【何柏均／新北報導】新北市土城區今天下午4時許，1名31歲的黃姓女子與友人在家裡陽台烤肉，準備用瓦斯噴燈燒木炭起火時，瓦斯罐不慎脫落造成氣爆，陽台窗戶玻璃被震破裂後掉落1樓。
 
巨大聲響嚇的鄰居趕緊報警，警消獲報後趕往現場，所幸沒有引起火勢，黃女與友人也沒有受傷，僅造成玻璃破裂，警消查看後解除一場虛驚。

【黎百代/桃園報導】黃色小鴨昨預定下午4時進行下水作業，但因風勢過大，原預計今清晨才進行作業，昨晚間9時50分許，風勢突然變小，作業人員趁機先進行洩氣作業，將小鴨體內三部鼓風機停止後，花了40分鐘，小鴨在昨晚間10時30分許洩氣完畢，預計今清晨5時進行下水及充氣作業，讓小鴨回到新屋後湖塘展出。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】頂新坦承摻混大統黑心油，下架21項油品。味全下午召開記者會，表示對於造成民眾恐慌深表歉意，不過強調所有品項都已經通過檢驗，安全無虞，但由於為了讓民眾安心，所以主動下架，並且接受消費者退貨。

味全強調，日前交第三公正單位檢驗，通過棉酚與銅葉綠素檢驗，脂肪酸組成無異常，少部分不知情原料來源疑慮，即日起自行下架。味全並表示，此次事件對財務不致造成重大影響。

【曾佳俊／新北報導】新北市府今天持續於各連鎖大賣場、超市進行「油安行動」，除了大統、富味鄉公司油品外，針對「福懋油脂股份有限公司」6項標示不實油品，以及「頂新製油實業有限公司」21項疑似混充大統長基油品的銷售通路，展開全面稽查，今天總共查包裝油品1萬1413件，於3地查獲3項包裝食用油品涉標示不實，分別為纖活美饌低多元健康調和油、龍駿胡麻油及順發優質蔬菜健康油，共下架223件；另外也查獲172件油品(福懋公司64件、頂新公司108件)待退貨中，未發現販售其他經衛福部公布檢測脂肪酸組成不合格油品。

衛生局表示，總公司位於新北市的龍駿胡麻油，因瓶身沒標示原料成分，將約談業者了解，並開出處分書，罰金4到20萬元；另兩件則是成分僅寫植物油，同樣涉及標示不實，將移往當地衛生單位進行約談處分。

九二九社運連線今天晚上6點半在西門町舉辦「不懼威脅、不怕抹黑」募鞋行動，並且設置放有馬英九等人照片的「殺人官僚九宮格」，供民眾砸鞋洩憤。

國民黨全代會因擔心民眾抗議，從台北移師台中舉辦，全國關廠工人連線的發言人陳秀蓮表示，雖然到台中抗議的難度大幅增加，然而抗議的決心也大幅提升！

社運連線表示，周三下午兩點，將在國民黨中央黨部召開「萬鞋圍攻」記者會，會後從台北出發，一路往台中募鞋，沿路舉辦五場募鞋活動，預計將招募到1萬雙鞋，會在下周日國民黨全代會當天，讓「萬鞋齊發。」

募鞋活動周三6點在桃園火車站、周四中午12點在清華大學小吃部、周四晚上6點在竹北台灣銀行前廣場、周五晚上7點在苑裡慈和宮、周六晚上6點在台中市民廣場，各場也都會設置殺人官僚九宮格，讓民眾丟鞋，發洩怒氣。

我是覺得羽生這角色太沒有人的味道了 太過理想化了(或者說偽善者？)，感覺有點矯情、以及違和感 當然也不排除他只是為了追黛，所以才將「黛」的正義同化成自己的「正義」 本來絕對裡想化(黛)和絕對現實(古美門)的平衡感還不錯， 這季多了羽生，覺得平衡有崩解的感覺orz 所以會覺得怪怪的... 不過我看了第四集，讓我有點傻眼的是最後面一起烤肉的部分 長期計劃 報復失敗的人，和同樣忌妒卻被捅了一刀的人、 過沒多久就能恢復成好朋友...還考慮要不要再當鄰居 這不符合人性吧 而且服部說羽生潛力什麼的，恩.... 除非最後羽生是大魔王，比美古門狠 不然這樣的劇情安排(伏筆)，很不自然 不過這也是純我個人的看法啦(汗) -- ● 日本的驕傲 乒乓球放在上面也不會滾 ＊ 中華民國 很屌嗎，我們台灣 動，馬路就是這麼平！ 的驕傲 也可以。 ＼● ／ ● ／ ︱＞ #1FPWIVQQ (joke) ＜︱＞ ● ／＼ ▄▃▂▄ ▂▄●▃ ／＼▂▃ ███████████████ψ FallRed ██████████████ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.114.232.4

網誌：http://ryoka1231.blogspot.com/2013/11/blog-post.html 哈哈大家好啊，最近發漏了一下秋冬新眼影， 竟然完全生不了火！？（周年慶安全下莊 ya） 之前好期待戀愛魔鏡的冬季限量眼影盤， 心中默默想著是漂釀的紫色系眼影盤， 結果！竟然來個打亮？！有沒有搞錯… 一個失望下就跑去補追之前限量的草莓蛋糕！ 總之對於沒出好看紫色眼影的怨念很深， 今天才想畫個紫色眼妝這樣～～ 用到的這些～ Lavshuca 花漾眼影 PU-1 Lavshuca 花漾眼影 PU-2 Maybelline 眼影 Kiss me 黑色眼線液筆 Kiss me 濃密睫毛膏 Diamond Lash 上假睫毛 Diamond Lash 下假睫毛 la femme 腮紅 Dusty Rose KATE 裸色唇膏 １Maybelline 眼影盤左邊三角形的紫色 　從眼摺內慢慢向上暈染整個眼窩 ２Lavshuca PU-2右上格的紫褐色在眼尾處暈開做漸層 ３用Lavshuca PU-2的右下深紫色細細畫下眼尾，再往後往上稍微暈開 ４下眼瞼臥蠶用Lavshuca PU-1的左上格淺紫色打亮 ５黏貼Diamond Lash上下假睫毛， 　再用Kiss me眼線液將睫毛的空隙補齊 　故意拍膠還沒乾白白的照片，黏貼位置才看得清楚 　睫毛膠會慢慢乾掉變成透明～ ６刷紅磚色腮紅，裸色唇膏　完成～ Lavshuca大概是我最喜歡的紫色眼影盤！！ 那四格把好看好搭配的紫色都放在一起了～ 只可惜它停產了也快過期了　囧 今天的眼妝重點大概是下假睫毛， 上假睫毛那款非常普通， （想不透我當初幹嘛買它？！） 戴起來是明顯的束狀，但毛又不夠長，眼尾也不夠延伸， 配合上假睫毛的束狀感，也黏貼下假睫毛， 但可能是我今天黏得不好，或者上假睫毛沒有下睫毛搶眼， 所以感覺特別明顯！！ 算了～就當作Popteen風格好了～（自己講XDD） 配合成熟些的紫色，腮紅刻意刷好久沒用的la femme Dusty Rose， 跟我最近愛用的偏藍粉紅色差別很大， 雖然它看起來是紅褐色，感覺土土的， 但刷起來很好看喔！ 今天的妝比較成熟，跟小孩一起拍就像媽媽了～ （Linus現在八個月大，正是好玩好可愛的階段， 好可愛喔他～～～） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.107.119

我的皮膚很乾 保濕沒做好, 隔天立刻脫皮給你看的那種...~"~ 原本用The Saem的Gel果凍面膜 最近用完打算上G市屯貨才發現缺貨了...還連續缺貨N個月...Orz 試過合購熱門的雅O姬、TT系列、sexylook、imyss、寶藝、牛爾晚安凍膜 剛敷完的感覺像只補水到七、八分滿的... 不能說沒效..但效果差強人意.. 目前用 sisley保濕面膜(藍瓶那罐) & 廣源良絲瓜保濕霜(新買的實驗品) 輪流敷 由於單敷廣源良效果還好 所以用sisley當主力 但厚敷消耗太兇...對荷包是極大的挑戰.... 想請教版上各位, 有沒有跟the saem gel差不多的免沖洗的果凍面膜? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.42.26

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】英國廣播公司（BBC）報導，坦尚尼亞在居住在該國的一名中國人家中，發現7百多塊、總重1.8公噸的象牙，估計來自2百頭被獵捕的大象。

坦尚尼亞《衛報》昨刊登該國大象保護組織的文章，稱中國與坦尚尼亞經濟關係的升溫，導致該國大象偷獵狀況進一步惡化。大象保護組織也警告，坦尚尼亞每天大約有30頭大象遭非法獵殺，如果這種情形繼續發生，當地的大象將在2020年之前滅絕。

標題[請益] 電腦當機--winXP畫面凍結

家裡有一台老電腦從昨天開始頻頻當機(在之前無此現象) 當機的情形是windows畫面凍結 就是還保持winXP畫面,可是滑鼠和鍵盤都沒反應 就算按鍵盤的Caps Lock、Num Lock等鍵也沒反應 Ctrl+ Alt+ Del重開機也沒用 只能乖乖的按Reset重開機 判斷應該是某硬體掛了 風扇都還有在轉 用 EVEREST_Ultimate測溫度也ok(CPU、GPU是33℃,硬碟是43℃) 請問有可能是哪個硬體掛了? 附上配備 MB:P5GC-MX/GBL, Socket775 顯示卡：內顯 CPU:DualCore Intel Pentium E2220, 2400 MHz 記憶體:A-Data DDR2-800 3GB(1GB+2GB) OS: WinXP SP3 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.253.236.30 ※ yjn:轉錄至看板 Windows 11/03 06:57
