【大紀元2013年10月17日訊】（大紀元記者萬方報導）15日，廣東茂名化州市兩小販遭城管多人暴力毆打，受傷住院。城管欲揚長而去，激起民憤，小販的親朋好友及不相識的圍觀者將城管團團圍住討說法，十幾個巡警及其領導想賠1000元醫藥費私了，小販家屬不答應，於是城管又叫來數十巡警用警棍和辣椒水對付民眾，打出一條路，護送城管撤離現場。市民憤怒堵路抗議，警察不敢露面，交通癱瘓，至第二天凌晨，市民才散去。

城管施暴打暈小販惹民憤 警察假拘留幫城管開溜

廣東茂名化州市上街路15日晚上8時，城管欲沒收兩個賣服裝小販的商品，小販不肯，雙方發生爭執。城管實施暴力毆打，兩小販被打暈在地。城管準備揚長而去，周圍的百姓將他們團團圍住，不讓城管走。城管被困，叫來十幾個巡警和一個著便裝的「領導」，以拘留城管為名，將城管載上車。

現場的何先生告訴大紀元記者說；「警察說是將城管拘留，事實是，城管坐在車上有講有笑，更有香煙服侍。沒穿警服、又沒有工作證的『領導』提出賠小販1000元醫藥費私了，小販家屬拒絕，在場民眾非常憤怒，不肯讓打人城管走。」

警察警棍辣椒水打市民為打人城管開路

何先生說：「城管又找來第二批巡警，下車就追著市民打，打開一條路後，城管的車馬上就開走了，巡警還打傷了幾個市民，市民倒在地上，他們問都不問，就直接要走人，周圍市民肯定不讓，又衝上去，結果他們拿起手中的棍子又打開了一條路，見到拍照的直接向手機砸去，或者把人按在地上踩，非常凶惡殘忍。」

最後警察向市民噴辣椒水，慌忙奪路而逃。市民們非常憤怒，報警，警察再也不肯露面了。市民紛紛堵路討說法，交通完全癱瘓。直到第二天凌晨，市民才散去。

有市民發帖表示，城管五六個人打一個，結果兩市民被打傷入院，這事激起民憤，有二千人封鎖了化州大橋和上街洞。小販都是搵餐飯，要不要事幹得這麼絕？手中有點兒權利就惡到死。百姓沒有地方講理，現在都是有錢和有權的人說了算！

有市民在網上憤怒地表示：「城管打人，這是甚麼世道？簡直沒天理。領著國糧不好好為人民服務反而來欺壓我們老百姓。傷者已經送去搶救，居然想用一千元就打發他們走！」

何先生對大紀元記者表示：「當晚交通全部癱瘓，沒有一個人不抗議，但又有甚麼用， 他們（城管、警察）打你就合法，你打他們就犯法，簡直就是拿著證件的『賊』！」

中共500轉入罪高壓下 一條微博悄悄流傳

最近，在中共以百姓微博轉發500轉即可以「誹謗罪」獲刑入罪、嚴厲打擊網絡言論的今天，一條微博還是被人們悄悄轉發：

2013年6月，貴州民警槍殺2名村民案，獲刑8年，法院稱是防衛過當。
2011年11月，遼寧省遼陽市城管打死人案，主犯獲刑11年，兩從犯獲刑3年。
2008年11月，湖北天門城管打死拍照男子，被判有期徒刑6年。
2013年9月，殺死城管的瀋陽小販夏俊峰被核準死刑。

民眾質疑：「為甚麼民警槍殺2名百姓屬防衛過當；城管打死百姓就只判有期徒刑？而夏俊峰為甚麼要判死刑呢？就因為他是個百姓或只是個公民無任何背景：而不是政府的工作人員才這樣嗎？」

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】其實，一對情侶只要深愛對方，即使沒有婚約，也能夠攜手走過80個年頭。

今年高齡103歲的新郎里耶拉(Jose Manuel Riella)，在1933年認識了今年99歲的羅培茲(Martina Lopez)，他們當年就墮入愛河，但一直都沒有結婚，1960年代，雙方進行了「民事結合」(civil union，透過法律確認的準婚姻關係，但並未舉辦宗教或傳統上的婚禮儀式)，卻始終沒有進行任何宗教儀式的婚禮。他們目前已經有8名子女、超過100名的三代孫兒，是真正的5代同堂。

婚禮在當地的天主教神父主持下進行，大批親朋好友到場觀禮，婚禮後還舉行了派對為兩人慶祝。

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國網路上最近熱傳一段「北京掃街大叔溜英文」的短片，讓網友驚訝不已。

這名「掃街大叔」當時穿著掃街制服，與一名疑似是從國外回來的留學生對談，影片全長約6分鐘。上傳影片者形容，大叔以英文表達時雖然有點慢還帶有口音，但基本上還算順暢已足夠讓不少人汗顏，在訪問中大叔很認真地說不僅學英語，還學習英語國家的文化，更震驚的是大叔說他會讀莎士比亞的作品，像是哈姆雷特和羅密歐與朱麗葉等。

不少網友看後大表震驚，留言寫道「果然自古民間多奇士」、「同學們請默默背單詞去」，還有網友表示，「他說的俺都聽懂了，提問的年輕人語法錯誤比大叔多」、「拍視頻的人英文實在不敢恭維」。一名網民則道﹕「其實不要老是認為有年紀或是市井小民就很意外，大叔也許年輕時書也讀的不錯，只是後來境遇不佳。」

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨下午召開第6次華山會議，討論「台灣對中國民主化的策略」。會議主持人、台南市長賴清德會後表示，會中達成三個結論，一、一個民主的中國可以提供一個更安全的台灣，但要先保衛台灣民主；二、提升台灣民主品質；三、台灣要有世界觀，才有辦法協助中國。賴也說，非常期待中國國家主席習近平能夠成為中國的「民主先生」，如果這樣的話，台灣跟中國兩岸的歧異要化解，自然而然是水到渠成的事情。

下午的華山會議由綠委林佳龍、學者曾建元、政治評論家南方朔等擔任引言人，並將邀請數名陸生參與討論，經過三個小時閉門會議後，由中國事務委員會發言人鄭文燦轉述會議經過。

鄭說，會中南方朔提到中國這樣的國家要走向民主化，確實是很大 的巨大工程，有很多歷史與政治的條件，但是對台灣而言，讓自己的利益極大化，讓自己受到的傷害降到最小，這是台灣要思考的，這也是為何他反對服貿協議的原因。

南方朔也說，他期待民進黨在對中政策上多多討論，形成具體方案，不只有談論立場的問題，兩岸關係必須折衷出各種不同的方式，能夠具體可行，這才叫政策，他也希望民進黨將來在兩岸政策上能夠有話語權，進而在有機會執政時，把兩岸政策做得更好、更符合台灣的利益。

民進黨中執委洪智坤則認為，陸生政策也許可以採取更友善，包括像健保的問題、擔任助教打工問題，他認為「三限六不」政策已實現一段時間，已到檢討時刻，如何讓陸生感受到台灣社會友善的一面，民進黨可以做斟酌討論。

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】越長時間黏在椅子上，未來引發心臟疾病的風險越高。
 
荷蘭一研究中心調查373名成人，分別記錄下他們32歲和36歲時，看電視和運動的習慣，並用超音波測量受試者的動脈硬化狀況，結果顯示4年後，頸動脈硬化程度最嚴重的比程度最輕的，每天平均多花20分鐘坐著看電視，而且即便他們依舊每天維持正常運動習慣，並不會改善久坐造成的負面影響。

研究人員表示動脈逐漸硬化，是晚年引發心血管疾病的前兆，專家建議每天坐著的時間，最多應不超過2小時，站起來多走動，絕對有益健康。
