新北市彭姓計程車司機因經濟狀況不佳加上欠債，與罹患憂鬱症的陳姓妻子，將計程車開到深坑區王均寮的產業道路，在車內手牽手燒炭自殺。檢警晚間獲報趕往調查，車內未發現遺書。

一名登山客昨經過產業道路，發現計程車停在路旁，後座有兩人，以為對方在休息，不以為意。今天下午五點多，登山客發現車子仍停在原地，後座兩人一動也不動，趕緊報案。

警消獲報到場，彭男和妻子已死亡多時。54歲的彭男和50歲的陳女，當時坐在後座，頭靠在一起、手牽手，看似在睡覺。副駕駛座有火盆，車內未發現遺書。

死者家屬向警方表示，彭男有債務問題，陳女則長期罹患憂鬱症，兩夫妻感情很好，一直是彭男在照顧陳女，可能因照顧疲累，加上財務狀況不佳，相偕走上絕路。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】近來火紅的YouBike，有個「小小黃」的可愛暱稱，在台北市已成為捷運、公車之外的第3種重要公共交通工具，《壹週刊》整理出使用攻略，騎YouBike的省錢5招。

今日出版的《壹週刊》報導，騎YouBike最省錢的5個方法，第一招是與親朋好友一起借，一支手機可以登錄5張悠遊卡，等於一人可借5台車，半小時內免費；第二招借車別超過半小時，10月1日起改採累進費率，前半小時仍免費，前4小時每半小時10元，但4至8小時每半小時20元，8小時後每半小時40元；第三招提早下捷運，可省捷運票，連轉乘公車票前也能省下；第四招找滿車位的站點還車，可免費延長一小時；第五招還車後換一站再借。

【陳瑩欣／台北報導】開發金與台大商研所本學期開立創投講座，今日由開發工銀直接投資執行長周大任、創投公會祕書長蘇拾忠連袂出席，蘇拾忠表示，台灣的產業創新有3害：技術股課稅、天使基金投資環境欠佳、政府執行效率太慢等，呼籲政府盡快調整政策。
 
蘇拾忠說，我們對技術股課稅，是創新嚴重禍害；另外，台灣沒有「天使基金」，沒有人願做早期投資，因為美國天使投資人，投資1角，獲利成長百倍，對失敗容忍度高；但在台灣成功頂多3倍，高風險、低報酬的投資扼殺環境。周大任表示，台灣悶經濟，與投資環境陷入困境有關。
 
「取消股票面額10元制，但現在面額還是一樣的。」蘇拾忠指出，政府對目前的投資環境有什麼問題都知道、但是都不知道怎麼處理，無能到不知道怎麼辦，證所稅吵到現在，只懲罰了創業家。
 
蘇拾忠表示，早期台灣創投機制「霸氣十足」，因為投資抵減取消，創投不投資創業，愈來愈不像創投，清算比新設多、投資金額從2500億元腰斬至1200億元、創投家數也從250家滑落至190家，創投少了，創業家更顯辛苦。
 
對於創投跟創業家合作，就像男女搭訕，也像相親節目「非誠勿擾」一樣，創業家找創投，需要發揮一瞬間「電光石火」的機緣；評估創投事業，就像觀察對方可不可以繼續交往，在「友達以上，戀人未滿」階段，就要有「脫光光看」的本事，投資一個人，要花非常多的時間測測是怎麼回事。
 
蘇拾忠說：「創投是以離婚為前提和你交往的美女。」發誓永浴愛河，但絕不白頭偕老，而且離婚時一定要拿一筆贍養費。基本上創投公司唯利是圖，創業家與創投在交往前、中、後都可以劈腿另找金主與被投資對象，投資期限到，就獲利了結說再見。
