【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】兩張據稱拍攝於河北省唐山市的照片，昨在微博引發網友熱議。相片中販賣烤地瓜的攤販向城管下跪，被跪的城管還一副土豪訓孫子的流氓模樣，引發網友批評，該則微博也衝上新浪熱門微博第2名。甚至有網友人肉搜索出這名城管名叫楊斌，父親是小學校長，但無法證實該說法真假。

由於城管在中國形象不佳，許多網友看到照片後痛罵「脫了制服和仗勢欺人的惡棍有什麼區別」、「穿制服的狗模狗樣的」、「欺負百姓會有報應的」。甚至有網友搜索出該名城管的姓名與家世。但也有人稱「違規者有什麼好同情的」、「旁邊的民眾都在笑，可見是（下跪的）大媽在胡鬧」。

【大紀元2013年11月04日訊】中日兩國因釣魚島問題關係陷入嚴峻局面，圍繞釣魚島發生誤判或擦槍走火的危險高漲。俄專家預測如果中日開戰，中共極可能戰敗。而中共軍隊越來越多的獨生子女「小皇帝」，也成為軍隊無法解決的危機，一旦戰爭爆發，有港媒曾稱或現逃兵潮。

俄專家：中日開戰中共或戰敗

據大陸媒體報導，俄戰略和技術分析中心主任、《莫斯科防務簡報》主編瓦西裡-卡申在接受《觀點報》採訪時表示，在海軍方面中共暫時還不具備壓倒性數量優勢，在質量上則暫時遠遠落後於日本海上自衛隊。卡申稱，中共現在開始建設大規模遠洋艦隊，相當於50年代末60年代初的蘇聯。但中共需要在此方面突破無數小的技術問題還需要實現作戰訓練、戰術和組織方面的突破。中共海軍根本沒有能讓自己樹立自信的經驗和理念。

卡申稱日本艦隊是一支非常強大的力量，在技術裝備上擁有重大優勢，在人員訓練上具有巨大優勢。中共要想達到日本的水平，首先在戰術和人員訓練上，還需要多年的時間。

卡申稱中共要想對日本海軍構成嚴重威脅，還有很長的路要走。

解放軍士兵多為「小皇帝」 成中共軍隊無法解決的危機
　
據《朝鮮時報》文章稱，中日倘開戰，雖然解放軍總兵力和海空等部隊佔優，但日本自衛隊員經歷過太平洋戰爭等諸多血戰，訓練水平和戰鬥經驗遠強於中共。而中共獨生子女政策，令解放軍士兵大多是小皇帝，故日本應會打贏。

6月30日，日本《朝日新聞》題為《少子化影響到亞洲防務的前沿》報導中，提到中共實行的獨生子女政策，導致少子化問題成為中共軍隊面臨無法解決的危機。

據悉，2006年，中共軍隊中的「獨生子女士兵」已佔半數以上，而10年前僅為20%。獨生子女在軍隊中紀律成為越來越嚴重的問題，甚至有士兵被發現在學習潛伏時，攜帶隨身聽。報導還稱，獨生子女新兵意志不堅定，不想經歷高強度訓練所帶來的困難。

戰爭時期中共軍內或現逃兵潮

台灣《中央社》2012年5月10日稱，在當時中國與菲律賓就南海黃巖島的爭議愈趨激烈之際，大陸網站傳出廣州軍區和南海艦隊同時宣佈進入二級戰備狀態。此外，與廣州軍區相鄰的南京軍區海空軍、第二炮兵部隊、空降第15軍同時提升至三級戰備狀態。

但是5月12日，中共國防部對此消息進行了否認。

《爭鳴》引用未經證實的消息說：廣州軍區之所以公開宣佈進入二級戰備狀態，是因為90%的士兵是獨生子女，家長的恐懼情緒對他們傳染很重，甚至一些旅團機關的「關係兵」出現了溜號的情況。「關係兵」入伍前，他們的父母千方百計托人乃至不惜花重金給他們弄到在機關服役的美差，一旦打仗苗頭出現，他們就想儘快脫離部隊，以至於不辭而別。

廣州軍區此舉有防止大規模逃兵潮出現的目的。

對於90後獨生子女兵「外頭紅裡頭軟」的現象，中共軍事研究機構給予過重點研究。研究結論有兩大驚人之處：

其一，引台軍術語稱其全面「草莓化」，即外表有生氣而內心脆弱，而且實際體能較差；其二，當兵前社會經歷相對複雜（從事過兩種以上職業），價值觀十分隱蔽，難以被軍隊現有政教思想所改變。可以說，軍方的防嘩變秘策不是防止士兵在戰時反轉槍口或投敵叛變，而是防止大規模的逃兵潮出現。

標題[問題] Sony Z1 喇叭問題

我媽上個月買了一台Z1 在跟親戚朋友比較之下 (Samsumg S3) 喇叭聽起來很不清晰 在高頻很容易破+低頻容易模糊 我用Sony附贈的耳機聽後 跟喇叭聲音一樣雜雜的 換了Apple附贈的耳機 發現清晰很多 外接喇叭聲音也很清晰 因為Sony喇叭和耳機一致 因此我推測Z1本身喇叭不強 放出來的聲音並不精緻 想請問版友用Z1的 他的喇叭聽起來是不是也糟糟的呢? 因為我媽一直覺得是Z1壞了 我自己是推測它本身不好...來此問問同樣使用Z1的鄉民們 感恩感恩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.189.72

陳慧琳和老公劉建浩育有2子，一家和樂，但日前陳慧琳接受香港節目《最佳女主角》訪問時，訴泣在2011年懷雙胞胎女兒流產時的心情，「那個時候在醫院度過，想過一日就算一日，護士對我說，隔壁房間有個躺了很多個禮拜的，你要撑住。那個時候原來我一直都睡不好，很痛很痛，痛到睡不著。」並透露還好之前已生過小孩，若是第一胎生產時遇到這種狀況，將會嚇到不敢懷孕。

2011年1月，陳慧琳對外公布已懷孕3個月，不料在懷孕5個月時，雙胞胎女兒流產，「那時候真的嚇壞，胎水流出來，我又不懂該做什麼，打給醫生，醫生叫我第二天去檢查，檢查完就要我進醫院，因為羊水破了，要我睡在床上等孩子不要出來，因那時候太早了。」

當談到住院時，身體所受的痛苦，陳慧琳哭著說：「這樣就...幾日之後，就是痛了幾日後，我真的睡不著覺，我和丈夫說，我不敢睡，我不知為什麼，一睡就會醒，其實是痛到醒，我自己不知。」雖然失去孩子很痛苦，陳慧琳说：「我們都想強留住她們，可是沒有健康，現在這樣，她們就不會那麼辛苦。」她透露，還好之前生過第一胎，讓她有信心可以再懷孕，「如果這是第一次，我可能以後不敢生了，因為經歷過這種痛苦，很辛苦。」

台灣鯛協會理監事臨時聯席會，2日下午在嘉義縣議會召開，縣長張花冠、立委陳明文與雲林縣議員蔡岳儒及立委黃偉哲助理等人，都到場聲援譴責韓國媒體的扭曲報導，縣長張花冠表示已在第一時間寫信給韓國Channel A新聞，要求澄清及道歉。

嘉義縣長張花冠及嘉雲南地區民意代表多人，2日在嘉義縣議會召開的台灣鯛協會臨時理監事聯席會中，同聲譴責韓國Channel A新聞以移花接木手法及惡意扭曲報導，企圖摧毀台灣鯛信譽。張花冠強調阿里山下的水質最清澈，台灣鯛從魚苗到加工出口都經過認證，我方無法容許韓國Channel A新聞惡質抹黑、惡意栽贓的行為，要求政府站出來，向韓國提出嚴正抗議，還給台灣鯛一個公道。

台灣鯛協會理監事們提出，韓國Channel A的新聞報導，把廢棄魚塭張冠李戴，以畜牧用藥「雪華黴素」的鏡頭，來暗指使用在台灣鯛身上，還把養殖應有的藻色（濁度），以不專業的手法描述成極污染的環境，導致進口商緊急喊停，引發雲嘉南地區養殖業者強烈的反彈。

張花冠說，台灣鯛就是改良的吳郭魚，嘉義養殖的台灣鯛從環境、水質、魚苗、養殖到加工、出口，都有經過認證，台灣鯛被國際公認是「二十一世紀之魚」，聯合國農糧組織更積極推廣台灣鯛為代替人類動物性蛋白質的主要來源之一，台灣養殖技術優異，台灣鯛品質深受歐美日等國家肯定，韓方這次憑空的惡意栽贓手法，目的只有一個，就是「先抹黑」、「再殺價」。

陳明文則要求韓方必須還給漁民一個公道，他指出，從韓國Channel A新聞的拍攝過程，不難發現這是一起故意行為，「竹篙逗菜刀」，他將在立法院緊盯政府，要求農委會和外交部必須有所作為，並透過外交手段向韓方提出嚴正抗議，以維護漁民權益。

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國網友近日上傳一段虐童影片，片中一名年約4歲男童不知犯了什麼錯誤，竟遭母親在陽台不斷用毛巾抽打，之後甚至抱起男童，作勢要將他丟下樓。

受到驚嚇的男童不斷嚎哭，但狠媽並未罷休，竟抓提男童左腳，讓他繼續倒掛在陽台外，待狠媽怒氣稍消，才將男童帶進屋內。這名母親虐兒過程被對面鄰居全程拍下，網友痛罵狠媽行為過火。

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】湖北應城市天鵝鎮孫吳村一名漁民，日前捕捉了一隻重達8.5公斤的蛇鱷龜。這隻龜體型碩大，長相酷似鱷魚，外觀十分凶狠，龜甲呈黑綠色，四肢肌肉發達，背甲的邊緣有許多像鋸齒狀的突起，就像是穿上裝甲的恐龍，最特別的是尾巴又細又長形似一條鋼鞭。

據該名漁民表示，這隻龜是在漢江邊的岸灘曬太陽時，被他抓住。牠身長70公分，寬40公分，長35公分，龜背上有13個處突起的地方，就像13座起伏的小山峰，呈縱橫3行排列，十分有趣。
