高雄市衛生局長何啟功11日說，食品安全亮紅燈的品牌消費者已經沒有信心，不會再購買其他產品，再大動作要求下架的意義不大。高市11日起針對所有取得GMP與CNS認證的廠家進行全面查驗，看是否依照流程進行，捉出混水摸魚的業者，確保消費者權益。

何啟功表示，公務員依法行政，要求未出問題的食品下架於法無據，而且可能導致通路商受波及，事情反而複雜化，高雄市初步不會這麼做。

何啟功指出，現在最大的問題是GMP已經破功，擴大來說CNS也可能潛藏危機，問題不在GMP的流程，而是廠商蒙混過關不依照流程維護食品安全，所以他11日下令針對所有獲得GMP與CNS的廠商做全面性清查，若查到沒照既有程序做的廠商，則施以嚴重的罰責，藉以確保民眾食的安全。

其實很想把我的標題改成好雷啦 我給予這部片正面評價 語言總是有缺陷不完備的， 說的多或是說的少或是陳腔濫調總是沒個完滿。 畫面會說話， 如果沒放在旁白台詞裏就是沒說到， 是否一開始就貶低了觀眾的感受力，稍嫌過於傲慢呢? 電影一開場神聖的山靈鏡頭， 讓我瞬間百感交集而化為淚水， 即可說明了一切， 但畢竟是電影，還是得有一些旁白台詞， 後面旁白的解說對我來說都是多的， 僅是起一個拋磚引玉的作用， 提了一些大家比較耳熟能詳的環境問題， 激發觀眾去了解去思考去自己找答案。 有人嫌導演的旁白不夠周全，很多議題沒提到， 我是覺得導演花了很多力氣拍到這些畫面， 導演已經讓大自然自己傳達訊息出來了， 而很多人也接受到了， 大自然的力量比那些話語強多了， 感受到了大自然受到的痛， 感受到其實我們是跟環境連結在一起的一個整體， 而不是被經濟成長搞得被迫遠離自然是有弊無益的感覺。 只要能讓許多人再度正視這樣的念頭， 後面個人要怎麼做怎麼行動， 方法有千千百百種，真的只能靠每個人在能力範圍內各自努力了， 導演成功做到了讓絕大多數人對自己土地起了共同的感動的情感， 願意分享感動一個拉一個看，這才是核心價值， 如果因認為不夠周全而全盤否定， 但又甚麼叫周全， 這又跟每個人的價值觀跟生長環境而產生的認知不同， 我覺得光是看到玉山山脈跟台灣美麗的海岸線， 我就已經覺得很偉大周全可以狂流淚了啊， 自然產生對環境感到敬畏跟羞愧的心情。 台灣母親一直用它的美來療癒這土地上的人，不求回報的， 看到一幕幕山林以及雲霧繚繞的美景， 解釋甚麼都是多餘的， 而有些東西真的不是都需要語言去表達。 現在資訊那麼發達，各種議題隨便查查找的到資料， 並不是非得透過電影才能讓人家知道有這些事， 認為影片沒提到大家就不知道? 對於有這種想法， 我只能回應一句電影裏的旁白， 我們看不見或許是因為站的不夠高。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.198.237

個人使用感覺是 各家都有衝到的時候和換過還是衝的狀況 主要用威金創十，勝黑U很少用 如果換過還是衝，再拿去換時，務必要跟店員說要"換不同顆粒的" 通常同批給你換地都是同樣顆粒，那樣衝突時一換再換三換甚至朋友四換還是衝.... 換個不同顆粒(尤其是換顆粒廠商，例如從Micron換成Samsung這樣) 往往就不會衝突了... 以前創直營店還可以指定要換的顆粒是哪個廠商的(要付費)，現在就不清楚了... 威台中直營點我問過，店員說沒這服務，只能說要換不同廠商顆粒而已。 金十沒問過...(沒有去直營點) 金顆粒分的等級很清楚，個人用過的金一般等級要超都很難超。 威和十挑對時間和顆粒，一般等級的RAM模組就可以超很大.... 正創之前小超還OK，沒有威和十挑對顆粒可以超很大。 J就...我還沒碰過能超成功的 -- 心沒有大小 也沒有形狀 看不出形體 更秤不出重量 但 它確實會受傷 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.126.254.63

【吳貞儀／綜合外電報導】海燕颱風重創菲律賓後，10日先橫掃中國海南島，11日續侵襲越南和中國廣西省，日本氣象廳表示，海燕颱風11日晚8時已減弱為熱帶性低氣壓。

海燕中11日清晨在越南東北部廣寧省登陸，威力雖大幅減弱，仍挾帶時速120公里強風和暴雨狂掃越南北部和東北部，著名觀光景點下龍灣也受影響。儘管逾65萬人已事先撤離，但仍造成至少10死，北部重災區人員傷亡和財產損失狀況仍不詳。在廣西則至少造成1死，近3萬人受災，經濟損失約3444萬元台幣。

海燕10日在中國海南省也造成嚴重災情，全省共6死，海南省約205萬人受災，經濟損失約239億元台幣。

不過，努力改變自己的她，仍繼續被酸民吐槽，加上先前她眼睛發炎，腫得跟核桃一樣，之後po了一張痊癒照依舊有褒有貶，她今天傍晚罕見在臉書上怒道：「胖了你說我肥，瘦了你說我變的不可愛，眼睛腫了你說我活該，消腫了你就說我整容，是想鬧怎樣？親愛的，不好意思沒辦法迎合所有人的喜好，只能努力成為更好的自己。」文章一出後，馬上獲得1萬3千名網友按「讚」支持，粉絲紛紛打氣「妳是最可愛的女神」、「妍希加油！做自己就好」、「別被釣到(激怒)了」等。其實陳妍希瘦身成果有目共睹，現在只需好好拍戲，到時演出獲得更大肯定，網友自然無處嫌了。

【大紀元2013年11月12日訊】(大紀元記者李真香港報道）中共三中全會召開之際，中國局勢異常敏感，官媒噤聲，中共高層激烈搏擊。而在香港，一場電視發牌風波，引發特首梁振英陣營大分裂，令港府陷入史無前例的管治危機之中。香港行政會議召集人林煥光一句要梁振英「深刻檢討」，更令梁振英班子的分崩白熱化，成為各方關注的焦點。

目前梁振英班子已基本無人為梁振英政策護航，過往力撐政府政策的政務司司長林鄭月娥，連日來亦未有開腔回應行會決定，又缺席立法會審議以特權法查港視真相；財政司長曾俊華被追問港視風波時，則拋出一句「我老闆已回應了」，很明顯將責任推向梁振英，而一直和特首梁振英不咬弦的香港立法會主席曾鈺成，也直指梁振英應該考慮再發牌。

香港民主黨創黨主席李柱銘曾說過，有報道稱中共因面子問題，而不打算實行撤換特首的B計劃，但為免梁振英再添亂局，故會進行C計劃——架空梁振英。

甚至連親共建制派都不妥梁振英 施政舉步維艱

香港公務員出身的行政會議召集人林煥光，前日不惜違行政會議集體負責制，要梁振英深切反省，引起各界關注。被問到有意見認為他應該辭職，林煥光昨日解釋，擔任公職應該有長遠視野，就今次事件他希望政府可以做得更好，而並非個人去留問題，至於決策過程中有無提反對意見，林煥光以行會保密制為理由，並無披露。

梁振英回應林煥光有關言論，宣稱林煥光已就他的講法澄清，是指檢討審批發牌過程，並非檢討發牌決定，又稱發牌決定是根據一直以來的制度和法例要求。

對於林煥光突然倒戈，香港浸會大學政治及國際關係學系助理教授黃偉國認為不奇怪，因為梁振英當初上台時，已經有香港親中建制派擺明不妥梁振英，「梁振英破壞香港的制度，破壞香港恒久以來的管治，林煥光都算是有勇氣講真話。」他預期未來梁班子管治備受影響，「施政方面，無認受性、無公眾支持、無合法性。」

香港人民力量立法會議員陳偉業則說，預計三中全會後會，北京會更換梁振英。因為民怨太大，梁振英舉步維艱。「對於香港政治有認識、有經驗的人，關心香港前途的人，要求更換特首是一個普遍的現象。」

梁上台以來最大政治危機

時事評論員蔡詠梅指，香港電視風波是梁振英上台以來最大的危機。而早前立法會審議特權法查港視發牌真相，建制派一面倒罵政府，清楚說明民意的走向，最後要中聯辦公開出面拉票才擺平。

今次事件，擺明梁振英只是一個北京的傀儡，已經無法統率建制派，「我看到他的任何決策反對聲音都很大，他這種有爭議的執政，一直要維持他下台。」未來港人不光是面對梁振英，而是幕後中共政權。

黨媒批港人 引更大反彈

中共官方喉舌《人民日報》海外版昨日又發表署名文章，稱香港不能亂，再次向早前去台灣訪問的民主派扣上台獨的帽子。

蔡詠梅批評，北京對香港的態度非常強硬， 只會引起港人更大的反彈。「現在已經赤裸裸地不要兩制，把香港變成中國的一個省，香港的政局會和中國的政局密切相關。現在中國一波又一波的高壓，香港也是在火山口上。」

【王郁倫／台北報導】看好手機、平板、筆電產品客戶對複合材質需求加溫，盟友仁寶（2324）購併華寶，巨騰（9136）樂觀估2014年複合材料訂單將倍數成長，帶動2014年複合材料營收佔比站上10%，拉抬毛利率走升。
 
巨騰今年筆電營收佔比約75%，平板預估佔10~15%，手機訂單下半年新投產，營收佔比不到5%，目前營收貢獻還不明，不過，明年上半隨新手機客戶增加，客戶對採用複合材料意願大增，產品將多元化。
 
巨騰與仁寶合資巨寶機殼廠，巨騰持有近6成巨寶股權，巨寶主要生產鋁鎂機殼及小塑膠件，隨仁寶購併華寶後，集團整合效益顯現，巨騰也有機會以複合材料生產技術打入華寶供應鏈。
 
今年下半巨騰金屬機殼出貨比例拉高，加上複合材料營收佔比拉高，下半年毛利率將優於上半年。今年巨騰複合材料營收佔比5~6%，發言人黃正斌表示，明年複合材料業績樂觀成長一倍。
 
巨騰表示，碳纖本身生產流程難度高，目前以標準化產品為主，複合材料下半年獲得大突破，毛利率表現高於一體成型機殼，看好手機跟平板等小型裝置在複合材料上的採用需求。

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】偷情網站「Victoria Milan」，調查站內6千名會員發現，45%的人會因另一半比起自己更關注手機或是平板電腦而外遇，或者已經有外遇，其中年紀30到50歲的女性最容易感到另一半更在乎手機。

受訪者表示在另一半心中，自己的地位不如手機的話，的確會增加外遇機會，像是吃飯時玩手機，看電影不時看手機，聊天時也是機不離身，甚至做愛後馬上拿起手機等，都是讓另一半感到被冷落的行為。

不過有趣的是，66%的人也表示如果沒有手機或電腦等科技輔助，特別是網路，他們根本不可能外遇。
