【胡治言／綜合報導】一段名為《職業生涯最短的載客里程》影片最近在Youtube上，引發網友熱烈討論。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，一名搭高鐵要到高雄的男子，不知何故提早在台中烏日站下車，渾然不覺地搭上一輛計程車，叫運將開到「鳳山的青年路二段」。運將不解回答：「這裡是台中ㄋㄟ！」司機事後將這段行車記錄器畫面po上Youtube，由於兩人對話相當搞笑，短短2天吸引超過15萬人次瀏覽。

不少網友對乘客的遭遇表示同情，有網友留言：「這種還收錢，果然年輕人，缺錢缺很大。」一名黃姓計程車司機則認為，排班經常一等就是半小時，「好不容易載到客人，跑不到100公尺就下車，浪費的時間成本當然要算錢。」

【賴又嘉／台北報導】台北地檢署查出達人診所涉僱密醫為病患穴位埋線塑身，另使用未經核准的幹細胞、肉毒桿菌等醫美產品，昨發現案發前出境的負責人林品如返台，立刻約談到案，訊後認定她涉犯《醫師法》、《藥事法》罪嫌重大，且有串證、逃亡之虞，向法院聲請羈押。

檢調發現，曾找藝人吳宗憲、羅霈穎、侯昌明夫婦等人推薦宣傳醫美療效的達人診所，涉找無醫師資格的胡煥昌為病患進行穴位埋線塑身，另從韓國購買未經核准的肉毒桿菌等醫美產品，用於療程，上月搜索約談林女前夫孫偉中到案，孫推稱公司業務由林女掌管，胡煥昌也是林女找來。

林女應訊坦承公司重要事由她管理，但對進口未經核准藥物部分供詞避重就輕，檢方認為她涉嫌重大，且在檢方上月發動搜索約談後近一個月才返台，疑有逃亡、串證之虞。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】根據美國CNN快訊報導，紐澤西州一處商場目前有槍手闖入，目前有消息指出，案件發生在當地時間周一晚間9點多，商場快要打烊前，槍手疑似在商場2樓開槍，初步估計有8槍。

目前並未傳出人員傷亡消息。另外有逃出的員工指出，有一名槍手身穿黑色盔甲，手持非常大的槍，並聽到6~7聲巨大槍聲。目前警方已封鎖現場，仍在進行調查和緝凶當中，也不知是一名或多名槍手犯案。

【王郁倫╱台北報導】宏碁（2353）第3季財報大虧131.2億元，董事長王振堂昨日一肩扛起責任：「虧損當然要下台！」他將於明年6月卸下董事長，並於明年1月1日將執行長重任交給總經理翁建仁，在完全交棒前，會推動「打消、重整、變革」，為此宏碁除提列百億元資產減損，並將提列1.5億美元費用（45億元台幣），由創辦人施振榮回鍋任立變革委員會召集人，展開新事業布局。

另為進一步支援變革之新發展需要，亦於董事會通過辦理1.36億股之現金增資，約佔總股本4.8%。

翁建仁接執行長位置

宏碁高層人士大地震，王振堂為第3季財報虧損負責，昨向董事會請辭董事長及執行長職務，將於明年1月先將執行長交棒翁建仁，並於6月任期屆滿交棒董事長職務，並展開重整及變革計劃。
而對外界盛傳的購併傳言，王振堂重申：「機率不大，做品牌的人都很固執。」
王振堂表示，期望交棒後新團隊可帶動營運轉虧為盈，為此將在交棒前進行大刀闊斧的打消動作。
王振堂說，此次資產減損就是1次性打消，而重整則將於本季舉行，除提列1.5億美元費用，並將全球裁員7%，預計相關影響人數達500~600人，這也意味宏碁第4季仍將虧損。
宏碁第3季營收921.46億元，雖季增3.1%，但比去年同期衰退11.8%，營業淨損25.7億元，在意外提列99.43億元資產減損下，稅後淨損131.2億元，每股淨損4.82元，雖宏碁強調無形資產減損是會計處理，不影響營運及現金支出，但先前王振堂多次喊出並無資產減損計劃，此次大筆提列損失，讓法人跌破眼鏡。

前3季每股虧4.76元

宏碁前3季合併營收2734.96億元，年減16.6%，營業淨損31.54億元，稅後虧損129.49億元，每股淨損4.76元，資產減損後每股淨值23.1元。
宏碁表示，第3季營運虧損主要是因應新品上市規劃，清理舊機種庫存，影響產品毛利，另外，因為eMachine品牌消費者集體求償訴訟案，也認列1次性費用，導致費用增加。
無形資產減損則包括商標權及商譽，總損失達99.43億元，損失包括捷威、佰德跟方正品牌，另外倚天跟iGware也有部分損失。

不再促銷低毛利機種

展望第4季，宏碁表示將不會促銷捷威跟佰德的低毛利率機種，故預估筆電跟平板總出貨量將季減10%，毛利率則會比上季改善。
翁建仁表示，未來2個月內，將專注把運作團隊建立起來，確保在王振堂交棒前，努力安排做好進攻計劃，並與變革委員會，在既有事業及商業契機上重新啟動，期望2014年不只是變革先兆，並在ICT產業上有新模式。

【黃楷棟、黃仲瑜／新北報導】新北市土城區立德路1處大樓，昨晚間9時許，28歲的李男爬到15樓外遮雨棚，住戶聽到聲響發現立即勸導他，但該名男子不聽又從15樓遮雨棚爬到14樓遮雨棚。警消獲報立即到場架設氣墊，但該名男竟在氣墊還未充飽氣前，從14樓處跳下，男子墜落時撞到1樓的遮雨棚後，再掉到地面上，當場失去生命跡象，救護人員趕緊將他送往板橋亞東急救，但已回天乏術，警方目前正在釐清李男跳樓原因。

【楊適群╱高雄報導】批踢踢（ptt）八卦版昨日出現一條「[爆掛]高雄小港連環姦殺婦女殺手案」的文章，內容直指小港地區有婦人遭姦殺肢解，甚至附上一段連結youtube的「連環姦殺婦女殺手案」影片，指控警方、社會局和小港醫院等單位是共謀犯罪集團。
 
有網友看了直呼：「哇靠！這麼驚悚的案件也能被吃下壓下來？」但也有網友認為，「如果你造謠，危言聳聽，可是要付法律代價的喔」。小港警方得知上網留言告知：「若有冤屈，檢具相關事證向檢警檢舉。若在網路散佈不實毀謗侮辱公署恐觸法」，盼當事人自行移除影片。
 
小港警方表示，今年初一名陳姓女子（40歲）全身赤裸抱著2歲大的兒子在街上遊蕩，並聲稱遭人強姦砍傷。警方當時將母子送醫後，發現陳女有精神問題，於是安置男童後將陳女轉送凱旋醫院。
 
警方事後調查陳女指控的遭人砍傷案，發現並無歹徒尾隨甚至傷害陳女，只查出陳女裸體抱著男童走在路上，且神情從容，並沒有遭人追殺的情況。警方猜測，陳女疑對警方有不滿意見，遂散佈不實影片。若影片造成外界對公務單位觀感不佳，且當事人不自行下架，不排除將約談當事人，以侮辱公署罪嫌究辦。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】雖然國際「禁用化武組織」(OPCW)上周聲明，敘利亞境內23處化武生產工廠已經順利在本月1日前全面廢廠，並將陸續開始銷毀敘國境內的化學原料與武器，今天(4日)卻傳出，土耳其與敘利亞交界處的海關，攔截了3輛載有大量硫磺與不明化學藥品的車輛企圖非法入境土耳其。

土耳其軍方上周六(2日)發現這3輛卡車，企圖攔查遭到抵抗，軍方直接開槍打穿這3輛車的輪胎，司機見狀立刻棄車，逃回敘利亞境內，但有1人遭到逮捕。目前土耳其方面正在檢測車上搭載的化學物質，是否可以用來製造化學武器。

【林奐成╱綜合外電報導】一艘載著70名緬甸少數民族洛興雅族人（Rohingya）的船隻，今天在緬甸西海岸翻覆，目前僅有8名倖存者被救起，其他乘客恐罹難。
 
美聯社報導，人道組織「反飢餓行動」（Action Against Hunger）表示，這艘木造船隻在孟加拉灣附近翻覆，當時正開往孟加拉共和國。船上有70名洛興雅族人，包括多名婦女與孩童，於出發後4小時不慎翻覆。
