【王文傑／花蓮報導】鳳林鎮今在客家特色館成立自行車不老騎士驛站，還請來10名阿公、阿嬤扮裝演出行動劇，傳達該驛站不僅提供茶水、打氣服務，還有衛生局人員為騎士量血壓、就醫掛號。鎮長彭宗乾說：「蒐集長壽集氣戳章還能抽獎，12月底抽出共兩萬元禮券」。

彭宗乾說，鳳林鎮12000多鎮民，65歲以上老人就有4000多人，百歲人瑞有5人，是全國前5名的長壽鄉鎮；全鎮現有12所自行車驛站，即日起至12月15日止，民眾只要到其中一家驛站蓋好戳章就能參加抽獎。

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】于美人的母親指控女婿James(王維倫)今年5月間，帶不明人士至家中拿東西，令她心生恐懼，因此聲請家暴保護令，上月25日台北地院新店家事法庭進行最後一次開庭後，昨天結果出爐，于母聲請保護令遭駁回。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，于母聲請家暴保護令遭駁回，對此James說：「感謝法官伸張正義」，于美人則表示尚未接到通知，若真駁回保護令的聲請，會和媽媽討論後續。

【蔡裕隆／綜合報導】開季3連勝的火箭，今天作客快艇踢到鐵板，守不住保羅(Chris Paul)穿針引線送出NBA本季單場最高17助攻，另添23分，以118比137吞敗，開季3連勝氣勢遭挫，無緣挑戰自1996-97年球季開季6連勝以來最佳的連勝紀錄。
 
NBA台裔之星林書豪，此役雖拿下14分、8助攻與2籃板，開季連4場得分都達2位數，且助攻創本季個人新高，但是難以和保羅抗衡，陷入5犯犯規麻煩，加上一哥「大鬍子」哈登(James Harden)熄火，16投6中，僅拿下15分，「魔獸」霍華(Dwight Howard)也陷4犯犯規麻煩，僅有13分與9籃板進帳，更無助火箭扳回一路落後的劣勢。
 
快艇開季平均得分113分，名列NBA第1，此役首節轟42分，半場78分，全137分都寫下本季新高，全場7人得分達2位數，射手瑞迪克(J.J. Redick)攻下兩隊最高26分。

我在服務學習的單位接觸到和安全消費相關的資訊 平常比較不會接觸到，所以分享給大家> http://www.bsmi.gov.tw/wSite/ct?xItem=45531&ctNode=1510&mp=1 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 【標準檢驗局發布「吹風機」市場購樣檢驗結果，提供民眾選購及使用注意事項】 吹風機已成為家庭或美髮店中必備的電器用品， 除了可以吹乾頭髮及具備護髮功能外， 還可以依個人的喜好搭配不同的風罩簡單的整理出自己喜愛的髮型，方便且實用。 經濟部標準檢驗局特別針對市售吹風機隨機購樣10種品牌，計10件樣品， 採樣品牌含達新、飛利浦、歌林、VS等 採樣產品如圖：http://ppt.cc/r94X 檢驗項目包括溫升試驗、洩漏電流及絕緣耐電壓、電磁干擾、構造檢查、防電擊之保護、 低頻磁場、重要零組件比對及標示檢查等8項。 其中「電磁干擾」測試不符部分易對吹風機週邊電子設備造成干擾， 使產生誤動作而造成危害。 檢驗結果3件樣品不符合規定， 檢驗項目中「電磁干擾」有1件不符合(編號8)； 「重要零組件比對」有3件不符合(編號4、8、10)； 「標示檢查」有1件不符合(編號8)。 ※檢驗結果彙整表：http://ppt.cc/52XB 標準檢驗局呼籲，吹風機已列屬應施檢驗範圍， 進口或國內產製之吹風機商品未符合檢驗規定者，不得進口或出廠陳列銷售。 民眾選購及使用吹風機商品時， 應注意是否貼有「商品安全標章」， http://ppt.cc/SowM http://ppt.cc/F3K4 並檢視廠商名稱及地址、電器規格（如：電壓、消耗功率）及型號等各項標示是否清楚， 如對商品是否經過檢驗合格有疑問時，可洽該局詢問（免付費服務電話 0800-007-123）， 使用時並須特別注意下列事項： 1.詳細閱讀產品使用說明書，特別是有關警告、注意事項， 並確實按照說明書內容使用，以確保使用吹風機之安全。 2.請勿在潮濕的環境（例如浴室）使用吹風機，以避免發生電擊或觸電危險。 3.避免長時間使用吹風機， 使用時與頭髮應保持10至15公分的距離， 以免溫度過高傷害髮質或造成燙傷。 4.保持吹風機進/出風口之空氣流通， 避免因堵塞風口，造成機身散熱不良，導致過熱或損壞。 5.定期清潔進風口濾網上累積的棉絮或頭髮， 避免吹風機因進氣不順造成過熱， 或因棉絮、頭髮被吸入可能引起燃燒的危險， 也可維持吹風機的使用壽命。 6.孩童、行動遲緩及身心功能障礙者， 建議有人在旁指導及負責安全下使用， 以免發生燙傷等危險。 7.請勿將吹風機用來烘乾棉被、床單或衣物等不當使用方式， 以避免機體過熱發生燃燒的危險。 8.使用前，應先檢視吹風機外觀是否完好， 如發現電源線及插頭有破損或鬆弛時，切勿使用； 使用完畢後，應將插頭拔離電源插座， 並勿將電線過度纏綁，以免造成電線破損，進而發生短路或觸電的危險。 9.定期依使用說明書之保養方法清潔，以免影響吹風機功能， 清潔保養時，應確實依照使用說明及注意事項， 先將電源插頭拔離插座，並防止水滲入吹風機內部，以避免電擊危險。 10.隨時注意吹風機狀況， 若有故障現象發生，應立即停止使用並聯絡廠商指定之維修站辦理檢修， 切勿自行更換零件或拆解修理， 並應注意定期保養，以確保使用安全。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.2.106 ※ 編輯: s880162tina 來自: 118.168.2.106 (11/04 11:22)

【林海／台北報導】近來頻頻爆發食安問題，王品旗下原燒餐廳日前也爆出進口牛肉含有瘦肉精事件，王品董事長戴勝益表示，已經立即退貨處理，王品有責任替消費者健康與安全把關，不會說自己是受害者。
 
戴勝益表示，當初從美福進口牛肉，都有檢疫證明書，因此當初驗出瘦肉精，王品與美福都非常驚訝。他同時也表示，當初在上市時所說，「王品上市，社會責任，國民健康，永保第一」這個信年沒有任何搖擺與動搖，「王品一直是一個優秀餐飲模範生，有責任替消費者安全與健康把關，今後會更努力在油品、肉品、蔬菜上，做好把關工作。」
 
戴勝益更強調，在事件中，「不能說自己是受害者，王品必須要對客人負責人，客人是信任王品，所以必須把自己事情做好，不能把責任推給別人。」他也說，王品並不做熱炒，大部分的橄欖油是西班牙直接進口來的，品質沒問題，「國內油品也是希望做好，讓事件趕快平息，消費者可以安心。」
 
「此次油品風波，我跟消費者一樣擔心，因為要替消費者把關，因此很快就清查，王品沒有採購任何此次味全下架油品。」戴勝益出，因為採購量很大，除了最大宗從西班牙進口的橄欖油之外，在國內買油，除了要求品質，更要附檢驗證明，這是把關的第一個動作。
 
對於瘦肉精事件爆發後，原燒營收是否有受影響，戴勝益則說，頭一兩天的生意有影響，但是第3天之後就恢復正常，也感謝消費者對我們的支持。

【簡志偉／嘉義報導】日前參加社會福利部全國社區評鑑榮獲優等的上林社區，今天舉行環保淨溪活動，並成立上林水環境及水源巡守隊，負責三疊溪及周邊支流沿岸環境整潔，社區居民共有100多人參加。

鎮長黃貞瑜說，淨溪範圍從上林里麻園寮橋到頂員林埤沿岸，針對散佈於河川附近及遊憩區域垃圾、河川漂流物及釣魚廢棄物等髒亂處進行清除，希望經由志工的力量，將大林河川淨化成一個清潔無垃圾環境，也提供民眾假日休閒好去處。

【林慧娟／綜合報導】38歲的美國女星茱兒芭莉摩（Drew Barrymore）上周六在洛杉磯跑趴，微凸的小腹引發懷孕傳聞，她昨透過發言人向美國娛樂新聞《E！ 》證實自己懷了第2胎。
 
茱兒去年6月梅開3度，「帶球」下嫁小4歲的藝術顧問威爾科普曼，小倆口去年9月迎接愛女奧莉芙（Olive）出世。她前陣子受訪表示：「我是獨生女，有些人喜歡獨生子女，但我想趕快幫奧莉芙生個弟弟或妹妹作伴。」她說到做到，奧莉芙才13個月大，她立馬「做人」成功，但未透露預產期。

立委何欣純上午在立院指控故宮科長張淑惠，在民間刊物博物館65期發表文章時，涉嫌抄襲故宮網站資料；主秘陳煌信擔任台灣文創平台基金會董事，該基金會卻承包相關文創業務9件，違反公務員服務法，要求懲處。故宮院長馮明珠表示，將追究張淑惠責任，並要求陳煌信退出基金會。

何欣純質詢時出示一本中華民國博物館學會今年9月出版的博物館刊物65期，表示雜誌中一篇由張淑惠署名寫的「形塑典藏新活力，創造故宮新價值」文章，文中有四段與故宮網站刊載的資訊完全一樣，由於故宮網站載明故宮所有文章皆有版權，未經授權任意轉載皆應負法律責任。

何欣純另指出，故宮主任秘書陳煌信擔任民間的台灣文創平台基金會的董事，該基金會從2011年起，承攬了文化部及相關文創產業的活動、研究計畫及採購案共9件，幾乎是把文創業招標案全包，其中雖然並無故宮採購案，但陳煌信以公務員身分擔任基金會董事瓜田李下，已引起許多文化界人士不滿，甚至有人在臉書公開檢舉。

馮明珠表示，對張淑惠涉嫌抄襲故宮文章一事，將深入調查，並研商是否懲處，並要求陳煌信退出台灣文創平台基金會董事會。

陳煌信則表示，他是在兩年前受聘擔任基金會董事，當時並未在故宮任職，後來到故宮擔任主秘，因「疏忽」未向院長報告，他將遵守規定退出董事會。
