【葉國吏╱綜合報導】台北街頭近期出現一名正妹，舉著「愛的抱抱」海報，來募集旅遊基金，引發爭議。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，擔任展場主持人的正妹許恬瑜，為募得20萬元、一圓全家出遊夢想，數月前突發奇想，走上街頭發起「愛的抱抱」募款活動，期間有人只要捐錢不要抱抱，也有人罵她不自食其力，衛生福利部決定介入調查。已募得5萬多元的她說：「只是希望藉此打破人際冷漠，如違法會將錢捐出。」

　　SEGA 預定於 2014 年推出，實體版售價 5,500 日幣，下載版 4,900 日幣的 N3DS 版新作《英雄銀行》（ヒーローバンク），日前公佈遊戲中登場的室內主題樂園「東京 JOYPOLIS」（東京ジョイポリス）相關遊戲畫面。本作為一款以從假想空間下載得到的賽車及棒球選手等資料套用在現實世界角色身上展開對戰的新時代運動「英雄大戰」（ヒーローバトル）為題材的角色扮演遊戲，「英雄大戰」為以全世界為對象，設定了高額獎金設定的運動大賽，玩家所扮演的主角豪勝海斗（豪勝カイト）即是這場獎金爭奪戰參賽者之一，以成為億萬富翁為最終目標。

　　東京 JOYPOLIS 為日本最大的室內主題樂園，遊戲中登場的場景將展現相同氛圍，包括穿著與工作人員相同制服的角色以及目前營運中的遊樂設施等都將在遊戲中原汁原味登場。另外，在 JOYPOLIS 中播放的 BGM 為 Dreamcast 版《音速小子大冒險》（ソニックアドベンチャー）中的樂曲「Pleasure Castle ...Twinkle Park」。遊戲中的東京 JOYPOLIS 在遊戲為位於主角豪勝海斗所居住的「勝堀町」（がっぽりちょう）的英雄戰鬥聖地「JOYPOLIS」（ジョイポリス），這座設備新穎刺激的室內主題樂園非常受到當地居民歡迎，與現實世界一樣充滿了數位要素關卡及遊戲設施等待玩家前往挑戰。

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市府暑假期間針對轄內餐飲業、冷飲業、零售量販業及補習班等僱用工讀生比例較高的行業進行檢查，今天公布勞動檢查結果，共抽檢190家業者中，有96家違法，裁處108件，違法比例達5成以上，其中以未依法給付加班費最多，有31件違規，佔28.7%、其次為國定假日出勤工資未加倍發給（25件違規，佔23.1%）及未置備勞工出勤紀錄（14件違規，佔13%），除依法對違規業者裁處新臺幣2萬到30萬元不等外，未來也將不定期派員實施複查。

勞工局表示，受罰的業者當中，知名餐飲連鎖王品也入榜，其板橋文化店與新莊新泰店因超時工作與未給特別休假，違反《勞基法》規定，依法共開罰4萬元；另最近爆紅的清玉茶飲，共有3家加盟店也榜上有名，共罰10萬元；影視娛樂業則有威秀、星聚點等店家違規。

標題[心得] 地景藝術節黃色小鴨平日心得&照片分享

網誌圖文完整版 http://willyboss.blogspot.com/2013/10/blog-post_28.html 2013年10月26日，黃色小鴨在桃園新屋鄉正式與大家見面 為了避開大量湧進的開幕人潮 我們選擇了剛收假的BLUE MONDAY的大清早前往突襲小鴨XD！！ 早上七點半左右抵達果然暢行無阻 輕輕鬆鬆不需人擠人就能和小鴨來個近距離接觸囉～ 最近媒體炒的很兇的所謂的電線遮臉照片 其實只要上到觀景台上的小鴨前面就沒問題了 避開假日等熱門時間就是可以優閑散步拍照的場景 是說雖然看照片好像沒什麼感覺 但實際現場看到的小鴨感覺真的非常巨大！ 如果有人想拍電線，走下觀景台到廣場上去拍就對了 (會有人特別想拍回去畫五線譜嗎XD？) 還可以順便拍到主題地景藝術節的字樣XD。 這次桃園的活動除了小鴨出沒外 還有許多其他藝術家的作品展示佈置在整個新屋各個角落 原則上如果沒有特別將官網的地圖研究透徹 應該很難看完全部的作品 因為怕遇到交通管制沒辦法深入 所以我們的路線是用小鴨當作第一站再慢慢往外頭晃出來 所以接下來的地景作品其實在抵達小鴨之前都會先經過 用廢棄材料再利用所製作的機器人一路上還不少， 作品名稱為炳哥的機器人異想世界 我們只看了路上的幾座機器人 其實離這附近一百公尺的不遠處還有滿是機器人的工廠可參觀喔！ (地址：桃園 縣新屋鄉三民路472之1號) 每個機器人都是獨一無二的，不得不說表情和肢體動作都很有戲XDDD！ 日本藝術家草間彌生的作品"生命的足跡" 有許多人覺得擺放的不夠多且鬆散，今天實際看到覺得比想像中好些。 出了小鴨之後，其他的作品就比較沒有那麼多特別前來的遊客 可以很放鬆的慢慢來欣賞研究 深藍色的水面上浮出強烈帶有黑點點的粉紅色物體 就視覺上來說很能突顯主題 其實本人被吸引住在這邊看了還蠻有一段時間的XD。 位於最外圍的是韓國藝術家催正化的作品－會呼吸的花 遠遠看去也是很巨大的傢伙！ 在巨大的蓮花後頭還有一個比較小巧可愛的另一個蓮花 加上一旁陽光灑落在水面上，畫面看起來蠻有力度的。 避開熱門時段的桃園地景藝術節其實個人覺得逛來挺不錯 但因為範圍較廣，其實騎機車往返每個點是最佳的選擇 這個時候就很慶幸自己是當地人了:P 這次行程有點來去匆匆，不過重點都看到了XD 有時間的話應該會再趁著這短短的兩週時間 再去細細的深入欣賞一下其他的地景作品 到時候再跟大家分享囉！ 桃園地景廣場藝術節官網：http://tylf.tycg.gov.tw/ 官方FB粉絲團追最新消息：https://www.facebook.com/TaoyuanLandArt -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.188.57

【賴佳昀／台北報導】北半球漸漸進入冬季，相反的南半球正好進入春夏的旅遊旺季，長榮航空宣布，將於2013/12/12~2014/1/9採用空中巴士A332廣體客機，每周四增加台北飛布里斯本一個航班，使得該航線每周將有3個航班的務。為慶祝增班及連續20年經營台北－布里斯本航線從不間斷，即日起至12/31也推出長榮假期優惠專案「黃金海岸 5天2夜」2萬4399元起(雙人房1人價，未含稅)，另外贈送帆船遊艇之旅、旅行記憶枕。
 
除長榮增班外，事實上華航日前也宣布，預計在11/28～明年2014/2/27台北－雪梨增加每周四與周六航班，使得每周飛航班次達到6班，旅客前往澳洲，行程安排將更有彈性。

食品安全出包不斷，民進黨立委趙天麟指出，富味鄉公司和台大農化系教授蘇南維於100 年時已向國科會提案進行研究，國科會補助54萬、富味鄉出資35萬，而報告當時指出7種芝麻油樣品，有4種摻雜大豆油，混摻比例約在31%至44%，卻未公開，趙天麟懷疑，國科會企圖隱匿、護航。

趙天麟拿出時間表，指出台大農化系榮譽教授李敏雄於民國97年被富味鄉延攬為監察人，富味鄉和蘇南維於100年共同提出研究計畫時，富味鄉也在7月1日因國外客戶要求代工，向美國嘉吉公司 (Cargill)購買棉籽油精煉出口，101年10月1 日，衛福部舉辦的「市售包裝調和油標示符合基準之研究」的產官學專家座談會，座談專家也見李敏雄、蘇南維名列其中，李敏雄亦為此研究的協同計畫主持人，102年7月17日，李敏雄擔任富味鄉香港子公司金籽有限公司之公司代表人。

國科會生物科學發展處處長裘正健指出，國科會每年有將近兩萬件研究案，基於人力，難以對每項案子瞭如指掌。且此案並非由國科會由上到下的委託案，僅補助，至於研究成果，研究人員可選擇立即公開、一年或二年公開，若基於研究要申請專利、或資料認證不足、無法完全負責時，貿然立即公開研究成果可能被誤導，可選擇不公開，因此尊重研究員選擇，但強調國科會絕未隱匿或護航。

裘正健也說，根據調查，蘇南維已有兩篇相關論文在國際期刊上發表，既然研究計畫已經有發表期刊，理論上就該公開，會對此作研議，看是否要公開成果。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】治療阿茲海默症(Alzheimer's Disease)可望出現新突破，科學家發現更多增加罹患阿茲海默症機會的主要基因，日後可能只要使用鼻腔噴劑，就能治療。

來自全球15個國家、共180名研究人員，透過對照正常人和罹患阿茲海默症病人的DNA(Deoxyribonucleic Acid，去氧核醣核酸)，鎖定11個增加罹患阿茲海默症機會的主要基因後，又找出更多與阿茲海默症有關的基因，現在已經增至21個。

目前治療阿茲海默症的藥物，只能延緩病情惡化，無法解決腦部的致病根源。但這次發現更多致病基因，可望研發治療的新藥物，專家表示，日後病人可用噴鼻式噴劑，讓「健康」基因取代致病基因，便可治療病情。
