【周昭平／高雄報導】高雄市衛生局上午在家樂福光華店稽查，發現統一綺麗健康油疑似標示不清，未清楚載明為調和油，當場要求業者下架，不過統一稍後透過臺南市衛生局聯繫高市衛生局，澄清該款油品為健康食品，其油品分子非主要用來調理，歸類為健康油品，標示符合規定，下午已請賣場恢復上架。

統一企業也聲明，該款油品為經衛生署認可核准的酵素轉化健康認證油，利用脂肪酵素將中鏈三酸甘油與長鏈三酸甘油脂進行酵素轉化，獲得中長鏈脂肪酸油脂，並非國家標準食用調合植物油規範的食用植物調合油，包裝標示與健康食品管理法規定相符。

監察院今天表示，調查關說、監聽案的監察委員洪德旋、吳豐山，今(4) 日上午9時半約詢特偵組檢察官鄭深元。約詢迄12時結束。至於案情內容，二位委員表示，依監察法規定無法對外透露。

鄭深元在本案中承辦偵訊監聽案業務。據指出，約詢重點在瞭解8月31日鄭深元先後偵訊林秀濤、陳正芬兩位高檢署檢察官的情形、鄭深元辦理監聽0972電話的詳細經過，以及特偵組製作向總統及行政院長專案報告的情形。

【吳國仲／台北報導】蕭敬騰潑糞案上演至今，警方已於前天逮捕騎車以及監督的2名嫌犯，昨深夜另名嫌犯在女友以及家人的勸說下主動投案說明。涉嫌找人的28歲張哲誌以及潑糞的22歲蕭毓仁，昨深夜抵達北市刑大後，隨即被帶回南港分局，經過4小時的偵訊後步出警局不發一語，搭上計程車後離去。

蕭嫌向警方供稱，案發前他到新莊區四維公園撿鴿子糞，再混以醬油、蜜豆奶等調好「屎彈」攻擊蕭敬騰，會潑糞是為了要挺張男；而涉嫌找人潑糞的張男則說，就是不爽蕭敬騰，警方對2人供詞持保留態度，訊後將2人依恐嚇、公然侮辱及傷害罪嫌函送法辦，至於是否有其他幕後藏鏡人，警方將再釐清。

感謝大家的回應 其實PO這篇有點討拍...(心虛) 不過真的感謝大家 目前處理狀況是這樣 Toyota汽車業代說，這種案件保險會賠 維修錢給我們之後，而之後他們會「代位求償」，他們再向停車場索賠 而不論如何 這車撞過 以後也是事故車 所以應該會另外要求他們賠償財產折價的部分 目前是希望他們50萬把車買走，之後要修要賣都與我們無關 停車場部分經過溝通有同意 但是停車場希望我們不要給原廠修理，他們覺得太貴，想自己找認識車行修 然後再幫我們賣掉 但我覺得這樣我們沒保障~ 保險公司也不出險 (他們要求不出險 老闆一直說保險公司只會認原廠的估價 外廠的不賠) (所以如果透過原廠他們會賠更多...所以希望我們配合他不出保險) 過程中老闆一直不願意出面 連我們親自跑去現場，他還說跟朋友要聚餐不方便約改天 一直很像再拖時間 而我們原本想當好人 不要讓他們賠那麼多 想配合他們不出險 但談到叫他們先現金買下時，堂堂東區停車場老闆居然說他拿不出50萬 而後續洽談他就一直找罩事員工來裝可憐，老闆則死都不出面 因為老板看起來沒什麼誠意要處理 一直拖拖到保險5天出險的規定時間都要到了 現在真的很想好人不當了 告死他們~"~ 唉.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.109.116.87

不好意思 這是第一次換智慧型手機 覺得有APP程式很方便 加上手上原本的SONY ERICSSON常故障(環保手機) 故想換手機了 爬文還有看網頁 實在沒有頭緒要如何挑選 自己是排除韓系、HTC手機、蘋果不會操作， 因此會考慮買這些以外的牌子 不限定品牌 目前門號:中華電信 預算: 希望可以一萬元以內 需求: 1. 畫素高 2. 音質好 (至少播放出來的聲音不會雜雜的感覺) 3. 不會常當機 4. 操作簡單易上手 5. 上網 沒有要特別看影片或是玩遊戲，可以的話希望能用手機做筆記、照相等 外型偏好粉色系 滿想換門號的 因此也考慮以新門號辦手機 其實有點不好意思問這問題 但沒頭緒 還請各位建議 或是怎麼搜尋會比較容易找 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.30.61

雖然我男友不是在東引 但是看起來你們梯次應該滿近的(他2166T) 而且他跑去一個更鳥不生蛋的地方了-獅嶼 我們也是大學的時候算是(半)同居吧 在一起快三年第一次要分開這麼久真的很不習慣 所以他去新訓前幾天送我回家 我們都在車上哭成了淚娃兒 新訓每天守電話的日子其實過得很快 因為他的電話成了我的時鐘 雖然還是會想念到哽咽 但是數一數只要再講幾次電話 寫幾篇日記 他就可以放假了 結訓前抽籤的時候就聽說 過半都是外島籤 剩下的也是本島很硬的籤 心裡很矛盾(就算根本不是我們可以決定的) 最後抽到東碇...........小金最南邊海上的一塊石頭 大家心情都很沉重 高雄受訓到大小金受訓期間 遇到週(島)休我們都在線上相見 一起打LOL(雖然他開始撿不到兵了XD) 還可以視訊 雖然很噴錢 但是看到他過得很好(痘痘少很多!)也有交到好朋友 我真的很開心 後來因為他會暈船的關係被抓到近一點的獅嶼 生活過的挺休閒的 我也放心不少 雖然手機訊號不是很好 我們也是一有時間就打電話分享生活大小事 以前都是我挖他起床到崩潰 現在換他當我的鬧鐘了 島休沒有網咖可以打 他就念念書活化腦神經 站站哨 打打球(還要打來炫耀自己多強!) 要等到一月才能第一次返台 但是現在想一想 還滿慶幸他抽到外島的 如果他抽到本島的話可能沒有辦法有這麼多時間和我講電話 週休二日要來北部找我還要回家陪家人 舟車勞頓又花錢 因為要好久好久才能見一次面 每一次放假 都是熱戀期的重新整理 每天一絲一絲累積的思念 讓我們珍惜彼此更多 當然生活不順遂的時候也常常會有"如果他能在我身邊就好了"的想法 但是如果連這短短的十一個月都熬不過去 不只這樣的愛情太薄弱了 自己也太不成熟了 如果原PO是值得等待的人 你女朋友也一定會陪著你走過這段必經之路 祝福你們。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.225.126
