【塗豐駿／台北報導】本月初羅斯福路5段發生大學生死亡車禍，經警方觀察、會勘後發現，台北市文山區羅斯福路5、6段，因4線道寬敞筆直，機車常有超速行為，今年至這個月7日止，已發生156件車禍事故，造成180人受傷、1人死亡。
 
該路段無固定式測速照相，且道路寬敞筆直，造成機車騎士常因車速過快發生車禍，文山第二分局基於機車騎士安全，在羅斯福路6段增設「前有測速照相」告示牌，及每日不定時、不定點方式取締超速，尤其是上午8時、下午18時交通事故高峰時段，強力取締交通違規及測速照相，希望降低交通事故發生，減少傷亡。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】日前香港電視申請牌照未過，引發香港民眾不滿。今天下午將會有多個團體，上街抗議。

下午發起遊行集會，抗議政府無充份解釋下拒絕發牌給王維基的香港電視。其中由港視員工發起的遊行，將會率先在下午2點由中環碼頭出發，前往政府總部。

香港《蘋果日報》報導，下午將有多個團體走上街頭，抗議政府在無充份解釋下，拒絕發牌給王維基的香港電視。其中由港視員工發起的遊行，將會率先在下午2點由中環碼頭出發，前往政府總部。

另一個網民組織的「民間開放電視行動」，則會在下午3點由銅鑼灣東角道出發至政府總部，抗議政府發牌黑箱作業。

【孫友廉／新北報導】新北市一名男保險業務員（23歲）去年9月底，酒後戴套性侵17歲妹妹，妹妹奮力抵抗踢他下床才罷手，但妹妹仍痛不欲生自殘更向姊妹淘哭訴，經女姓友人代為出面報案後，檢警追查才發現，男子7年前就開始性侵當時年僅11歲、就讀國小六年級的妹妹，前後共性侵妹妹4次。
 
被害妹妹告訴檢警，先前被哥哥性侵時，她因不知所措只好裝睡，事後認為爸媽比較疼愛哥哥，不會相信她說的話，才一直沒向爸媽求助。男子到案後則推稱，都是看了A片，一時情慾高漲才出事，他願抄佛經誦經懺悔。

根據消息大導盧貝松今天與電影團隊 及主角包括黑寡婦女星喬韓森等已包 機抵台北松山機場準備下禮拜在台北 開拍好萊塢鉅片Lucy 外景。 今晨及明晨已包下直昇機拍攝台北101 及台北晨景及夜景,目前台灣本土電影 與MV的高階攝影配備大部份被盧貝松包套 租走,無器材可拍,哈!可想台北一景動員龐大。 下榻的晶華酒店周圍及林森北部份路段封街將成為本片台北外景主場景,該區也是電影設定人體運毒機器喬韓森居住的區域及毒販追殺她的場景之一。 聲色繁華的林森北酒店或許成為場景,大家請期待吧!不是少年pi的棚內景,這次台北擊敗東京香港吉隆坡,要走出去啦!!不過下禮拜大家低調點,據說附近居民都有收到通知簽保密條款,好像會有小爆破,真低調。XD -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.8.147

【施昂強／台北報導】台北市大度路上午11時許發生油罐車漏油事件，一輛台塑油罐車輛行駛路中發生不明原因漏油，緊急將車輛停駛在慢車道旁，警消獲報後趕往現場待命，以防意外發生，所幸只是油罐車引擎機具故障發生漏油，並沒有影響車上裝載的易燃油品。

【王智勇／台南報導】台南市善化區一名27歲王姓男子，昨晚10時，在曾文溪麻善大樓上方留下一台摩托車和皮鞋後，疑似跳下麻善大樓自殺，警消接獲目擊者報案後，趕到現場搜救，警消在王男摩托車坐墊下方的置物箱，找到幾張王男與妻子的離婚協議書及一本男子打算留給他妻子的遺書，消防人員說，遺書裡面寫著｢這是我最後一次叫你老婆｣，警方懷疑王男可能是家庭問題想不開才投河，但真正原因待釐清，目前台南市消防局已出動4部救生艇漏夜在曾文溪河段搜救中，同時連絡王男家屬。

淘寶上有很多家，事實上韓國路邊也很多。 考慮許久決定這家:http://ppt.cc/1vrN 號稱1:1 入手約NT300 剛收到貨品，簡單分享，跟正貨比起來， 太陽銳利度沒這麼高，我這個角比較圓融，個人很滿意，胖胖的比較可愛。 因為是鈦鋼，墜飾顏色偏亮，不是純銀那種霧面，鍊子比一般純銀暗一階。 鍊長可調節這點也比其他家好(合購那版本不能調)， 按照官網長度並不是鎖骨鍊，在長一些些。 鏈鎖也是用胖嘟嘟立體款，不是一般扁平用沒幾次就壞掉的，不錯不錯。 嘗試拍照後發現沒賣家照好，也沒有孔姊姊生火，故不放了... 會不會戴出去是一回事，但掛在檯桌上不時望著傻笑(>▽<)，好心情+100! 以上簡單分享，希望有幫助。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.70.0.206
