標題[心得] butyshop超涵水保溼乳液

完整網誌版:http://blog.xuite.net/poox2262/blog/158646638 這瓶乳液我已經持續使用2~3年了吧！會覺得這個品牌不錯，主要是 朋友拿了半瓶給我使用，後來感受相當不錯，所以也就繼續購買butyshop品牌。 我本身屬於油性肌膚，其實出油是調節與保護皮膚的自我機制，油性肌膚的人 通常老化會比較慢(偷笑)；但在剛洗完澡或冬天時皮膚還是會呈現乾澀狀態， 所以在這個時候會需要比較稠狀的乳液產品來保溼與滋潤臉部皮膚； 一瓶150ml 的份量足夠我使用三~四個月，洗完澡與出門前都會各擦一次， 讓臉部可以有足夠保溼效果，乳液帶有淡淡的香味， 我以手部來示範乳液的效果；剛洗完澡時身體上的水份雖然未完全蒸發， 不過皮膚還是略顯乾燥。 這時候只要輕輕按壓瓶蓋，半壓擠出約1~2條的乳液，就足夠擦拭整個臉部了。 乳液雖然較為濃稠，但均勻地塗抹於皮膚上後則很快能被皮膚所吸收， 而且滋潤度可以持續約四個小時，如果是上班族中午吃完飯洗個臉可以再補擦一次。 目前未區分夏天與冬天所使用的乳液，不同季節都會以擠出的量來控制保溼度， 畢竟我是油性肌膚，過多反而覺得油膩、太少保溼度又不足；像自己約 四個小時後會以溼紙巾擦拭臉部，都還能明顯感受到乳液被我擦掉了(香氣)， 在外面的話我就不再擦第二次，臉部持續出油的情況再擦就會覺得更油了； 對於中性或乾性肌的朋友可能會覺得不太夠用，可以搭配保溼噴霧或 挑選保溼與滋潤度更強的乳液產品吧。 產品資訊 產品名稱：butyshop 超涵水保溼乳液 產品定價：NT$ 550元 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.116.219.221

【陳宏瑞／高雄報導】廢棄多時的岡山鋼鐵廠即將進行標售，除了廠區內數千噸脫硫渣處理問題引發關注外，廠區內的管理權問題也引發新舊管理業者的糾紛。管理該廠近4年的王姓業者今天下午派10多名「員工」準備進入廠區，卻遭到王姓債權人阻攔，警方獲報後派員前往處理蒐證，避免發生暴力衝突，雙方都宣稱擁有鋼鐵廠的處理權，互不相讓，最後雙方揚言相互提告後，不歡而散。
 
位於岡山台一線省道旁的岡山鋼鐵廠是一處廢棄廠房，廠區含廠房在內佔地約3萬2000坪，目前部分廠區轉成倉儲和遊覽車的停車場，也堆放脫硫渣，最近將進行標售。不過，廠區的管理權爭議最近卻悄悄上演，擁有地上權的王姓債權人最近發函，撤銷4年前委託的王姓業者管理權，另請江姓業者管理，不料卻引起王姓業者的反彈，認為這幾年都是他努力付出經營，怎可說解除委託就解除？
 
王姓業者今天下午帶領10多名「員工」進入廠區，江姓業者雖企圖阻擋，但仍不敵，通知王姓債權人到場，而警方也獲報，緊急派員到場蒐證戒備。雙方都搬出大批文件，指稱擁有處理權，警方表示，雙方有民事上的債權糾紛，應交由法院去解決，警方不會介入雙方的經營權之爭，由於警方在場，雙方也不敢輕舉妄動，最後各自悻悻然離去。

大環境不景氣，退休生活越來越沒有把握，國人出現「延退」現象，但一項調查顯示，3成的人害怕未來的退休生活，卻有超過4成的人尚未著手準備退休金，而且退休規劃的態度出現男性比女性樂觀，年輕人雖然準備少但卻想最早退休，以及軍警公教比一般上班族打算早退休等現象。

平均33歲起存退休金

財金智慧教育推廣協會進行「2013台灣退休趨勢大調查」，發現國人對退休金準備的意識高，但是行動力不足，有4成受訪者認為應該在25歲開始準備退休金，但是平均是在33歲才著手準備退休金，至於尚未準備退休金的受訪者，則打算45歲才開始準備。

行政院主計總處統計資料顯示，隨著社會高齡化，國人延後退休已成趨勢，去年國人平均退休年齡為57.3歲，但調查顯示，國人平均打算退休的年齡為61歲，較目前實際退休年齡延後4年。

值得注意的是，越年輕越想提早退休，且軍警公教是打算最早退休的族群。調查顯示55-59 歲族群希望64歲退休，是最勤奮工作的世代，30-34歲的人則平均希望59歲退休，是打算最早退休的一群，3成的軍警公教打算55歲就退休。

標題[請益] 醫生叫我不要保養..

a酸用完了 臉上還有些痘疤跟小痘痘和粉刺 想說給醫生看一下再拿藥 誰知醫生叫我吃消炎藥一個禮拜 要我一個禮拜都不要擦任何保養品 臉油了再用清水洗 再上痘痘藥 說一天洗幾次都沒關係 也不要擦防曬 不要化妝 以上我完全可以理解 剛洗完臉沒上保養品擦藥 覺得臉好乾 但醫生說要是這樣覺得臉乾就是臉皮膚有問題.. 一般都是覺得油...這是真的嗎?? 我以為沒有上保養品 臉覺得乾才是正常@@ 請問如果要出門大家會怎麼辦?? 不會要一直戴著口罩吧... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.117.39

【林錫淵／高雄報導】高市林園區1名林姓男子（23歲），涉嫌偷竊1名女子的iPad平板電腦，放在身邊玩遊戲，林園派出所在轄區1家電子遊藝場執行臨檢勤務時，見林男翹著二郎腿玩平板，很認真地用手指滑著螢幕，完全不知警察上門臨檢。

由於林男近年來因涉及多起竊案，常進出派出所，成為警局常客，加上1個多月前有女子報案iPad遭竊，警方懷疑沒工作又缺錢的林男怎可能突然擁有平板電腦，遂向前盤問，林男起初否認行竊，警方找來失竊平板的丁女，丁女帶著平板電腦序號與林男手中平板內建序號核對，竟完全一樣，林男才坦承行竊，全案依竊盜罪送辦。

【許敏溶／台北報導】台灣大學今年初受邀成為兩岸第一所加入國際頂尖數位教學平台「Coursera」的大學，8月底上線的「機率」、「秦始皇」等課程，至今皆有超過2萬名選課學生，台大電機系副教授葉丙成「機率」課程更加入線上遊戲的攻防過程，學生透過解出數學題目才能「占領地盤」，讓學生沈溺於學習，使用者更說：「媽媽不再擔心我的學習。」

「大規模網路開放課程（ＭＯＯＣ）」從去年起由國外大學推動，Coursera（coursera.org）為主要課程聯盟之一，共超過400萬名會員，包括史丹佛大學名校均開設課程。

身兼台大ＭＯＯＣ計畫執行長的葉丙成說，Coursera延續現有開放式課程資源分享的精神，全球各地學生都可免費上線學習，但發展出更多創意互動機制，學習評量多元化，例如他的課程開發出多人競技線上遊戲系統「PaGamO」，透過多人競技方式，提高學習樂趣與意願，學生雖然沈溺於「PaGamO」，但卻是要解開數學題目，有的學生在1個月內解開近200題數學題目，相當難得。

葉丙成說，台大將陸續有其他課程加入Coursera，包括中文系教授歐麗娟的「紅樓夢」、資工系教授林軒田「機器學習」、物理系教授朱士維「基礎光學」、土木系教授康仕仲「工程圖學」等。
