(中央社記者王淑芬高雄16日電)高市府工務局長楊明州今天說，截至今年8月，高雄市光電太陽能設置量超過1萬5994峰瓩(kWp)，創造投資產值超過新台幣16億元。

高雄市政府工務局舉辦2013高雄光電智慧綠建築國際研討會暨成果展。楊明州說，高雄市是陽光充足的太陽城，每年約有日照數2282小時，所以高雄市積極推動太陽光電，鼓勵及獎勵民眾和企業多設太陽光電設備，發電回售，可改善市容建築景觀還能節能減碳，響應綠能政策。

他說，市府突破光電建築法令設置障礙，推動公私建築物屋頂裝設太陽光電設備，去年共核准280件，今年到8月底已核准332件，發電設置量超過1萬5994kWp，折算是16座世運主場館光電設置量，共創造設置和投資產值超過16億元。

高雄市長陳菊說，高雄市去年打造台灣首處屋頂高度4.5公尺光電的陽光社區，今年又創新將屋頂鐵皮屋違建成功轉型為合法的太陽光電發電屋頂，她宣示會持續努力突破，打造重工業城市變身為生態綠能城市的典範。

出席研討會包括中國大陸、香港、新加坡及台灣太陽光電政府及學者專家等。1021016

2013客家義民嘉年華活動結合竹苗區辦理二百年來最大規模義民爺出巡，打造「北義民、南媽祖」信仰盛事，從苗栗義民廟出發再與全台共廿六尊義民爺北上形塑北臺灣義民文化生活圈，縣長劉政鴻與苗栗市長邱炳坤邀請全國民眾到苗栗親身體驗客家傳統祭儀。

客家義民嘉年華今年已邁入廿六年，為感念義民爺庇祐，舉辦苗栗聖香繞境、台北迎神遶境活動，日前接獲義民爺指示，以八十斤白米堆砌成龍形、六百個十元硬幣安插於龍身做龍鱗，象徵五榖豐收、財富連連，重現客家庄消失已久的「安龍謝土」祭典儀式。 

15日上午，劉政鴻輕鬆地挑起扁擔與副縣長林久翔、縣議員詹運喜、市長邱炳坤、台北市苗栗縣同鄉會理事長蘇文龍、台北市客委會主委劉佳鈞等人以「挑擔、奉飯、敬義民」古禮傳達客家人守護義民爺的精神，為嘉年華活動揭開序幕。另外，林久翔與邱炳坤和與會貴賓也一同以十元前幣安插於龍身，完成「安龍謝土．米龍祈福」儀式。 

邱炳坤感謝劉縣長支持這項活動，也表示十八日活動結束後，市公所會將祭祀的米龍（平安米）及龍鱗分裝給信眾結緣保平安，民眾可拿九月或十月未兌換的發票兌換發財金及平安米，一起捐發票、獻愛心。

劉佳鈞表示，台北市每年都舉辦台北義民嘉年華活動，今年首次結合苗栗擴大辦理，希望藉此次義民爺出巡到台北，讓全台灣都知道苗栗義民爺，一同見證客家歷史、傳承百年珍貴的客家文化。 

蘇文龍說，義民廟是客家人的信仰，此次活動邀集苗栗義民廟學媽祖的精神走出去，藉由民俗活動發揚、傳承客家文化，並用企業經營方式把義民爺文化推展至全國。

苗栗聖香繞境活動十八日上午七時在苗栗義民廟展開請神、起駕儀式，接續有「聖香繞境」、「陣頭接力」、「縣府祈福」等活動，歡迎鄉親踴躍參加。

有圖有文 網誌版 http://blog.udn.com/kham/9048498 ------------------------------------------------------- 前幾天跟朋友一起去逛小屈找護髮 因為開架很多牌子都用過了 想找點新的來用 朋友一看到架上有一款VO5的護髮膜在特價 就推薦我買這款 說她們空姐之前出國看到有賣這個都會掃貨 沒想到台灣也有賣 要我一定要買來試試 想說它價錢蠻便宜的 我就下手了 給大家看看它的樣子 包裝上有貼一分鐘速效的貼紙 還蠻好找的 雖然原本價錢就蠻便宜的 大概一百出頭 但看到有第二件六折就忍不住直接下手了兩條XD 想說可以我跟我姊一起SHARE 擠出來是霜狀的質地 我一次都是擠五十元硬幣的大小 不過這是可以看自己頭髮的長度來決定啦 畢竟它價格這麼親民 當然就是可以盡情的用~ 它不像我之前也有用過這種快速的髮膜 那種香味太濃聞久會頭暈的 我就沒辦法接受… VO5它們家的香味是淡淡的 我覺得還不錯 我還特別紀錄了一下使用前後的照片~ 因為我太習慣三四個月就染一次頭髮…加上又有自然捲 沒好好照顧的話 就會像左圖那樣…(掩面) 右圖是我護髮後 只能說VO5這款真是懶人的好幫手 我都是洗完頭就直接抹這個 會在容易乾的髮尾稍微按摩 擦完護髮之後再洗個澡一起沖掉就好了 不需要另外包毛巾在浴室乾等 很方便 我覺得這款還蠻好沖洗的 不會沖個老半天還覺得沒洗乾淨一樣 洗完吹頭的時候感覺會特別明顯 因為之前沒護髮直接吹 用手指撥髮尾都會整個糾在一起=”= 但用完這個怎麼撥都不會卡住 雖然是還沒辦法跟洗髮精廣告一樣那麼亮麗啦 但現在頭髮摸起來的柔順度我已經很滿意了 如果大家最近想找便宜好用的護髮 這款我就還蠻推的~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.210.178

昨天去面試一家頗具規模的科技大廠(勝X科技) 面試聊的都不錯,但薪資福利一律無解, 該司是錄取後才知道人資如何核定 但這家公司是上市上櫃,網路上查待遇也都不錯 我是去面試平面設計,面試完該面試官說能否接受 先做一份作品(包含產品瓶貼、包裝盒、產品ＤＭ) 一週後交件，作品OK的話才會通知複試,複試之後 大約三天左右會通知是否錄取! 我知道版上蠻多人都說,已經帶作品集去應該就足以證明 自己的能力,還要做作品測試感覺就像是利用面試再請人幫他做免費的 這些說法我也是心有戚戚焉,而且他要求要做的也不算少, 自己也知道外面其實蠻多公司面試都會要求考試 會回家交作品! 我心裡對這件事情是有些微的抗拒,但因為公司不錯 所以就答應了!但現在就卡在萬一沒上不就白做 所以想問問版上大大,像這種情形,我舉個例: 如果你面試上某間知名企業(EX.奧美廣告或鴻海之類的) 但他們提出這個要求,你們抉擇或看法是怎樣? -- 殺人放耍金腰帶,鋪橋造路屍骨骸! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.35.25.102

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨提倒閣案昨遭封殺，行政院前院長謝長廷下午在民進黨中常會後受訪表示，「我個人認為，如果馬、江、黃、（總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺、檢察總長黃世銘）三個人都聞風不動，特偵組跟立法院結構也沒有改變，那應該民進黨是算輸了，當然現在戰爭還沒有結束，事件還在發展，如果都沒有動那不好，變成最後連（立法院長）王金平也沒有動，變成只有挺王，這樣對民進黨是不好的」。

被問及是否覺得民進黨戰略目標是不清楚的？謝說，「這我不清楚，就是說我們要到什麼目標？如不夠，那如果是結構上我們人數是不夠的，不夠的話提這個是要打什麼戰略？」謝說，民進黨人數不夠是早知道的，結果也是早知道的，結果既然早知道也早有規劃下一步才對，會中他有提出這個問題，立院黨團總召柯建銘也有做一些報告，「他有些報告是認為比較不足為外人道，看黨部要不要講，黨部不講我也不便講」。

媒體詢問有人說主席被立院拖著走？謝則笑說：「沒有啊，他們兩個還很好，沒有被拖著走」。

【陳世河／台中報導】台中新社區中正街昨下午發生一起兩砂石聯結車擦撞車禍，其中一部車李姓駕駛一度受困在變型駕駛座內，所幸經消防隊員協助脫困，僅雙腳受到輕微擦傷，送醫就診後並無大礙，但因該道路僅有兩線車道，這起車禍一度讓石岡通往新社交通，中斷一個多小時。

警方表示，李姓駕駛（57歲)的砂石拖車行經事故地點，與黃姓駕駛(52歲)開的砂石拖車發生擦撞撞上山壁，車禍原因由警方調查中。

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨提倒閣案昨遭封殺，行政院前院長謝長廷下午在民進黨中常會後受訪表示，「我個人認為，如果馬、江、黃、（總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺、檢察總長黃世銘）三個人都聞風不動，特偵組跟立法院結構也沒有改變，那應該民進黨是算輸了，當然現在戰爭還沒有結束，事件還在發展，如果都沒有動那不好，變成最後連（立法院長）王金平也沒有動，變成只有挺王，這樣對民進黨是不好的」。

被問及是否覺得民進黨戰略目標是不清楚的？謝說，「這我不清楚，就是說我們要到什麼目標？如不夠，那如果是結構上我們人數是不夠的，不夠的話提這個是要打什麼戰略？」謝說，民進黨人數不夠是早知道的，結果也是早知道的，結果既然早知道也早有規劃下一步才對，會中他有提出這個問題，立院黨團總召柯建銘也有做一些報告，「他有些報告是認為比較不足為外人道，看黨部要不要講，黨部不講我也不便講」。

媒體詢問有人說主席被立院拖著走？謝則笑說：「沒有啊，他們兩個還很好，沒有被拖著走」。

剛幫女友組了電腦，i5-4430+asus B85M-G，kingston ssd 120G，撼訊7750 按了開機鈕都要十多秒才嗶一聲進入開機畫面，雖然不差那十秒，但是我自己電腦一樣配置一樣系統也沒有這樣呀 也不是舊電腦，都是全新的。記憶體顯卡都重插過，也無效。 煩請神人大大們了( ▽ ` )ﾉ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.143.95.168

標題[請益] 載入核心(kernel)所需的DLL檔案 錯誤

CPU: 2140 1.6g mb: ASUS P5k SE ram:1g*3 hdd:wd 160g power:機殼附350W 系統是XP。 執行一下磁碟重組，畫面卡住 當機了。 於是重開機，就無法進入windows了。 因為下列檔案遺失或損毀： \Windows\System32\Hal.dll。 拆下硬碟找台正常的電腦裝下去，然後在C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\下找到HAL.DLL將它 CPOY到要修復硬碟的同一個位置覆蓋過去。可是在正常電腦上待修復硬碟的系統槽， 無法開啟-->inpage操作執行錯誤。 然後，開機畫面 藍底白字 硬碟錯誤檢查，....正在檢查檔案(5的階段1).... 在硬碟錯誤檢查。總算可以進入待修復硬碟的系統槽。 把複製的Hal.dll貼在待修復硬碟的系統槽的SYSTEM32。 然後重開機-->發生了一個軟體錯誤.載入核心(kernel)所需的DLL檔案 然後又，放入XP光碟，按R透過修復主控台，輸入「FIXBOOT」..... 再輸入「FIXMBR」，修復MBR開機記錄資料時.... 結果還是，發生了一個軟體錯誤.載入核心(kernel)所需的DLL檔案 ??? 請問，除了重灌以外 還有其他解救方法嗎? 我懷疑有沒有可能是硬碟壞軌? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 120.117.156.14
