結果，眾人皆在前2球內就投進，只有她連罰了5球都槓龜，直呼：「這跟我平時在街上練習的投籃機距離差太多了啦！」直到第6球才應聲入網，全場歡聲雷動。

【林師民／新竹報導】今年三月間，李姓男子(47歲)開著奧迪R8超跑行經竹科時，遭人開槍狙擊，身中兩槍送醫。警方八月間逮回開槍的男子潘毅桓和李家政，持續追查發現幕後指使者為四海幫海浪堂主黃姓男子(34歲)，檢警今晨收網，逮回黃嫌和手下共19人，查獲一把改造槍枝、一批刀械和現金1百萬元。

警方調查，黃嫌平時經營職棒簽賭和賭場，日前一名男子欠下180萬元賭債，黃嫌指使手下討債，對方認為遭詐賭，找被害人李姓男子出面處理，引起黃嫌不滿，於是策劃開槍殺掉李男，3月間由兩名手下執行。

警方還發現，黃嫌非常兇狠，當初策劃開槍時，一名參與討論的手下臨陣退出，黃嫌查出該名手下和被害人李男認識，擔心他說出實情，竟企圖殺人滅口，還好該名手下到處躲藏，幾個月沒回家，才逃過殺身之禍。全案由檢警依殺人、組織、賭博、槍砲等罪嫌偵辦中。

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名無業黃姓男子（21歲）以偷單車為生，再將偷來單車拿去變賣，得手1百到數百元不等。警方查訪資源回收廠，鎖定黃男為查訪對象，不過黃經常不在家，讓警方暗暗叫苦。
 
10月4日，黃騎乘1部偷來的機車意外被查獲，讓警方抓來毫不費功夫，黃坦承從9月中旬開始行竊，動機只是缺錢花用。警方查訪10多天，發現他1 個月來，先後在路旁、大樓地下室及捷運車站附近行竊，已清出8起，今依竊盜罪嫌送辦。

【陳宏瑞／高雄報導】16歲林姓少年14日晚間8點多騎機車經過高市岡山區岡山北路時，遇到壽天派出所巡邏員警，林姓少年沒駕照看到警察心虛，跳車跑走，慌亂中摔了一跤，被警方帶回警局。
 
壽天所女警李珊珊見林姓少年膝蓋受傷流血，趕緊拿出急救箱，以生理食鹽水及碘酒為少年清潔及消毒，還幫他包紮傷口，警方通知家長到派出所，家長頻頻道歉，也允諾以後會看好少年，不再讓他無照騎車，但警方還是依法開出一張無照駕駛的罰單。

前行政院長游錫堃今天表示，行政院客家委員會「客語能力認證基本詞彙」，「倒閣」一詞的例句配合政治洗腦，令人憤怒。

民主進步黨立法院黨團提出的倒閣案，昨天投票沒有通過。游錫堃今天下午出席民進黨中常會前表示，倒閣案沒有通過，他覺得很遺憾。

但游錫堃說，在客家委員會網站的「客語能力認證基本詞彙」中，「倒閣」一詞的例句，出現的是「為了政局的安定，不可隨便就說要倒閣」。

他說，不論是四縣、海陸、大埔、饒平4種腔調，例句都是一樣的；客委會竟然配合國民黨一黨之需，配合國民黨政治洗腦，還花費國家預算。

對於游錫堃批評，客委會指出，客語學習無關乎政治，外界不應錯誤解讀；保存與推廣客語是客委會成立的首要工作，近年來鼓勵客語推廣與學習工作不遺餘力，也針對客語學習陸續編撰相關教材，同時透過包括舉辦客語能力認證考試，希望有效扎根客語，提供民眾多元學習客語的管道，讓客語登上公共領域地位。
