 1T (本來有聽別人的劍是是叫我買SSD灌主驅動 因為玩英雄聯盟會lag 電腦之前也有軟防毒軟體 重灌電腦之後還是一樣非常lag fps都只有10~30 於是就聽朋友建議來這邊找個各位大大們幫忙 希望譨保留可用的東西 讓預算稍微降低一些 預算大約1.2W~ 1.5W 左右 感謝大家幫忙 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.107.74

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】將愛犬交付航空公司託運，沒想到抵達目的地後，居然是領回一個空籠子，這起事件發生在去年1月2日，中國一名倪姓飼主，將寵物白色貴賓狗「格格」，託給海南航空運送，從北京運往海口美蘭機場，飼主到美蘭機場領回格格時，被告知格格已經死亡，航空公司表示，小狗在轉運途中跑出籠子衝向飛機跑道，3名人員圍捕多時都抓不到牠，當時剛好有一班飛機準備降落，為不影響飛航安全，只能採取應急措施，開槍將狗射死。

飼主悲慟不已，決定控告海南航空，今年10月10日開庭，主人表示她依舊無法釋懷，格格的死造成她巨大打擊，要求海南航空賠償近10萬人民幣，並歸還格格屍體，航空公司則表示第一時間已向主人道歉，而且是由於籠子和運送方式有問題，責任不能完全歸給航空公司，他們願意退回託運費，但認為賠償金額過高，希望能和飼主進一步協調。

【任羿馨／綜合報導】民國102年國慶焰火在新竹漁港施放，原訂7點施放，因故延後20分鐘於7點20分登場，全程42分鐘施放3萬6720發，總共有10大篇章，還首次採用16吋焰火彈，從空中及海上爆破震撼全場，令在場觀賞煙火的民眾驚呼不已。

《中央社》報導，新竹市政府表示今晚逾30萬人參加國慶煙火晚會，除精彩的焰火秀外，表演晚會上還請到電音天后謝金燕、白安、李佳薇、王詩安及飛兒樂團、強辯樂團等藝人到場演出。

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】芥末醬瓶中，竟暗藏多達30片玻璃碎片，英國一名68歲老婦，不知情吃下，最後居然因此身亡。
 
這起事故發生在今年3月14日，住在英國柏克郡的菲威斯里，那天在家享用牛排大餐，佐以英式芥末醬，吃到一半時喉嚨開始腫脹，導致她呼吸困難，先生描述當時情況表示：「她捉住自己的喉嚨，說嘴巴裡有一片玻璃，接著她把玻璃拿出來，看起來長逾3公分」，老婦在慌亂之下奪門而出倒在車道上，先生立刻報警求救，老婦送醫發現玻璃割破動脈，入院數天後宣告不治。
 
警方隨即展開調查，發現玻璃碎片來自芥末醬瓶中，但芥末醬瓶身完好如初，而且家中也沒有任何玻璃碎裂，無法判定玻璃碎片是從哪來，加上芥末醬瓶外的標籤已經老舊磨損，而且標籤和內容物也不符合，無法得知是從何購入，最後警方以意外死亡結案。

102年國慶焰火今晚延後10幾分鐘後施放，由高空焰火「向日葵」拉出序幕，總計42分鐘，包括融合各族群特色等3萬6千7百多發接續施放，總計10幕，不僅有六顆十六吋焰火，還有玫瑰和錦冠焰火，其中第五幕「日蝕」高空焰火，更是國內首次施放。

【蕭文康／台北報導】由於辣椒（4946）、智冠（5478）及網龍（3083）在行動平台積極推出手機遊戲搶食台灣行動遊戲商機，橘子（6180）近日也不甘示弱，將本月中旗下秘密基地將推出翻新版的《植物大戰殭屍安卓繁中版》，加上本月初上市自製的《口袋戰姬》，本月將有2款手機遊戲上市搶商機。
 
橘子面對競爭對手的來勢洶洶，橘子董事長劉柏園日前也提出「雁行共伴」的營運策略，鼓勵內部員工自行創業、購併國內外研發團隊及子公司轉型等，而旗下研發公司玩酷科技於9月參與東京電玩展，就以手機遊戲《口袋戰姬》與《Lucent Heart 女神たちの暁》、及線上遊戲新作《海賊艦隊》，成功引起國際關注，橘子也透露，目前這幾款遊戲已與多家跨國廠商洽談授權事宜。
 
其中，《口袋戰姬》已於10月初在台正式上市，玩家反應熱烈，短短1周已名列Google Play與巴哈姆特熱門手遊排行榜，而日前宣布與知名寶開遊戲（PopCap Games）合作《植物大戰殭屍安卓繁中版》，翻新遊戲內容最快將於10月中旬開放下載。

【簡嘉宏╱綜合外電報導】只因被校方處分，3名學生打死校長。這個駭人聽聞的事情發生在印度，校長不治身亡，3名逞兇的學生已被印度當地警方逮捕。

根據「印度時報」（Times of India）的報導，就讀於印度坦米爾那都（Tamil Nadu）省土底科林（Tuticorin）縣，聖嬰工程技術學院（Infant Jesus College of Engineering and Technology）的1名學生，因在一起校園衝突中擔任和事佬，校方調查後遭到禁止到校兩天的處分，心生不滿。

10日早上，當53歲的校長進入校園後，早已等候在一旁的3名學生以棍子便往校長身上招呼，校長倒臥血泊中，送醫不治。

為加速邁向「自由經濟島」，金管會決定三管齊下，擴大金融鬆綁，包括跟香港、新加坡比較，逐項檢討金融商品與業務開放，未來開放幅度與速度，將超越金融納入自由經濟示範區方案。

金管會主委曾銘宗說，具體作法：第一，蒐集香港、新加坡有關銀行、證券、保險等金融商品、業務的規定與作法，第二，擴大對國內專業機構投資人的開放。

請問幾個有關要增加usb 3.0的問題 舊電腦原本只有usb 2.0 1.要增加usb 3.0的介面,是用這個嗎? 【戴之聖／基隆報導】「你們台灣公安真行！又熱心！」1名中國籍28歲顧姓女子來台灣觀光旅行，前天晚間9時許在新北市九份遊玩時，突然發現裝有現金與證件的隨身包包不見了，顧女相當焦急趕緊向警方求助。

警方看見全身被雨淋溼的顧女相當狼狽，於是先請顧女喝杯熱茶，接著開始調閱監視器畫面，發現顧女包包應是掉在公車上，隨即連絡公車司機順利將顧女包包取回；事後顧女比出大拇指稱讚警方動作十分迅速，並感謝警方幫忙。
