台南市為了打造高齡友善城市，社會局今天上午在國立臺南生活美學館演藝廳，辦理「台南市103年度績優社區照顧關懷據點暨居家服務及日間照顧單位表揚活動」，感謝社區據點和長照單位，一年來為社區長者及弱勢民眾的付出及辛勞。

台南市長賴清德及社會局長曹愛蘭在現場頒贈248個優等社區照顧關懷據點，99個甲等社區照顧關懷據點。

市長賴清德說，台南市的人口持續增加，對於提供老人健康、安全的環境刻不容緩，目前台南社區關懷據點共有379個據點，數量是全國第一，電話關懷也高達27萬多次，不但次數最多，也服務最好。

日本職棒公布今年金手套得主，效力日本火腿的陽岱鋼在外野手的競爭中出線，不但個人3連霸，也是火腿今年唯一獲金手套的球員。目前在二軍自主訓練的陽岱鋼說：「能成為火腿唯一得獎選手，多托教練團和隊友之福。」
 
今年金手套獲獎最多的是歐力士，包括投手金子千尋、捕手伊藤光、一壘手T-岡田和外野手糸井嘉男共有4人，其中糸井是連6年獲獎。(鍾裕能／綜合報導)

首屆21U(21 Under，21歲以下)世界盃棒球賽，明天在台中點燃戰火，晚間開幕賽重頭戲將由台灣出戰中南美勁旅墨西哥，墨西哥隊今天下午在洲際球場練球，教練團表示將推出陣中王牌巴士塔曼提(Carlos Bustamante)，對上我國的宋家豪。
 
墨西哥昨天清晨才抵達台灣，總教練維斯卡拉(Roberto Vizcarra)表示，球隊是從墨西哥邊境搭了4小時車到洛杉磯搭機來台灣，所以球員剛到都有些疲累，但他昨天特別交代球員，盡量按照台灣時間的作息調整，相信應該不會有時差的問題。
 
墨西哥先發巴士塔曼提，今年20歲，目前效力墨西哥聯盟金塔納羅奧老虎隊，不過在陣中是年輕選手，本季只出賽11場，僅投6.2局，戰績0勝2敗，防禦率8.10，不過維斯卡拉表示他算是目前陣中最有潛力的投手，所以賦予他首戰先發的重任。
 
維斯卡拉也是金塔那羅奧老虎隊的總教練，他說：「打到21歲層級，大家都有一定的水準，我相信每隊都不好對付，所以我們會盡全力去打好每場比賽，爭取最好的名次。」（記者楊逸民／台中報導）

跨國人資顧問公司ECA International今天公布最新薪酬趨勢調查，針對66國340家跨國企業所提供的資料調查，發現台灣企業員工在明年可望有4％的薪資成長，在扣除通膨因素後實質成長為2％。ECA表示，此調幅與今年相同，但僅高於日本的2.3%，讓台灣成為亞洲明年薪資成長第二低的國家。
 
ECA的報告指出，明年亞洲區調薪率平均達7.2%。在扣除通膨因素後，亞洲區的實際薪資增長平均為2.7%，高於其他受調查地區。
 
根據ECA提供排名資料，明年亞洲實際薪酬成長最多的地區是巴基斯坦，在全球排第3名。中國大陸排亞洲第7名，南韓和香港並列第12名，新加坡第15名，台灣排第16名，最後一名則是日本。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）

塞爾維亞一名體育女主播、25歲的史瑞柯薇可(Katarina Sreckovic)差一點要遭到解雇，原因是「長得太正，正到讓球員分心」。

據英國《鏡報》報導，史瑞柯薇可在當地主持一個專門介紹「貝爾格萊德紅星足球俱樂部」(Red Star Belgrade)的節目，當中她會播報相關賽事並訪問球員。但最近就有球員抱怨，因為看到史瑞柯薇可，讓他們在踢球的時候分心，無法專心比賽。

史瑞柯薇可說，她曾經問過一些人，他們說史瑞柯薇可的說話音調，會讓他們分心。她也承認，一開始球隊人員似乎不太願意和她共事，但她相信「現在他們應該已經習慣我了」。史瑞柯薇可也說，她一直都是紅星足球隊的粉絲，能為球隊工作，是她的夢想。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）

南韓「歲月號」（又譯世越號）船難已逾半年，這場奪走超過300條命的意外經調查屬人禍，除了船長遭求處死刑，船公司老闆今天（6日）更遭檢察官求處15年重刑。

香港一名40歲的男小學教師，5年前狂追校內13歲的小四女生，後來被揭發曾多次擁吻女生，翌年被裁定非禮及妨礙司法公正罪成，判監21個月。
 
惟現年已19歲的女生入稟高等法院，指教師在出獄後再死纏她，希望與她重修舊好，為免再被騷擾，女生要求法院頒下禁制令。

原告透露，自非禮案後她有嚴重的精神困擾，變得很怕男性、不願交朋友，曾三次求診精神科，醫生指其問題將會持續。原告說，被告張耀明先在2011年9月突然出現送她小禮物，她拒收後兩個月，則收到一個裝有小禮物的郵包，她相信是被告寄出。

至今年2月男師再度出現在少女的中學門外，原來他從網上查得少女就讀的中學，躲在少女寓所附近。當天男師跟著少女進入學校，少女為免同學受騷擾，被迫收下男師送的包裹，發現內有電話、信及卡片等，還在信中表明希望與少女重修舊好。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）

六月今露出8月肚出席Bio-Oil活動，她透露懷孕5個月前都是自己擦按摩油防妊娠紋，5個月後因肚子大了擦不到背後，都是老公李易幫忙擦，邊擦邊和肚裡的寶寶說話，偶爾也會幫她按摩胸部和腳。
