【戴之聖、陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市消防局今天上午7時許獲報，八斗子漁港有2名釣客落海，警消人員趕緊派員前往救援，先將1名遭浪打到礁石附近的男子救上送醫，再趕緊派出船艇救上另1名在海中載浮載沉的男子，但他被救起時，已無呼吸心跳，立即被送往醫院急救。其他釣客表示，今天早上浪高10公尺，「不敢太靠近港邊，太危險了」。警方正在調查落水釣客身份，以及落水原因。

【郭美瑜／台北報導】北市教育局統計，北市公立中小學有94校營養午餐使用富味鄉問題油品，擬向業者求償。台北市長郝龍斌今表示，求償金額還未出爐，但近期食安案件已涉及民生詐欺，市府消保官將協助保障民眾權益。

郝龍斌表示，大統及富味鄉製造問題油品，應定位為民生詐欺業者，虛偽造假，以低廉食材製造，以高價售出。

郝說，棉酚非油溶性，高溫壓榨時也會破壞棉酚、起化學反應，高溫加熱時也會揮發，要在油品內檢驗到棉酚非常困難。他也說，棉酚含量低並非沒有，況且儀器也有檢驗極限，未檢出是正常的，但不代表油品沒問題、消費者食用後不會產生危害，最重要的還是民生詐欺的問題。

近期接連出現食品安全案件，國民黨榮譽主席連戰女兒連惠心代言的健康食品也遭踢爆含西藥，郝龍斌表示，這些案件可讓代言人及消費者了解，代言人對代言商品要負起責任，應確認食品安全無虞才代言。

標題[反推] 台北 復興皮膚科

看網路上好像很少有關於復興皮膚科的評價， 所以想把個人經驗分享給大家知道 大概一個多月之前，身體幾個部位開始發紅、癢 由於我自己本來就很容易皮膚過敏 所以發現癢的狀況過兩天沒有改善，就很想趕快就醫 因為貪近也不想浪費太多時間等，就在公司附近google找到復興皮膚科 進去第一眼的感覺是： 沒有很明亮、裝潢也比較舊一點點，環境還算乾淨 但一開始也沒有想很多 總之醫生看了一下皮膚狀況，就說是『濕疹』 給了我藥膏跟口服藥 ---- 大概過了一個禮拜，我覺得皮膚更癢更紅，範圍也擴大很多 剛好最近天氣也比較怪異，第一時間並沒有想這麼多又回去復興看 一進去就跟醫生反映說：「好像更嚴重了... 很癢...」之類的 醫生指了幾個發紅的部位說：『不會啊！不會啊！你看這裡...這裡... 都好多了!!!』 當時第一個反應是有點心虛，又拿了藥膏跟口服藥回家 ---- 又過一個禮拜 真的非常嚴重！！！ 我才大夢初醒般想說... 該不會醫生有誤診吧.... 馬上去另一家信任的診所看 醫生一看到就立刻說：『這不是濕疹，是黴菌感染!』 我有點嚇到，馬上跟醫生說前一個醫生診斷是濕疹的事情 結果醫生告訴我說，如果黴菌感染擦濕疹的藥膏會更嚴重...... ---- 其實沒有想到自己皮膚會這麼嚴重 目前還在努力醫治中， 因為範圍還蠻大的，所以每天都覺得皮膚狀況很不好、很癢、很不舒服!!! 也對復興皮膚科印象非常不好... 希望可以把這個經驗分享給大家... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.73.132

用餐時間：2013.10.19 地址：台北市士林區凱旋路61巷4弄33號 電話：02-2862-2255 營業時間：12:00~03:00 每人平均價位：700元 推薦菜色：櫻花蝦炒飯、桔汁牛小排、炸拼組合、屋頂脆皮雞 大圖無音樂版：http://shiang0504.blogspot.tw/2013/10/the-top.html 離台北市區不遠的陽明山，文化大學體育館下方景觀餐廳林立，屋頂上算是這一區地勢最 高、視野數一數二的首選。 白天晚上都有不同風情，白天是悠閒的峇里島渡假風格餐廳，到了傍晚華燈初上、燈光一 打，就搖身一變成浪漫的景觀餐廳。 今天的天氣不太理想，剛開始甚至有下點小雨，月亮也躲在厚厚的雲層裡。 因為下雨所以很多露天的座位都空無一人。 全餐廳視野都很開闊，就算在最下層的座位，坐在這喝飲料，也可以遠眺到101。 這次朋友訂了E區包廂，6000元的包廂低消乍看有點嚇人，但包廂約可容納十人，分攤下 來每人約600多元還可以接受。 介紹一下消費方式： 非包廂區每人最低消費350元 C區、D區包廂每間最低消費3000元 E區包廂每間最低消費6000元 VIP區包廂每間最低消費8000元 加一成服務費，不接受刷卡喔！ 包廂使用時段：12:00~16:30、17:00~21:30、22:00~03:00 菜單依座位區域分成兩種，只有露天的座位區可以吃燒烤類，包廂則是以合菜為主，適合 多人一同享用；天氣不穩定時建議還是訂包廂較為洽當，以免淪落到撐傘烤肉，就不浪漫了。 中式泡菜炒肥牛(380元) 泡菜不夠突出，不夠酸脆，中規中矩。 櫻花蝦炒飯(190元) 今晚覺得CP值最高的一道，上面有香酥的櫻花蝦點綴，粒粒分明的炒飯，夠味又不死鹹， 推薦！ 沙茶肥牛烏龍(230元) 屋頂花雕雞(850元) 點花雕雞可以一鍋三吃，服務生會拿出電磁爐在桌邊現場煮起來，第一吃就是直接享用花 雕酒煮出的雞肉。 服務生接著加入板條、青菜，待食材吸附湯汁後就是第二吃，味道非常之普通。 第三吃是把剩下的醬汁再加入高湯後，煮成熱湯，湯頭的口味偏鹹。 清蒸時鮮魚(560元) 油淋椒麻雞(320元) 金沙焗蝦球(380元) 吃不出鹹蛋黃的味道，炸衣太厚吃起來還粉粉的，蝦仁在蝦球的比例太小，完全不像主角 。 泰式鮮蝦餅(380元) 這次我吃過最薄弱的蝦餅，全部疊起來不知道有沒有古華薈泰式餐廳的月亮蝦餅一片厚？ 囧 銀芽水蓮梗(220元) 水蓮炒的清脆爽口，但混了不少豆芽充量，誠意不足。 桔汁牛小排(360元) 服務生推薦的牛小排，調味有點重，牛小排肉質還不錯，但份量真的不太行。 炸拼組合(420元) 內有雞柳條、雞米花、薯球、布丁酥、卡啦薯條，人多時還蠻適合點這個當點心的。 屋頂脆皮雞(1080元) 本日的第一名，全雞上桌，視覺上就贏了一大半，外皮炸的超級酥脆，雞肉軟嫩不乾柴， 份量足。 總結： 1.菜單價位偏高，菜色口味和份量都普普通通，我是覺得不意外，畢竟是賣景觀的餐廳， 如果對食物要求很高的朋友就不推薦來這邊了。 2.屋頂上依照地勢設計成階梯形的用餐區，就像電影院的座位一樣，不用擔心夜景被前方 的人擋住，但越高的地方看到的夜景還是越漂亮，有錢還是推薦直上VIP包廂XD。 3.官網有詳細的菜單價格資訊與訂位導覽，訂位前建議可以先參考一下。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.51.37

根據氣象廳發佈的最新資料，這場地震發生於今天凌晨2時10分左右（台灣時間凌晨1時10分左右）的震央位於北緯37.2度、東京144.6度，約在牡鹿半島東南東方290公里處，震源深度約10公里，地震規模推定為7.1。

標題[請問] windows7.0或8.0做得到xp做不到的
