超級颱風海燕在菲律賓造成重大死傷災害，國際大力救援，然而因災情過於慘重，派送救援物資面臨巨大挑戰，在風暴過境5天後，重災區塔克羅班市仍極少人獲得協助。

美聯社報導，菲律賓政府和世界各國送來藥品、水和食物，堆滿卡車、飛機和渡輪，但在布滿瓦礫碎片和屍體的災區塔克羅班（Tacloban），很少人見到這些物資。

無國界醫生組織一支備有醫藥補給的15人小組，9日在海燕侵襲菲律賓隔天便抵達宿霧島（Cebu），等待航班進入塔克羅班，直到今天還無法前進最需要幫忙的地方。

小組發言人說，很難說什麼時候可以前去。他說：「我們與當局保持聯繫，但是塔克羅班機場只供菲律賓軍方使用。」

到塔克羅班機場即可看出問題何在。有數以千計的災民期待救援，露宿在機場，一有飛機抵達便衝進停機坪，他們蜂擁衝過一道破損的鐵欄杆，只有幾名軍警試圖控制情況。至今僅百餘人得以登上飛機離開。

81歲的雅里斯東沒能登機離開塔克羅班，她說：「我們需要協助，然而什麼也看不到。我們自昨天下午起便沒吃東西。」她的衣服被雨水淋濕，臉上掛著淚。

美聯社一名記者今天開車穿越塔克羅班，行駛約7公里，看見40多具屍體。儘管大批救援物資已開始抵達機場，路上卻沒看到任何有組織發送食物、水或藥品的跡象。有一些人排隊等待由水管接水，據推測是來自城內供水。

上櫃自行車廠愛地雅(8933-TW)經董事會通過2013年1-3季財報稅後盈餘為1.16億元，每股稅後盈餘為0.83元，今天早盤愛地雅股價也出現3000張以上的攻擊量能，股價攻上16.75元的漲停價。

愛地雅董事會通過的2013年1-9月財報稅後盈餘1.16億元，勝過去年全年稅後盈餘9529萬元。

剛推出貓頭鷹任務的時候 我還蠻多玉米和超恐怖南瓜的 為了完成任務 我也拼命製作點心和餵貓頭鷹 漸漸的玉米和超恐怖南瓜也用完了 再拼命種 可是水常常不夠 只好等段時間井滿了再玩 重開以後 想說先種一下玉米吧! 再加一下肥料~ 採收的時候 挖勒 又一堆小貓頭鷹聞香而來 根本來不及製作點心 崩潰 Orz 我覺得一份點心消耗的南瓜和玉米數量太多了 貓頭鷹又太容易出現 根本來不及種~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.232.224.181

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市一所私立中學今天下午驚傳一名高三生開窗戶撿東西，從二樓摔落一樓受傷，讓正在上課的同學驚聲尖叫。校方立即呼叫119將學生送往台大醫院治療。該校學務主任說，這名學生下午在上課期間，因東西掉落，他開窗戶準備去撿，但不慎從二樓摔落到地面，造成腳扭傷送醫。只是正在上課的同學目擊嚇得驚聲災叫，老師發現當場衝下樓，並打電話叫１１９救人。消防局表示，救護車到場後，檢視孫生傷口，意識清楚，僅腳部有皮肉傷，將他送台大新竹分院治療，已無大礙。

由於有學生指出，該生疑因玩手機可能遭老師發現，堅持記過處份，向老師求情不成，才開窗戶跳樓受傷一事。該校予以嚴正否認，表示確有學生從二樓摔下受傷，但並非因學生玩手機遭老師發現記過，更沒有求情不成跳樓情節。
