農委會包裝米抽樣結果延後公告，昨天農糧會副署長陳建斌更在記者會上自爆「上周看過公文，但長官太忙沒批」，今天在立法院經濟委員會成為質詢焦點。農委會主委陳保基表示已問過陳建斌，陳指自己是「口誤」，不曉得公文已回到承辦人手中，已要求農農糧署處理公文更嚴謹、掌握時效。

綠委林岱樺質疑，「什麼叫做已經回到承辦人手上？」林指，這表示公文「曾經到主管桌上」，「長官已經看過了，但未公布、你縱容一個多月。」陳保基連忙說「不是我啦」並指表示，公文還有疑問才退回承辦人。

明明都是鮮乳，為什麼喝起來味道不同？一般進入市面上的牛乳須經過酪農場、鮮乳工廠與國產乳標章等3道把關，品質嚴格控管。而鮮乳工廠的殺菌方法會讓鮮乳風味產生差異，營養成份也不同。其中常見的超高溫滅菌法喝起來風味香濃，但營養成份較低，故國內廠商多採用此種殺菌法，再添加維生素、寡糖等，以維持鮮乳營養程度。

鮮乳把關嚴格

每瓶市售鮮乳在放到市場上銷售前都得經過三層把關，第一層是在酪農廠，若有乳牛生病或受傷時，必需隔離並接受藥物治療，而藥效作用期間所產出的牛乳都必須銷毀，待用藥安全期結束後，酪農自行檢測生乳是否有藥物殘留，確定無虞後才能使用。

第二道把關則是送到鮮乳工廠，生乳在酪農場擠出會立刻送入冷凍槽，規模較小的酪農廠會將當天收集到的生乳送至各大品牌鮮乳工廠。而在工廠將各家生乳集中前會再次抽檢，確定無藥物殘留後再進行高溫殺菌、加工和包裝。第三層則是國產鮮乳標章，用以防偽和管控。消費者可透過標章上的代號分辨夏期品（4-11月乳品）和冬期品（12-3月）。

殺菌方式影響風味

花蓮縣政府農業處指出，我國所採用的殺菌方法有三種，分別為「低溫長時間殺菌法」、「高溫短時間殺菌法」以及「超高溫滅菌法」。市面所販售得鮮乳多採超高溫滅菌法，但業者常誇大宣稱以「低溫殺菌」，其實與生乳殺菌法理定義不符。

殺菌方式對牛奶最大的影響在於牛奶風味，攝氏120度以上的超高溫瞬間殺菌法較有奶香；65度的長時間殺菌法喝起來比較接近原味。而牛奶在加熱的過程中大約有10%的維生素B群和25%的維生素C流失，加熱溫度越高，營養損失也就越多。

故相較於「超高溫滅菌法」，「低溫長時間殺菌法」和「高溫短時間殺菌法」保留較多生乳中的免疫球蛋白、乳鐵蛋白、維生素與原始牛乳風味。然而多數的乳品廠商皆採用超高溫滅菌法，再另外添加定量的維生素、寡糖等營養成份，讓鮮乳喝起來香濃，也保留營養。

【黃彥傑／台北報導】台北市台北橋上今天下午1時許，1名男子突然從橋上一躍而下，旁邊機車騎士親眼目睹，趕緊跑到橋邊，發現男子在水面上載浮載沉，便跑下岸邊涉水將男子拉回岸邊，並通報警消。

救護人員到場合力將男子拉上岸來，並對男子實施心肺復甦術後送醫急救。救人的李先生說，當時看到他時已經準備往下跳，要制止已經來不及。所以趕緊跑下橋，發現還在水面上，趕緊把他拉回岸邊。至於跳水男子身分及動機，警方將進一步調查。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】許多愛美女性就算穿上高跟鞋走路會腳痛，她們也會忍住痛苦。而美國紐約的21歲女子瑟拉諾(Mariah Serrano) 為了能穿上高跟鞋，不惜鋸掉小腿。

瑟拉諾天生左腳畸形，16歲參加高中舞會，即使穿上漂亮的晚裝，卻因腳的缺陷要穿上運動鞋。對其他女同學能穿高跟鞋出席，羡慕又妒忌。瑟拉諾曾經歷過5次足部手術，但最後的結果都無法讓她順利穿上高跟鞋。醫生告訴她，若想穿高跟鞋，唯一方法就是截肢。

這時瑟拉諾看到有田徑運動員穿上經過設計師設計的義肢，讓她感覺很美，因此決定截肢。手術後的痛苦，曾讓瑟拉諾一度後悔，不過截肢後瑟拉諾確實可以穿上高跟鞋，讓她從痛苦轉為興奮。

現在瑟拉諾成為時裝店的社交媒體經理，她坦言有時仍不習慣失去左腳，起床時甚至會滾下床，但瑟拉諾卻滿意裝上義肢後，讓她能穿上所有類型的鞋，追求夢想生活，她家裡還有10雙高跟鞋。

【楊適群╱高雄報導】高市一名曾做過暴力討債、現被通緝還販毒的謝姓男子（38歲，毒品、槍砲、竊盜等前科），去年初曾幫一名白姓女子（42歲，重利前科）追討一筆150萬元的債務。白女事後覺得謝男有「男子氣概」，不顧「女大男小」姊弟戀，兩人決定交往並於去年九月登記結婚。謝男婚後將販毒生意交給太太，而太太為擴展生意，拉了另名鄭姓姊妹淘（31歲，毒品前科）一起加入販毒行列。
 
警方追查發現，謝男平日槍不離身，甚至還會帶假髮且駕駛懸掛贓車車牌的車子出門，以掩人耳目。周二下午警方派員到夫妻位在仁武的住處，活逮正要出門的謝男，而白女、鄭女事後也被逮捕，連同海洛因、手槍、假髮和贓車車牌全被查扣，訊後3人被依毒品、槍砲移送法辦。
