為強化反潛及電子偵蒐能力，提升國軍反潛作戰效能，空軍上午在屏東第439混合聯隊舉行「P-3C反潛機接機典禮」，由馬總統親臨主持，現場並邀請國安會副秘書長、國防部部長嚴明、參謀總長高廣圻、海、空軍退役將校及官兵代表，共同參與、見證國軍反潛作戰任務邁向新的里程碑。

空軍司令部表示，P-3C反潛機進駐成軍後，未來將擔任起國軍首要之戰場反潛作戰及海面偵蒐等重要任務，並經由建構國軍各重要指管監偵系統、武力部署、聯合空降及反潛偵蒐等戰備工作，以有效整合戰場整體資源，進而發揮三軍聯合作戰統合戰力，增取臺海領空及海面戰力優勢。

空軍司令部強調，惟有堅實的國防，才是國家發展與社會繁榮的基石；我空軍全體官兵保證能夠上下一心，踵武前賢，繼志承烈，以「發揮筧橋精神」、「實踐忠勇軍風」為職志，在建軍備戰的工作上，扮演好自己的角色，為臺海安全提供最堅實的屏障，成為國家空域及海疆最稱職的守護者。

【劉煥彥／台北報導】永豐期貨表示，周三指數開高走高，連3日以紅K作收，收盤價位更創近期波段新高，短線相當強勢，但成交量僅750億元，仍有結構上的量價背離隱憂，若要維持震盪走高格局，後續仍需緩步補量，才有往上續彈空間，建議投資人持續以月均線為偏多操作依據，並善設停損。
 
從期貨籌碼面來看，3大法人周三在期貨市場多單加碼1996口，淨多單增至7421 口，其中外資期貨多單加碼1279口，淨多單升至7011口，加上現貨部位擴大買超，顯示法人對短線持續中性樂觀看待。
 
在選擇權方面，11月份買權集中在8500點，賣權集中在8300點。未平倉量的買權大量區在8600點，賣權大量區則上移至8200點。由於短線盤勢持續高檔整理，操作上建議於8300~8600點建立買權空頭價差因應。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，女老闆懷有5月身孕，遭槍擊斃致1屍2命，其夫右肩也受槍傷；目前已逮捕胡姓警員，在追捕其他嫌犯。

除非你是外交官 有賦稅上的轄免權 否則我建議您還是看一下車輛進口的稅金計算方式 一般來說 完稅價格=離岸價格(FOB)＋運費(FREIGHT)＋保險費(INSURANCE) 把稅金加進你購車的成本之後 再考慮一下要帶什麼車與帶多少錢的車回來 (不過如果不用繳這些稅的話 二話不說當然愈貴愈好囉XD) 可以參考這個網站 http://car2tw.com/tariff 上的資訊 以你目前所考量的價位的車子 我只能說除Q7外 幾乎都賺不大 甚至運費加一加搞不好還不如原車賣掉在台灣買台新車 另一方面要考量的是零件好不好找 像台灣沒進Acura 我蠻好奇你如果進Acura的車要去哪修? 【陳亮諭／綜合報導】前副總統呂秀蓮今天上午接受周玉蔻專訪指出，民進黨台北市長初選，民進黨主席蘇貞昌曾對她說，以黨藉候選人為先。

呂秀蓮上午赴《台北之音》「蔻蔻早餐」表示，參選台北市長不要求「博愛座」，透露曾與蘇貞昌談話，黨內台北市長初選以黨藉候選人為優先考量。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】為因應明年4月日本政府將實施的消費稅，日本清涼飲料工會昨日決定，將販賣機的飲料調漲10日圓(約新台幣3元)。

該工會表示，目前傾向讓販賣機飲料漲10日圓，來轉嫁未來消費稅必須負擔的成本，預計平均漲幅為3~10%。

【劉煥彥／台北報導】4G執照決標及摩台期結算，昨天推升大盤再漲44點，創下26個月以來新高。大慶證券指出，從日線來看，盤勢多頭格局不變，惟量能不出，因此指數有假突破的疑慮，因此今日多頭首要任務是補量再攻。若量能持續無法放大，投資人要小心有短線壓回可能。
 
其次，聯準會公開市場委員會昨決議維持每月850億美元購債計劃不變，符合市場預期，因此美股對會議結果未有太大反應，市場仍關注經濟數據，研判目前歐美股市維持高檔震盪格局，惟短線漲多，需留意是否拉回修正。
 
在台股各族群方面，4G決標使跌深電信股全面反彈，多檔網通股甚至漲停慶祝，加上半導體設備續揚，使電子股短線成為盤面焦點。但友達第3季財報差強人意，第4季又進入淡季，周三ADR更下挫3%，是否帶動面板股轉弱，是今日觀察焦點。從電子股走勢來看，少數不具權值及族群性個股的個股，估計較有表現機會。
 
傳產股仍以先前輪動個股為主，但先前漲多個股已有短線壓回，如食品、塑化、汽車等，意味短線漲多個股可能面臨修正，操作上不宜追高。
