壹週刊報導，台北地檢署偵辦張顯耀謝密案，８月間指揮調查局國安站人員搜索張在大直的住處，但當天卻沒有扣到機密文件，也沒有外傳的傳真文件；檢方攤出調查局掌握的洩密事證逐一訊問，張也對答如流，看不出有洩密跡象，最後檢察官恐怕只有不起訴一途。

調查局上午發新聞稿指出，全案已報北檢指揮，後續偵辦作為將配合北檢辦理，相關狀況由北檢統一對外說明，調查局不便評論。北檢則表示，目前還在偵辦階段，不方便對外說明。

淡海輕軌今動工，新北市長朱立倫出席動土典禮，被媒體問到，外界說連勝文選舉靠爸爸，而朱立倫是靠岳父，朱立倫說，他從選立法委員到桃園縣長，從來都沒有這種說法，是最近選舉才有的事。

朱立倫表示，桃園人都知道，他是農村和眷村長大的小孩，也是從那裡發跡，且不管是市長、市議員都應為了市政來努力，不是為選舉，因為市民也不是為了選舉而選你，是為了市政而選你，每一項工程和建設都是市民的期待。

中央選舉委員會電腦系統疑似主機不穩定，縣市選委會、鄉鎮市區選務中心難以鍵入資料。中選會代理主委劉義周中午表示，可能因為昨日更改表格欄目，一度造成資料量傳輸過大，但昨天應該已經解決。

劉義周說，昨天更改之前，先請各地方選委會暫停輸入資料，之後恢復時，可能因資料量過大，造成系統當機，但已經解決。

各地陸續有選委會表示，今天一度因為中選會的電腦系統不穩定，輸入資料時都斷斷續續，已經向中選會反映。劉義周說，今天暫無同仁回報相關問題，可能是後續個案，不影響選務工作。

各縣市選舉委員會受理九合一選舉登記，會將候選人資料輸入中選會連線內部網站，提供統計與建檔。另外，中選會外部網站也會提供查詢新聞稿與登記資料。目前外部網站並未中斷。
