退伍後，他迫不及待的要上班，以養活自己及供養父母，就因為他的忠厚老實，所以縱使家境清寒，人又瘦巴巴的，我還是在他退伍不久，沒有任何經濟基礎的情況下，選擇嫁給了他，因為我一直相信，他會是個績優股。

剛結婚時，我們租了一間十來坪的公寓，因為沒存款，所以連床也沒有買，就這樣打地鋪睡了三年。

在工作上，老公利用內部請調，瞭解公司各部門的業務。服務三年多後，他覺得應該要趁年輕闖一闖，所以換了一家新公司，我們也因為這三、四年的努力，存到了頭期款，買了一間二手公寓。

在新公司裡擔任小主管，給了老公許多磨練的機會，十八般武藝樣樣精通。

經過磨練以後，老公再次更換工作，到南部的一家公司擔任中階主管，薪資也有了增長。

然而就在經濟改善之際，921大地震卻毀了我們的公寓。房子雖然倒了，但由於年輕，倒沒有影響到老公的壯志。

老公有感到自己學識的不足，在公司的支持下，帶職進修取得碩士學位，也取得學校講師的資格。

經多年的努力，老公的薪水增加不少，他也未曾懈怠地努力做研究，升等為助理教授，並在原來指導教授的鼓舞下，進修博士學位。

可是好景不長，在公司改組的時候，老公被降職了。工作認真的他，無法接受，暴瘦了五公斤，我也只能在一旁給予鼓勵。

經過將近半年的調適後，老公化悲憤為力量，在短短的幾年內，發表了多篇期刊論文，也通過了托福考試，順利取得博士學位。並在公司再次改組時，回任主管，擔任相關的重要職務。

在這十年期間，老公憑著自己的努力，不但工作獲得肯定，又升等副教授，我們的家庭經濟也因為薪資的增加而大幅改善。

我只能說自己的眼光獨到，選到了績優股，雖然是傳統產業，但這可是高配息的傳產股。

【吳國仲／台北報導】今天凌晨1時許，龍江路傳出一起火警，一棟公寓的3樓竄出濃煙，窗戶隱約可見火光，當時屋內無人，被機警的鄰居發現趕緊報警。警消獲報趕到，立即佈置水線灌救，10分鐘內就將火勢撲滅，所幸並無造成人員傷亡。
 
根據警消初步了解，該起火戶的屋主並不住這，而是租給別人，當時住在裡面的女子外出，鄰居聞到濃厚煙味才迅速報警。這起火警主要燃燒屋內家具及電器，面積不到1平方公尺，確切原因還有待火調人員鑑定

【簡嘉宏／綜合外電報導】為救愛子，苦心研發「羅倫佐的油」（Lorenzo's Oil）的歐多內（Augusto Odone），上周四病逝於義大利故鄉，享壽80歲。

歐多內原為世界銀行經濟學家，在愛子羅倫佐被診斷出「腎上腺白質退化症」（Adrenomyeloneuropathy，ALD）後，便全心研究寶貝兒子病情。最後從橄欖與油菜籽油中提煉成「羅倫佐的油」，成功減緩他的病情，這段故事也被改編為電影《羅倫佐的油》。

今年才從武漢大學工業設計系畢業的樂靜，因手繪美食太真，作品在網路爆紅。觀光局邀她來台自由行，她也將畫台灣小吃。

樂靜先前已在微博上登出的作品，包括武漢特色小吃「麻辣小龍蝦」及小籠包、清蒸鱸魚，都獲得許多網友好評。

交通部觀光局上海辦事處上週邀請樂靜和她同樣喜歡繪畫的同學共3人，來台灣8天自由行，主要行程是吃遍各地美食。

樂靜和同學品嚐了西門町老天祿的滷味，還到九份吃芋圓、到花蓮買公正包子、到台東吃米苔目，在台南享用棺材板、碗粿，還到屏東東港吃海鮮，每一處的美食都讓她難忘。

樂靜明年將出版台灣美食遊記，台灣的小吃將經由手繪方式呈現。

觀光局說，以往為了向大陸民眾推廣台灣觀光，都是邀請旅行業者及媒體來台踩線，但部落客的影響也很大，樂靜是第1位被視為有潛力的部落客，所以邀她來台踩線。

觀光局未來也將邀請不同層面的部落客來台旅遊，協助推展台灣觀光。

【大紀元2013年10月26日訊】（大紀元記者袁玫爾灣報導）駐洛杉磯臺北經濟文化辦事處處長令狐榮達，17日走訪爾灣中文學校，此為其上任後訪問的第一所中文學校。爾灣校長鐘幼蘭，前校長劉錦堂、慕美枝、鐘梅馨、溫隆勳夫婦，南海岸中華文化協會副會長陸恩廣等多人出席歡迎，並為處長一一介紹該校數位教室、圖書館、體育館、舞蹈教室等設施。
　　
令狐榮達表示，爾灣中文學校在傳承和推廣中華文化的價值及成就上，積極用心，具正面成果，數位教室先進、學校軟硬體設施令人大開眼界。
　　
鐘幼蘭表示，處長來訪，除了聽取「傳統僑校的成長與轉型--以爾灣中文學校為例」的簡報以外，還談及僑校在成長轉型之後發展的新方向。對此，該校努力的兩大核心為「深化文化展示與教育內涵」和四個主軸「專業化、全球化、數位化、在地化」，用以實踐並推動理想：僑校就是社區「最佳的華語文學習中心」，將成為傳統中華文化在美國地區的文化櫥窗。

「閱讀百分之百(Project 100) 」計劃

鐘幼蘭表示，為鼓勵學生多利用課餘時間閱讀中文書籍 ，推出的閱讀百分之百 (Project 100) ，是該校今年度的中文閱讀推廣活動之一。預定在本學年度找一百個閱讀義工來擔任中文閱讀推廣的推手，閱讀義工每人需要朗讀一個故事、一篇短文、甚或一首新詩，錄音及匯整之後提供給學校學生及一般社會大眾免費使用。
　　
17日當天，處長令狐榮達受邀成為該「閱讀百分之百」計劃的第一位說故事義工，在翻閱成語故事書籍後，令狐選擇了「朝三暮四」故事。他表示，這個成語看似簡單，實則含深遠意義。
　　
閱讀百分之百由黃淑婉擔任主持人，黃淑婉是宜蘭南方澳人，世新大學廣電系，美國聖母大學教育碩士。曾在世新電臺、臺北電臺、全民電臺、飛碟電臺擔任節目主持人，目前為臺灣風聲廣播電臺主持人。
　　
根據僑務座談，僑校是中華民國僑教的基礎，更是延伸海外文化教育服務工作的重要據點。面臨華文教育主流化，及中共投入鉅量資源欲以「孔子學院」、「孔子學堂」主導全球華文教育市場，近年來，臺灣持續在「中華文化」「數位科技」等面向上，為華語教學注入新的創意和優質元素。但目前在南加的中文學校並未全部使用臺灣僑委會教材，令狐表示，僑委會推廣海外中文教育已然好幾十年，有相當完整的建構，加上數位教學，在教與學上皆有它豐富的內涵和便利性。
　　
有的學校因大陸來的家長或學生的習慣而使用簡體，令狐認為：配合需要做出一定調整，無可厚非；但簡體字在欣賞文學之優美上，他個人無法接受。且大陸為簡化而簡化，已造成不能確認原有文字意義、優美和深度，因之學正體字方為正道。◇
